Experiencia negativa: The pricing model here is super sketchy. Pricing depends on who you talk to and what price sheet they have available. I’ve been given multiple prices hundreds of dollars apart. The people are nice but it just seems like the pricing it a moving target and they just keep throwing out numbers to see if you’ll bite. Trying to see if anyone else has had this experience as all these reviews seem so good so maybe this is an isolated incident?

I purchased a package, I was not happy with the service, they decided to approve the refund and then afterwards they said when I purchased, it was during a sale. lol. Totally false. Most of my emails go unanswered. It is the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not to mention, you should be able to trust a facility when you go in there, this one tries to upsell you on everything. They had me buy some supplement powder that helps you fall asleep, within a week it was rock hard. You couldn’t scoop anything out of it. So I brought it in to exchange it for a different container, They said it was a bad batch ..and that one did the same exact thing. I would not trust any product from them after that. 12/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I benefited from documenting my food intake to learn balance and healthy eating habits. That said, the parking at the Winter Park location was difficult and it was not open on Saturdays.

They made me do blood work and that a solution was going to be made NOTHING!!! do not use this at all! no call backs, not good on their word absolutely the worst ever!

Experiencia negativa: Honestly I think this place is a complete ripoff. I came to see them to lose weight and they told me that I will be able to lose the weight in 3 months. They charged me $2000 and I lost only 10 pounds. I could’ve done it on my own. They also wanted me to add a palette insert to my body to increase my testosterone level and this made me scared to mess up with my Hormones and wanted to charge me another $2000 and I told them I will go and check with my doctor. I went to see 2 endocrinologists and both confirmed that I don’t need it. If I was to do it and listen to them I would’ve been messed up. Please go to your doctor and ask to see an endocrinologist, don’t let them mess you up!!!!! Your doctor will give medication to lose the weight but don’t let them trick you for extra cash. None of them is a MD. They only want your money…Not recommended to anyone.

Jacklyn is super sweet and she really cares about you and your overall health during the process. I have referred my sister and husband and they are just as happy! If it were up to me, Jacklyn would be getting a raise just for how amazing she is. I really recommend this place. They also have many things they offer!

So, as good as Age Rejuvenation was when we began, and we’ve both had great results, you’ll quickly learn that they are no different than any other company in their business, “get them in, get them to buy as many products as we can, and drop communication”. Disappointing. After our first several months on their program, communication with my husband completely dropped. There were no longer check in calls, no longer was there an expectation for him to check in, go to the office, etc. My communication with the office, or our councilor was when I called or texted with a question. It was peculiar that they were all so communicative, and then nothing. Not once, but twice, Age Rejuvenation charged our credit card for product, and it took well over a month to receive product. I am not talking small amounts either, I am talking thousands of dollars in medication. I can understand a mistake once, but twice? I may be the only one here, but I have an issue with a company who makes 100% profit on the medications they sell (and I only know this because I was told by the office staff what their mark up is) using my money for 4+ weeks, and the only reason I received any update is again….because I inquired. I was never told with my last purchase there were several shipments, or that product would take a while before shipping. All that was communicated with me was to hurry up and order before the special pricing is over. Be careful with this company. Results may be great, but they have forgotten, I believe, that they are in the people business. They have become a company worried about the dollar. Who says you can’t turn back the clock? Over the moon excited with the results I see and grateful for the time and patience the staff has each time I visit or text. AJ and Jacquelyn are extremely knowledgeable, they really listen to concerns, help problem solve and never push. Thank you for educating me and arming me with the tools needed to be a better version of myself on this journey!
