Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Payton at MPOWER in Franklin for the last three and a half months, before and after my ACL surgery, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I started , I felt confident in his expertise and commitment to my recovery. The progress I've made under his guidance has been incredible. His knowledge and encouragement has been pivotal in getting me back to where I need to be, back on the mountain skiing next year! I am so happy about the progress I've made and can't thank Payton enough for his dedication and support. Experiencia fantástica: First time therapy after suffering a broken bone in my upper arm. Have had therapy for back strain a couple times before but this was first for this type of injury. I didn’t really know what to expect but was apprehensive based on the pain from the break. Matthew was sure to let me know everything so there were no surprises. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. My first experience was very good and I left feeling much better! As I progressed through recovery while engaging in therapy, the early stages of therapy were designed to help me get a better range of motion. That element moved along faster than either myself or Matthew thought it would. Now, I am focusing more on strengthening which is more of a challenge. Matthew has continually guided the process with positive attributes. He is empathetic and concerned about my well-being. He ensures that I know how to do the exercises. He answers every question. I am likely nearing the end of my therapy and every experience is positive! I highly recommend Matthew as a very good therapist! One last comment might sum it up best… When I was preparing to start therapy, I was going to MPower in Franklin for the first two sessions and then transfer closer to home. At the end of my first session, I decided to stay there because of how comfortable Matthew made me feel!

Experiencia fantástica: Justin has been my Physical Therapist through three different surgeries Ofer the course of six years. He is kind and listens well to the feedback you have on your body. He pushes you but respects boundaries with regard to pain. He is working with me in a fresh injury now. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly, worked with me and adapted things when I told her I get overwhelmed in a setting with lots of people and lots of noise along with new demands being thrown at me. It's something I get embarrassed about sometimes. Meredith helped me a lot too! Shout out to Meredith. They helped me figure out the least busy time of day to come, understood if I needed something repeated or needed to try it a few times before I got it right. They understood my unique quirks and how I worked, (let's talk about ADHD and anxiety, plus on the Autism spectrum ) and were great every step of the way. I felt listened to and I trusted them, which isn't easy for me. Morgan took me from having to work on getting my toes to be able to wiggle again, all the way back to being able to walk, run, jump, and do my landscaping work again. I went in with badly torn ligaments on my ankle. The reception staff was always helpful too. The only drawback has nothing to do with the staff. They're wonderful. The only thing is, for me, it felt like very close quarters for the actual physical work because the massage table type spots you go to are maybe only 4 ft apart and there's not much privacy. Sometimes you're exercising right next to someone too. I'm sure it doesn't bother a lot of people. For me, it was a little stressful at first. Sometimes too, you might have someone assisting several clients at once, so you finish your exercise and have to wait for the next instruction. When I started going at less busy times of day, that made it less stressful and helped, so if you have sensory processing disorders, are on the Autism spectrum, or have ADHD, or similar, ask them to help you. They were so great about it for me. I am so happy with the results of the therapy I received!

After two rotator cuff repairs and an ankle surgery, I have been incredibly impressed with the skill and care of the professionals here.

Experiencia fantástica: Payton Azbell is the best! He continuously adds new stretches and exercises designed to open the thoracic area and improve core strength and flexibility. First x-ray showed vertebrae that were almost fused together. Within a few weeks, the second x-ray revealed significant improvement and showed increased spacing between the thoracic vertebrae.

The staff as soon as you walk in are super nice and friendly, and my OT Emily was phenomenal !!! She made me feel comfortable and pushed me to my limits slowly, getting me a good step towards my rehab. I recommend them 1000 %!!
