Experiencia fantástica: The supplements during weight loss helped tremendously. My coach answered all of my questions and really encouraged me. My bloodwork and DNA profile helped me understand my body and encouraged my efforts to continue.

Experiencia fantástica: I thought I was too old and too mired in my own eating patterns to make a positive change. Weight Watchers doesn't work well for seniors, nor does counting calories. I didn't want to get on the GLP+ platform because there is no long-term health studies yet, and too many friends have suffered some pretty awful gastric issues. There are other diet plans out there, but they don't come with personal coaches. This eating plan works very well for me at age 68, and my coach's wealth of information is so reassuring and motivational.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday was my initial visit. Once I arrived at the correct location (please request the correct address. My error). The staff is very nice. They promptly had to complete the needed paper work. I was weighed and the details related to correct my health issues . Dr Deloney listened to my health concerns and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have right at 20 pounds to lose but attempting to reduce the number of medications that I am currently taking. Dr. Deloney was very honest with me, informing me that I might only lose less than 20 pounds but my overall health would improve with decrease in the number medications. That's my goal to improve my health. They explained every step of the program. Will start after Thanksgiving dinner.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me tell you. Just came from my visit and told Dr. Deloney about what feels like a knot in-between my spine and my left shoulder blade. He put his finger right on the spot(don't know how the hell he found it so quick) and did a couple of adjustments and that exact spot did a slight "pop". I gotta tell you I never had that spot popped.....ever. It's been there for years ever since this accident i had. Dr. Deloney explained the issue as to what is causing this pain in a way that was clear and concise. I know it's going to take several visits to stop that pain from thinking "this is where I'm supposed to be,man, I've been hanging out here all these years". But just to get first taste of relief....WOW!

This approach was more holistic and based on me as an individual. I had a complete review of the best ways for me to loose weight and maintain weight loss by Tayloring a plan based on my body’s makeup. It taught me more about nutrition and using food to improve my weight loss.. I did not have to buy any prepackaged food just follow the plan outlined with meal plans and monitoring. I did add vitamins that my body needed based on test results. The plan worked great actually better than I expected. The staff was great and no surprise costs. The Dr built me the perfect plan and I followed it. I’m now in maintenance with a coach and monthly monitoring for as long as I want. I highly recommend this program.

Experiencia fantástica: As a chiropractor myself I've been adjusted by literally hundreds of chiropractors. I love Dr. Bryan's adjustments most! (sorry to my other colleagues who might see this!) On top of the phenomenal chiropractic care, I am a patient for testosterone replacement as I'm 38 years old and my testosterone levels were very low. I feel amazing, and I didn't even realize how NOT amazing I felt until I got the testosterone pellets! Definitely something I recommend all middle-aged and up men to have tested!!

But I had tried a little bit of everything when it comes to weight loss. I was at a loss and I saw Dr. Deloney on News 4 Great Day St. Louis and thought I'd look into it. I'm so happy I made the call and watched his webinar. I've learned so much about my body that I never paid attention to before. My body is prone to inflammation. There comes a point in the program that you add new foods to see the reaction on your body. I come to realize that walnuts and ghee were not a good thing for me. They blew up my lymph nodes. So, now I stay away from them. Dr. Deloney is one of the few doctors that actually listens and spear heads your concerns. Experiencia fantástica: I’m 67 years old. I’ve only been on the Simply Health weight loss program for a short time. But what a transformation that I’m experiencing. My clothes are really baggy and the swelling in my feet has went down and my shoes are too big. I went to my Heart Doctor and she lowered my Blood Pressure Medication. It’s the best decision that I have made for myself in such a long time. They have given me the skills to lose this Fat and Weight and to keep it off. I’m a work in progress. My quest was to lose 30 pounds, at Simply Health I lost, by my scale 30 pounds in three months. I honestly couldn’t had done this without them. Below pictures was then and now. It was January 24, 2023 until yesterday April 24, 2023. It was worth every ounce and great determination to lose this weight.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Deloney & Erin, the Office Manager, are are absolutely wonderful! I saw Dr. Deloney originally in March of 2021 in his role as a Functional Medicine practitioner. With that, he taught me how to eat cleanly and well. I lost 50 lbs with that knowledge in about as many 5 months. I also see him for chiropractic care. He along with my otolaryngologist, PT & Speech Therapist are currently working together through me to work on a Muscle Tension Dysphonia & shoulder issue. This is important in my line of worker as vocalist & Music Director/Conductor. Making an appointment by phone, in the office or online is very easy. Questions asked are answered fully & promptly. I am always amazed & at times have become emotional when pain I didn't realize I had is relieved after a session. Thank you Dr. Deloney for your knowledge, your patience and your generosity of care.

We are at the end of the program I can't believe how great we feel and can't be more pleased with our results, with the team that we worked with, and with the opportunity that my husband and I had to do this. I had to tap out a few weeks near the end of the program because i was not at my goal weight but my body had changed so much that i didnt need to keep going. I am AMAZED AND HAPPY.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been dealing with my sciatica issues for over 2 years and every doctor I went to would not listen to me and just basically said I’m crazy because I’m too young to have these issues. I have been to 2 other chiropractors, urgent care, my primary doctor, PT, and an orthopedic surgeon and Dr. Deloney is the first one to not make me feel crazy and actually listens to me. He is so educated and wants to keep educating himself, which I find so awesome. Also Erin and Christy are SO nice in the office as well! After all this time of being in pain, I finally have some relief!! Truly a miracle worker!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm struggling to find the words to adequately describe how impressed with Dr. Deloney and his staff. This Dr. Is a care giver in every sense of the word. I don't know what kind of experiences the rest of you have had recently with health care but to say I've been disappointed is probably understated. If you are looking for chiropractic care and/or advice, prompt attention and response from his staff, I whole heartedly recommend that you start here.

Experiencia positiva: I would say that with not much faith in me being successful, I feel I was eventhough I came up a few lbs of my goal weight. I learned many things about how food works in my body. I learned how I could be successful at loosing weight after years of no success. It was a learning opportunity that I am happy with. I am going to continue with this eating plan as I work towards more weight loss. I do think there was much room for me to get a daily structure in place as there are many requirements not only about what foods but when to eat, where you can eat and who I could eat with. There is a behavioral change that is necessary but requires a process and time to do so. I do believe the DNA testing was helpful to me. I also believe the timing for those results at the end of the program is a concern for me. I would like more transparency explaining the cost of the program. After many questions I will continue to purchase some supplements but at a high cost that is not clear to me. I would still refer to the program. I have no regrets because in the long run I cannot put a price on my health
