But then they add in a 99 cent handling fee which in my opinion seems dishonest. I Told them to stop contacting me With advertising emails and they would not stop. I had to email them several times and they finally said they would stop but they haven't stopped yet. I am going to do my shopping elsewhere. I don't like how they operate….

Experiencia negativa: They refused to replace or refund a measly $13 item that was contaminated with mold. I sent them two pictures of the obvious mold in the dropper. Instead of just replacing the item and even with picture evidence they claimed it couldn't be mold because they use alcohol. The customer service rep told me it was normal residue that can "vary in color from amber to greenish brown." Does that WHITE mold look amber or greenish brown to you? I'm a customer who's not satisfied, I shouldn't have to get into the chemistry of mold vs alcohol with you. I know what mold looks like and I want my money back. They told me to still use it and that was that. No, it's going in the garbage. Never shopping here again. You lost a customer over $13

Once I find another local source for some of the products I need I will stop shopping here. The online sales occasionally beat out the competition since their warehouse allows them to stock items smaller local nutritional stores may not. Thanks for the reply...however I never utilize the associates for advice on anything.. nutritional advice or otherwise. The only questions are the basics on specific items in stock like availability and price and often they are too overwhelmed and busy to address even that. Which is why shopping online is better...it avoids the rudeness and the exasperation completely. The pandemic is impacting attitudes in such a negative way...people forget that part of customer service is actually providing it respectfully and pleasantly. Otherwise ...frankly replace them with robots.

Mind you a family member ordered a few days after I did and had her order in less than a week. This information was given to customer support and I kept getting the run around. Now 3 weeks later the customer service agent finally says, would you like me to place a replacement order for you. I said yes of course and now they are out of stock!!!!!! This is the worst customer service ever!!! Will never shop with this company again. They do not take care of their customers!!
