IHSP is a very clean and organized business. Also it's not like these places who build big websites to make them look like a professional place until you go there and your like what is this place. Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Dr. Ross for 12 years, and during that time I've referred my husband and son as patients as well. He's always kind, patient, and professional. He and the rest of the office team put my 7yo at ease for his first visit and I couldn't be more appreciative.

Experiencia negativa: I went to the practice for the first time and honestly won't be going back. I met with Dr. Curry and I did not have the best patient experience, which even he addressed that we had gotten off on the wrong foot. I felt that he was flustered I had so many issues that needed work and I hadn't stayed with my last chiropractor, but I had to repeat twice that I moved to the area and needed a new practice. They only addressed one issue and I left in much more pain than I came in with. I understand the philosophy of the practice and respect it, but I felt uncomfortable speaking up that I was in more pain because he would have had to do further adjustments and he said, "I wouldn't want to sign my name to that." I left in tears and couldn't even do the exercises that PT wanted me to afterwards due to the pain. I was hoping to have a good experience, but I did not. That is my honest review.

I originally had requested to go to a female doctor due to some past trauma and being triggered when some touches my back. With having back issues all my life, but letting treatment drop due to being too busy and not taking care of myself, I needed to be seen right away, but she was on leave. They recommended a male doctor at the location who has been amazing, understanding and really worked with me to get the treatment I needed and allowing me to feel safe in that space. 100% recommend, very knowledgeable and have a passion for what they do.

Laura did my massage and she was fantastic! She explained how we were going to do the massage (where to start and end) and if I had any discomfort at all to let her know and she’d adjust the pressure accordingly. She was also super nice and very happy! Already have another appt set up I was so pleased! Not badly priced either!

Experiencia fantástica: All my life I was skeptical of chiropractic care. I have struggled with moderate to severe back pain since my mid twenties and stubbornly held on to my preconceived ideas about chiropractors. Finally, the pain was so much that it was causing me to stop doing some of the activities I love, as well as those I need to do daily. I decided to research chiropractors in my area, and looked at reviews to find highly rated chiropractors. I found IHSP Sugarcreek Chiropractic; Fortunately, they were were contracted with my insurance company. I had my first session in April of 2021. I must say, I was quite sore the evening of and day after my first session. After that, my pain continued to improve, and now, just under two months later, my pain has gone from a 7-8 level daily to somewhere between 1-2. At first, I was going 2-3 times a week. Now I go once a week. What's even better, I am now educated on the reasons for my back pain and how to self-manage it. I have assigned exercises to strengthen my core, and strategies such as heat and TENS therapy that help manage daily pain without drugs. To anyone who is suffering and skeptical like I was, do yourself a favor and give IHSP Sugarcreek Chiropractic a try.
