Experiencia negativa: I have been going to Crosby Chiropractic for massage therapy all year, purchasing packages of three at a time. I went in for a massage today and was told that I had zero massages left in my package despite their on line system telling me I had one left. The manager admitted it was #1 front office mistake and #2 their on line booking system has not gone smoothly since they put it in place January of this year. In my opinion, what should have happened is the girl behind the front desk should have handled the situation differently from the get go. Instead of apologizing that the on line booking system has not been accurate and talking through it, she immediately said it’s $85 and if you choose not to get your massage we will settle up with the massage therapist since it was our fault she said, if you leave we will charge your card $85 anyway. I will not be going back and would suggest they address the issues with their new system and also work with the staff. On a positive note, I loved going to Jeyd. She gives great massages and I will continue to book with her in Chesterfield.

Electrodes stimulation, laser on inflammation healing inside out and acupuncture administered if needed. I called it a candy store with professional supplements I’ve used before, pain creams to choose and treatment tables for different issues to work on. Everyone so helpful, encouraging, calm and kind. People were coming & going delighted with results after their doctor had adjusted their world. I left with a lot of options to find the source of pain. l’ll see you Wednesday for more relief.

I had nonstop headaches for 2 years, to the point my doctor had me spend $2k on MRI &MRA. After my first visit, my headaches started going away. Dr. Crosby provided quality support and guidance. Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic service and staff very friendly and supportive. This was my first time visit for Chiropractic Services and did not know what to expect. Even though there were quite a few patients in the lobby when I arrived, they were very efficient at processing us within our appointed time slot.

Experiencia negativa: Very upset. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay anything for my chiro visits because my insurance fully covered it. So I went many times and was encouraged to do so. A few months later, I stopped going, as my dog shockingly had to get put down (you can imagine my vet hospital bills). Once they found out from me that I wouldn’t be coming back any time soon, they sent me a bill in the mail for all the visits (as I did NOT have 100 percent coverage, they lied/had wrong information somehow, every visit). I find it very strange that as soon as I stop going, I get a bill for all my visits, and prior to that am encouraged to go a lot. I asked many times at my appts if I owed anything, and every time they gave me the same answer. Then the cherry on top, they charge me 13 bucks to pay my bill using my health savings account online. Very frustrated, and won’t be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: I've have been dealing with my back and hip getting worse for almost 2yrs. Unable to go up the stairs normally or walk for long distances and sometimes standing or sitting for too long all of which caused me radiating pain. 2 rounds of physical therapy didn't fix the issue. After the first session, my pain was gone. After 3 sessions, I was able to walk up the stairs normally. Still a work in progress but I'm thrilled with the results so far!

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT go to this office. The office staff is very sloppy with handling appointment cancelations,, they will charge your without explaining the charges. They refuse to bill the insurance company with the correct codes so you can have the services covered. They don't understand people with PTSD or OCD especially. Do not go to this chiropractor. I have never experience this kind of service previously.

Experiencia negativa: When I made the appointment I was told they were in network and it would just be a copay. When I got there they put me with an out of network provider but assured me that my next visit would be with an in network provider. I was In pain so I said ok. The person who saw me would not adjust me with out X-rays, and wanted me to follow up 2 days later with that same person for follow up and plan of care going forward. What happened to putting me with an in network person? Now my insurance is denying the claim 100% and I’m stuck with the entire bill! When they put me with someone out of network! I think they prey on people desperate and in pain.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO TO CROSBY CHIROPRACTIC!!!! I went to them to treat my neck and back due to lack of movement and pain. They told me I needed treatment once a week for atleast a year. After 3 months of the Dr doing adjustments on me I noticed my pain had gotten worse. I went to a medical doctor to check out what was going on. They informed me my neck and back has been fused together from arthritis and it would be impossible and very painful to have my neck and back adjusted. With that being said I was very disappointed as Crosby Chiropractic did Xrays but did not see it or care. I had asked for my co pay back and they had refused. I don't want anyone to go through the pain and hassle with them so I thought I would share my story. Dr.Kaldoph was the doctor that I saw.

