Experiencia negativa: Justine Illog is an incompetent, and uncaring provider. She does not provide individualized medical care and treats patients as though we live in a textbook and not real life. Being scheduled with her was a complete waste of time. If you unfortunately get scheduled with her, run and hide and cancel!

Experiencia fantástica: I have Dr. Eastman as a psychiatrist and she is absolutely phenomenal. She listens really well, is not in a rush to go through the motions or hurry through our appointment, and is sure to answer all my questions so thoroughly. Bonus points!!! She has a lot of experience in ADHD, and very well versed in autism as well— especially for adults with late diagnoses. It’s such a game changer to have your provider feel so passionately about this topic!

Experiencia fantástica: Used the app for telehealth appointment and everything was easy and seamless. Also getting set up through a phone call was much more enjoyable than just using the app or online. So if you're like me and prefer talking to an actual person I would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I love that I can access Perlman Clinics website and go to the specialty to make an appointment. I moved from Kaiser to Blue Shield CA HMO a few months ago and worried I wouldn’t find the same type of connection of doctors or specialists. It has surpassed my expectations. They not only have the connections, if yours is not available there are a list of other doctors, PA, Nurses showing their availability in the same group.. You don’t have to wait weeks to get in. Lastly the phone appointments are especially convenient. It definitely saves time to meet on video instead of dealing with traffic and all the time it takes to get there. If it something that needs to be in person, then go in. It’s nice to have that flexibility.

Experiencia fantástica: I really love the care I am getting at Perlman clinic. I see Cassandra Paul for Endocrinology and she is wonderful. I especially appreciate their administrative staff as they are really helpful and smart and friendly. Recently Cullen and Hunter helped me with some things and both were very friendly and on point. I had to have some labs drawn at the clinic , WHY go to LabCorp or Quest when you could go here. I was in and out and everyone was super friendly. I'm seriously thinking of leaving my favorite PCP at the other place I go because I see the difference a good staff makes to the whole doctoring experience. A good staff is as important as a good doctor and Perlman has both!

Experiencia fantástica: I did not get the nessessary prescriptions that were filled 6 months ago because my therapist didnt have my medi medi lnsurance which I had to have for Dr Carter Maurer; my knee and hip surgeon Now that I have successfully recovered from my latest hip surgery which was 3 months ago therefore I am now flexible with my insurance and can get my next psychiatrists insurance which would enable me to get 2 types of meds that I have had prescribed for me for a duration of 20 years! They really do help me both mentally and physically I seem to do everything the hard way Things seem so time consuming for me! I could hold down a very hectic or stringent job without getting fired! The appointments themselves were quite pleasant. And I felt that I was given all the time I needed to discuss the purpose of my appointments. For that I thank Kim Vu and Jennifer Abrew. They couldn’t be more kind and helpful.

I have never experienced healthcare like this and I have literally told everyone when it comes up. I needed urgent care and was able to schedule something while I was in pain at 3am for 9am the next morning. They have so many options and for someone who waits until something is unbearable they have been incredible. I had also been putting of starting therapy for a long time and when I say getting started and continuing has been the easiest process making me so much more likely to go and follow through. Can’t speak more highly of Perlman truly has helped me get my health to a place I feel like I can manage.
