Before coming to Dr. Stockwell, I suffered from headaches 2-3 times per week. I also had a mysterious pain at times in my hip. Through the preliminary examination, an issue was identified in my hip and steps were taken to better identify the issue. I hadn’t expected such concern since it did not directly involve my back or shoulders. Since starting treatment, my headaches have reduced from 2-3 times per week to 1-2 times per month. Along with this I learned what had been causing them and what I can do with my lifestyle to help avoid them in the future. Both the treatments and education have increased my quality of life and will continue to improve as my spine realigns.
Every year for the last fifteen years sometime in the fall, winter, and or spring I would have a sinus attack. (Congestion, headache and infection) also my neck was stiff from time to time. This year is the first time where my sinuses haven’t given me problems. Also I’ve noticed more range of movement in my neck. The doctors and staff have made my visits enjoyable and have worked with me on any scheduling difficulties
I was involved in an automobile accident in July and put on several medications and doctors could not give me any answers of why I couldn’t walk. I could not walk and I had no feeling in my right leg. When I came to Dr. Stockwell, he found the problem right away and was able to have me walking and near pain free in my first visit. My husband and I are truly thankful that we found Dr. Stockwell. Now we can get back to our lives and off all the unwanted medications. I know this seems, “to good to be true,” but actually we are still in disbelief.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Josh has been my chiropractor for years. I travel all the way from Logan to get adjustments, because he is just that good. He and Jenn are very kind and welcoming. For my most recent visit, Jenn kindly scheduled all three of my kids for adjustments a day in advance. At the visit I asked if I might be able to slide into the schedule for an adjustment. Though Josh was very busy, he stayed after hours to give me an adjustment. He made sure to give me a quality adjustment, instead of rushing it.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Draper Spinal Care has been life changing. I was skeptical at first as I am with most things. I have a bulging disc from the army, which has been causing sciatic pain for months. The slightest irritation would cause the rest of the day to be miserable and this was my life for almost 2 years. My doctors told me the only options I had were cortisol shots and spinal infusion surgery. I was lucky to be referred to Dr. Stockwell by a family member. I will not sugar coat it, the treatments were painful for me and I hated it, but they got easier as time went on. I finished my last treatment today and I can not say enough good things about it. I no longer have sciatic pain and am slowly getting back into the things I loved. Weightlifting, martial arts, riding my dirt bike, and enjoying life with a less pain. I have a ways to go still, but thanks to Draper Spinal Care, my only options are no longer surgery and sciatic pain. I will forever be grateful and will recommend Dr. Stockwell to everyone who is suffering from back or neck pain!

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr Josh is great! I was told by a pain and spine doctor that my only option if the cortisone shot didn’t work was surgery. I had a neck injury that caused bulging discs that were pinching a nerve which caused my whole arm to go numb. My brother told me to go see dr Josh before just proceeding with the surgery so I did. Dr Josh put together a treatment plan for me that consisted of decompression and nucca treatments. It worked! It wasn’t quick because I was pretty messed up, but after 7 weeks of 3 days a week decompression treatments, I have no more numbness. And the nucca treatments are fixing my alignment. I feel so much better and am so glad I didn’t have to have surgery. I admit I was a skeptic at first but now I’m a believer. I would recommend dr Josh to anyone.

I began implementing the protocol while I was at her office and finished the first day of protocols last night, and I couldn’t believe how I felt as I was going to sleep. I kept wondering to myself, these things are working ALREADY? It was a surreal, wonderful and exciting feeling all while getting me in sleep mode. Never felt anything like it, and I’ve just woken up and am feeling so good. I’m really grateful to have learned more about my body from Jenn. Our bodies really do keep score. I’m excited to see how my body is impacted as time goes on.
2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I have multiple disc herniations and have been in a lot of pain for quite sometime now. I have been doing the nonsurgical spinal decompression. Dr. Josh has been working really hard with me to get me as much pain relief as possible. He has gone above and beyond to help me and is very knowledgeable. We are still working on avoiding surgery and I can full heartily say that some days I have minimal pain whereas before I was in pain nearly all day every day. This is a long process but I have high hopes and faith that after treatment I will be good as new!

