Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment with Jamey Burris fish at 9 am. Waited til 9:15 with no communication. Confirmed my appointment time with the front desk, and let them know i was leaving. Was informed that Jamey Burris fish was in a meeting during the time she was to be meeting with me, and that she had just become free, coincidentally, as I left the clinic. I guess they wanted to bill the customer for company meeting time. I’ve had many good experiences, or this would be 1 star. Absolutely disrespectful of my time. If I find my insurance company was billed for the time I sat in the lobby waiting for Jamey to finish her meeting, I will be raising hell.

From everyone from reception to nurses to PA, Dr. It's a team work of care you get when you go there. Everyone so responsive and quick to get back to you if there are concerns and questions. Using there MyChart is easier than others I have used in the past . I had to get a same day appointment for an injury and it's fast topnotch care. They get on it. You are in good hands at Coastal Family Health Center. Such a pleasure to find with how medical is going now .

Experiencia fantástica: I went to have a DOT physical. I failed. I am 56 and have always been healthy. But I was found to have high blood pressure which caused me not pass my physical. That denied me my medical card. It was supposed to take weeks to get into a general health doctor. It took less than 24 hours. Dr. Cooper is a badass as well as the whole staff. I am uninsured, with a condition I knew nothing about before my physical. Dr. Cooper didn’t let me leave without some medication. When I got home I tested my blood pressure and it was already better. Take that how you want. But this group is as professional as anywhere. And honestly, because I am stubborn and stupid my high blood pressure would have killed me. Dr. Copper and crew has my vote, and forever gratitude for waking me up, and possibly saving my life.
