She was super friendly and answered all my questions. I’m looking forward to being part of this family and improving my well being with all the classes/massages etc. they offer here.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a bit nervous going into the class and being the new person but everyone was extremely friendly and very welcoming! I am sure I came off a bit shy and lost haha. The class itself was awesome. Other yoga classes that I have done made me feel like I was not good enough to be in them but this one really made me feel like it was okay to not be able to do everything perfectly and just to work with your own body flow.

Her voice was very calming and she explained all the yoga moves from one to the next perfectly for a beginner like me.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! Heathers classes are by far the best! Heather knows exactly how to take her students away from the stress and tumult of the outside world and creates an environment and a routine where you can really challenge yourself or decompress. The music is spot on, her guiding voice is comforting, and the movements are just right. Heathers five at five class on Sundays is the best way to end a weekend and prepare for another week of life. Highly recommend her classes! Great studio, everyone is really nice, and great classes offered!

But my favorite teachers are here. You always feel excited to come and you feel amazing when you leave. Coming here for yoga and fitness classes was one of the things I looked forward to while healing from a painful divorce. It will always have that healing power for me!

Experiencia fantástica: Claudia was amazing in Better backs. I have not felt that relaxed in forever. She reminded us to be in tune with our body, relax into the stretch, and let go of the negative thoughts and feelings. She reassured us on how amazing each of us are, not something we hear on a daily basis. Plus, the bowls were so mesmerizing. I thought she was playing a recording, no, it was Claudia, when I found out it was her all i can say is WOW!! So relaxing.

Experiencia fantástica: BL is not like any other Gym I have been to, I don't have to force myself to go. I just find myself wanting to go because I feel happy. The instructors here really make it worth driving every morning for a good workout.

Experiencia fantástica: When I 1st walked in the receptionist was sooo pleasant! She didn't point me into the direction of where to go, but she went the EXTRA mile and gave me a tour and then showed me exactly what to do and where to go. She then linked me with a regular member to make sure I was set up properly in class, who was also amazing and willing to help! Lastly, the instructions med was amazing, very easy to follow as this was only 2nd ever doing yoga in which the 1st being years ago. I felt welcome and refreshed after I was done.... I have already sent the link to at least 4 of my friends/family!

I feel very well supported in your studio - great teachers, great equipment, nice workout wear and accessories to purchase. This is a great small business; one of my favorites in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: Variety of classes. Only thing I don’t like is the cold temperature in the fitness room. I workout to sweat but several clients are reactive to heat and so they put fans on and open the outside door. Brrrrrr!!

Kelly is so energetic and motivating. She keeps you laughing and singing the whole time! Andrea's class was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The yoga room is peaceful and she was so attentive to all of the yogis :) Afterwards, everyone hangs around and visits like a family. Such a friendly environment! Thank you for having me!

With a membership I have the option of fitness classes and yoga. I love all of the different levels of yoga. There is no judgement and I always leave feeling better than I did when I went in. With everything going on in the world, who doesn’t need some me time?

I especially love Amy and Crystal as they always make me laugh (except when using glides) while they push me to be stronger mentally and physically. Fantastic supportive community.

I've loved every class I've gone to there and couldn't recommend it enough. Plus, their first-time member package is a great deal ($49/month)! However, it does get a bit pricey after that.

Experiencia fantástica: I thought I hated exercise classes until I tried Body Language. Everyone is super friendly. It is like walking into your living room and feeling the comforts of support around you. I have tried almost every fitness class multiple times with different instructors. All the instructors are great and they all give you a different work out, so even if you are going to the same class two days in a row, your muscles won’t get bored. Also, they have wine Wednesdays sometimes after their 5:30 classes, which I love not only for the wine and camaraderie, but because unlike many other gyms, they know that being fit does not mean you have to give up all the things.

There are both fitness and yoga classes offered every single day and taught by amazing instructors. The owner is thoroughly involved and you see her teaching classes and participating in them. They offer various workshops and social events. There is a common area with fruit infused water and coffee, as well as, tables with chairs to socialize before/after classes. There is a massage chair in the yoga area and also massage therapists you can book appointments with downstairs. Also love the boutique area with handmade items, clothing, and accessories. They are currently offering an unlimited package first month for $49 then $99 for the first year. Well worth the money for the amount and types of classes offered. Lastly, they also have a small child care area which works great for us moms trying to squeeze in time to exercise with little ones. Overall, great place to work out and to meet new people. Five stars all the way around.
