In this case, the product has gone on backorder and we have been unable to get any additional shipments since you placed your order. The 7/26 date you were given was the most recent attempt we made to order with the distributor. Again, we're sorry for the confusion. We will fix this issue with our internal ordering notes moving forward so it doesn't happen again. In the meantime, we will continue to keep the product on order and will notify you as soon as it arrives.
