Experiencia negativa: Clearly, the "owner" is trying to justify the lack of accountability in their office. My whole appt. was to last 45-60 mins. and 45 min. later the doctor still hadn't shown up. He still had to review my chart, discuss my problems with me, discuss my treatment, discuss the cost, and this wasn't even including the decompression session. I would of easily been there for another 45+ min. had I decided to stay. I arrived at 2:45 for a 3:00 appt and was told they were having a meeting and asked to wait in my car. Waiting in the lobby was not an option. They didn't open the doors until 3:00. I waited in the lobby until 3:22 until I was taken into a room to go over forms I had already filled out, not even reviewed by the doctor. Taken into another room and was left there waiting for Dr. Greg. At 3:45 I finally asked for a refund of my visit paid for. It's ridiculous to make a new patient wait 45 min to be seen. Lack of proper scheduling seems to be a real problem and the open concept is very unappealing, no privacy from other patients. You see and hear everything. Probably several HIPPA violations happening.

I feel that he truly tailors his plan of care for your problems directly to you and for you. I don't feel like I'm just a number or just another patient walking through the door. After years of talking to doctors and feeling that I was not being listened to and my problems weren't really being fixed or addressed, I feel like being under the care of Dr. Greg, I am and continue to be heard every time I walk through the front doors. One of the most notable things I have seen since I first walked in, is that every single person who works at Paramount knows all of the patients names. Upon walking in, you are greeted by name. It's a small detail, but it is impressive and it makes a major difference. Paramount Chiropractic is a staple in getting better and maintaining wellness. Thank you all for what you do! Truly could not be functioning without you. Also... Special shout out to Kiki for (first) being a former preschool educator and (second) helping me create a sense of trust when it came to me starting with you all. As a person who has a ton of anxiety when it comes to meeting new people, you really helped me out. I felt like if I could connect with one person so easily, then everyone else would probably be a safe person to be around too.

Experiencia negativa: This place is one giant HIPPA violation. My private medical information was blasted on public screens in an open concept clinic. I could read my neighbor’s full name, condition, and see the X-rays from my seat while waiting to be adjusted. When I complained, one of the CAs said “I know, I keep telling him”. This chirotouch program is meant to be used in a private room with a code entered in by the patient, not publicly blasted 3 screens at a time by the doctor. One time I came into the office and he didn’t even have enough seats to accommodate the 13 people he had waiting to be adjusted in a 15 minute time slot. My appointment lasted 45 seconds that day before he was onto the next patient. The lobby is constantly sprayed with allergy causing fragrance, and every piece of equipment is wiped down with fragranced method wipes. When I complained about having reactions, I was told they would change to unfragranced wipes and would stop spraying the lobby air and they never did. My re-exam, which is meant to assess my progress, was mostly fishing for new clients and leads, not so much about how the program worked for me. It wasn’t even conducted by the doctor I was paying to see. I have worked in several chiropractor offices, this would NEVER happen under normal circumstances. Unfortunately this location is more concerned about money and traffic than it is about helping the individual.

I broke my neck at 19, crushed a foot and both knees, and had four major back surgeries and at least a half dozen other major reconstructive and restorative surgeries. I have found Chiropractic care, when combined with good orthopedic surgeons and medical doctors, provides a discipline that helps complete the circle of life medical care that is not only restorative but also as essential as eating healthy, exercising, and getting good sleep. I receiving decompressive treatment, Chiropractic manipulation and also Softwave therapy. Two months ago, I reinjured my lower back weeks ago, I could barely walk and I was not getting better. Experiencia negativa: 1. They won’t fix root causes. 2. This felt like I was being sold on a time share. Rude front desk if you’re assertive about insurance costs. I’ve been to a handful of chiros. As far as the adjustments go, he’s fantastic. But the best ones don’t necessarily need a 2 day orientation to treat and long term commitment to treat. He’s studied from the right school for chiropractic care and as much as they’ll say the orientation is so they fix it right, the orientation is so that people feel like they’re getting a lot of value for a 1k-2k comittment. Go to PT, fix your root causes that are causing you to out of alignment. Use a Chiro that doesn’t make you sit through two plus hours of stuff. I was on time for both orientations (required for adjustments for our sake) and they were 15-20 minutes behind both times.

Dr. Greg walked me through what it could be like if I continued on the path that I was going and where it’d end up getting me. I took the action plan seriously and dedicated myself to focusing on my posture. Doing the assigned exercises. Working with my denneroll. Paying attention to bad habits and figuring out how to correct it. A little into care, he started offering a weight loss program. This program lit a fire under me and has completely changed how I view food and my overall health. He’s committed to making sure you feel heard, making you feel beyond welcome, and has instilled a confidence in me that I can never thank him enough for. I didn’t think chiropractor care would be something I ever did, but I am beyond grateful for him and his incredible team.