I was skeptical of seeing a chiropractor for vestibular migraines and I was afraid of getting injured by a chiropractor. However, the adjustments are beyond gentle. He understands exactly what I am trying to say and best of all he helps to correct it! I recommend everyone to him to test the science of NUCCA out on their own issues such as chronic aches, headaches, pulled muscles, sciatic pain, stiff necks etc. No one has said back to me they were not helped! Even skeptics! Which I was years ago when I started a journey to find help without meds and in more natural ways. Great Job Dr. Josh! 4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Stockwell has been by far the best doctor I have ever encountered. I cannot say enough about his bedside manner and technique. Just walking into the office, I felt a sense of relief because of the ambiance. It is relaxing and nurturing just sitting in the front lobby. Dr. Josh sat with me in his office and went over my issues in detail and took his time explaining the anatomy and how he could help. He is excellent in his profession. I have been in pain for so long and when I got off the table and felt zero pain, it was unbelievable. I am now only 2 days out and the headache I have had for awhile is now nonexistent. I am so very thankful and grateful that I found this incredible chiropractic family. I have massive l following on social media and will be highly recommending Josh to everyone I know in the area and others who are willing to travel. Thank you again.

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Great chiropractor. Never rushed oh, unlike so many other chiropractor offices. Doctor Stockwell takes time to familiarize himself with your case before he begins the adjustments. It is a very peaceful and gentle experience oh, but it is also incredibly helpful. I can feel a big difference after my appointments.

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer is amazing. She has a great spirit about her and really knows her stuff. The bio scan she performs is helpful but would be nothing with out her, together they’re the full package. I’m excited about the protocol she prescribed me and can’t wait tell I start seeing results. I also hear great things about the chiropractic side and am looking forward to trying that sometime in the future.

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Dealing with sciatic problems and should have gone in sooner for a correction. Dr.Josh is amazing. I have felt dramatically better since the adjustment and it will continue to improve.
4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I’d been in a car accident when I was a teenager. I could tell things were off with my body but I’d just assumed there wasn’t really a way to fix it. I also hadn’t realized how bad it was. 20 years later my cousin told me about Dr. Josh. I found out at my first appointment that one of my hips was about 3” higher than the other due to the accident. Instead of my body weight being centered, my right side took more of my weight, 30 lbs. more than the left side. My head also subtly leaned to the right. Though it wasn’t enough for people to really see it, it was enough that it stopped my progress in figure skating and ballet. Both of those require incredible balance, how can you rotate when one side is more weighed down than the other? Thanks to having Nucca adjustments by Dr. Josh, I was able to get my body weight centered and get back on track with chasing some dreams. The difference was astounding and people definitely noticed. It also made a huge difference when I was pregnant with my first baby. Pregnancy is hard enough as it is, but if my hips had still been off, I have no doubt I would’ve been that much more miserable. The doctors had told my mom having kids would be hard for me but where I was so young we didn’t worry about it. What could really be done anyway? This has been a miracle in my life, thank you Dr. Josh!

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Stockwell is very relaxed and calm to be around. I felt so good putting my 16 old daughter in his hands. He is an expert in his field and did an amazing job with daughter who has mild scoliosis with back pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a good chiropractor who doesn’t do harsh movements to your body.

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I went in to see Dr Stockwell due to having some pretty bad discomfort in my neck. Dr Stockwell does an amazing job of explaining exactly what he will be doing and why. I gained a good understanding of the root cause of my discomfort and what could be done about it. I discovered that my pelvis was tilting to one side which in turn was causing the rest of my body to try and compensate. Dr Stockwell did a few X-Rays in order to determine exactly how to treat me. He was fantastic at showing me exactly what we were looking at, what was ideal and what to expect. After a very short and very low pressure, without the traditional twisting, cracking, popping and pulling that I'm used to. The environment in the office is super relaxing and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Stockwell to anyone in pain anywhere along the spine.