After suffering for months with a knee injury and finding no relief from my visits to the orthopedic clinic, I finally found relief when I started seeing her 5 months ago. Since then, my knee has improved and I'm now in much better condition. I really appreciate Dr. Crosby's holistic approach of looking at my overall lifestyle and body to understand the root cause of my injury. This approach is quite different from the more traditional approach of only focusing on the area of the body experiencing pain. She understands that multiple outside influences can impact my injury and she has helped me mitigate those influences, leading to a better healing process. Furthermore, her attention to detail and ability to explain the science behind her methods has really made me feel at ease and confident in her care. Experiencia negativa: Went to Crosby for a DOT physical and was failed because I was told my left eye (which I know is intentionally corrected for near vision) didn’t meet the standards. My right eye and vision with both eyes was fine and, I explained that I have no issues with driving even though my left eye is intended for reading and near vision. I was told that I had 20/50 vision in my left eye and that I would have to get glasses in order to drive. I was also given a form to be filled out by my eye doctor with his test results. After my eye doctor tested me at 20/40 vision in my left eye (which meets DOT standards) I decided to order the glasses anyway. The glasses came in after a week and I went to a different location to retest for my physical. The new place tested my left eye at 20/30 (without glasses) but, the difference I noticed was that the hall where they tested was well lit and there weren’t 5 other patients watching me. Long story short, after a $105 DOT exam at Crosby, $450 glasses that I will never use, and $75 fee at the retest location I was able to renew my DOT physical for a mere $630. WOW! What a bargain! Thanks Crosby Chiropractic for costing me an arm and a leg just to stay in my job!

Experiencia negativa: I had been going to Crosby for years until they wouldn't resubmit a claim to my insurance company with the correct codes. I have never had a problem before this with billing/insurance. I had emailed and called them several times trying to get them to resubmit the claim and nothing was ever done. I just received a collections notice for $75. Never going back here.

Experiencia fantástica: I started experiencing pain in my right arm 3 years ago. I was initially diagnosed with biceps tendonitis. A physical therapist said it was because of my shoulder. Over time the intensity of the pain increased and spread to my shoulder and neck. Eventually the source of the pain was identified as nerve compression in my neck. After successful oral steroids injections were tried and they made the pain worse which begged the question, is compression in my neck the source of the pain. I was then scheduled for spinal fusion surgery. A week before surgery I decided I needed to exhaust all other options, one of which was chiropractic. On the first appointment Dr Crosby examined me from head to toe. She reviewed blood work, x-rays, and scans that had been done in preparation for surgery. She highlighted obvious deficiencies in my bloodwork that no one had taken issue with previously. Things that would have inhibited my ability to heal, particularly from surgery let alone the pain I'd been experiencing. She also identified a different primary cause of the pain, one that made more sense given my health history. After 2 appointments the pain has reduced and is tolerable most of the time without any over-the-counter medications that I was using like candy previously. While we are still seeing how far this journey can take us, I'm very confident that Dr Crosby saved me from a horrible mistake and the rest of my life with surgeries to correct surgeries.

I learned about where the discomfort was coming from and guidelines on what I would need to do to help alleviate the pain. The care i have been receiving has helped to find relief from the discomfort. I am definitely on the up hill climb and it is due to the care I have received from Dr. Horn and staff. I found Crosby Chiropractic after a quick google search for acupuncture and saw their reviews. After one trip to see Dr. Horn, I have not had a single migraine sense and that was almost a year ago. The staff is warm and welcoming, always taking care of every detail and the doctors are very knowledgeable!

This place is a fancy scam. This place is all about getting your money and may possibly lie to you to do so. If you are going to go here you better be fairly wealthy and prepared to pay out of pocket. It is worse than I originally anticipated, be prepared for a nightmare.

Experiencia fantástica: I initially came in for right shoulder pain, I was experiencing daily pain, discomfort and feeling like my arm was loose and coming out of its socket. Orthopedics told me the only way to fix my shoulder would be through surgery because I likely had a tear. On day 1 I felt taken care of by Dr. Crosby who assured me everything will be ok! She and Dr. Horn not only treated my shoulder but treated me holistically as well, giving me supplements in addition to alignment and acupuncture sessions. After session 3 my arm was feeling immensely better and accomplished more in 3 days than almost 3 months of physical therapy. I am in a better mood most days now too and have more energy thanks to Dr. Crosby and Dr. Horn. Like most things in life, healing is a process and I feel my body healing from shoulder to spirit. Everyone in the office is super kind and supportive. You can tell they really care about their patients and the quality of care and services they offer. Love this place and everyone here!
