Experiencia negativa: This review is for the dental side of this practice Absolutely horrible, lying dentist office. I had a crown break and they assured me that I needed to also get the root canal re-done. All of this would be out of pocket, they told me my insurance company wouldn’t cover the root canal or new crown. Not only that, but the dentist told me I need not one, not two, but 9 fillings! They did not care to show me the xrays, and put together a “bill”.. fast forward and I got a second opinion. NO I DO NOT need to pay for a root canal, and second, I only had two, yes TWO, cavities that needed to be filled. The dentist showed me my X-rays, and was very transparent. The crown also did not need a root canal redone. Saved me 1500$! I asked the second dentist why the other one would lie, his explanation made a ton of sense. Shame on you to the dentist who felt the need to lie so that I would be charged more $$$ Always get a second opinion. Ps if you’re looking for care where the front desk, dental assistants, and dentist care about the best possible care.. go somewhere else. The moment I stepped into the back it was awkward, and the dentist had a hard time answering my questions.

Experiencia negativa: Mosaic sucks they have way to long of wait to see your Dr and I'm always told to go to a urgent Care but yet they always advertise for new patients seems like they need to get their priorities straight and I never get the help that I need ever from them you better off going someplace else

Experiencia fantástica: Professionals at Mosaic Medical have always been willing to listen and discuss options. They are always cheerful and feel like family. I have great trust with them.

Experiencia positiva: The provider I've been seeing is hard to get an appointment with, especially if any urgent needs. Also, I'm finding she goes to medication first before really resolving with treatment sources.

Experiencia fantástica: I searched for the right Nurse Practitioner for over a year, then I found Mosaic Medical and Amanda Weiland. She is calm, knowledgable, and one of the most helpful in every area. She has been one of the best medical people I have ever met and I plan to be with this organization as long as I can!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but Inam for Mosaic. I have been seeing Dr Roach for almost a year, and I can say she has provided the utmost best care. She takes time to listen, understand and will search many areas to uncover the root cause of the symptom and how to best treat it. She is thoughtful in her approach and genuinely cares about her patients. not easy to find that one Dr that listens and is not so quick to get you in and out of the office. I trust her and would highly recommend her and the Mosaic Clinic. I am now sending my 82 year old mom to Dr Roach. ;)

Experiencia negativa: The office was completely negligent in following up with my daughter's general surgery and confirming anything with my insurance. Very disappointed in the service, and how I've had to jump through hoops to contact the office, general surgery, and my insurance only to discover that no authorization was sent over, or confirmed to have been sent over, and general surgery never received a referral, despite waiting for a few weeks as requested by the office. Please look else where for your kid's immediate care, my daughter's health issue has only worsened with this negligence.

Experiencia fantástica: It was time for my granddaughter who has some challenges to move on from her pediatrician. He had been her doctor since she was a very young child. She was apprehensive and very nervous. She has trouble with new and unexpected things, like a lot of us, but it can become crippling for her. The waiting room was quiet and pleasant and she started to relax.She was put further at ease by Nichole Petterson, FNP, APRN.Nichole was kind,patient and understood her struggles. She was knowledgeable on my granddaughters current medications and talked to her about them. She talked to her as an adult! . I am so very glad that we found Nichole and Mosiac medical and want to say thank you! You made this medical transition a lot easier and anxiety free!

Experiencia negativa: Disappointing that a medication I was told would be prescribed never got filled. Was told I needed a colonoscopy but no one has called to schedule it. Been waiting almost a month. Won't be going back.

First and foremost, I rarely if ever write reviews (unless they are fashion or beauty related) or challenge another's, but I am compelled to respond to your demeaning review of Dr. Sullivan. You are entitled to your opinion but something is drastically wrong with your words. He is the champion of champions, and his vision and compassion and dedication of all things medical, are unrivaled. As a human being he is paramount. Dr. Sullivan is an educated gentleman (obviously he’s a Dr.), with the rare gift of common and people sense. His knowledge and innate wisdom and ethics are inner-woven…unveiling the PERFECT physician. He treats his patients with respect, dignity and honesty. Did I mention grace and grit? Apropos of grace and grit; he fights for your health with a perfect balance of both. As you seek another Dr.(don’t remember your words, verbatim), you will search eternity and still you shall not find…any Dr. or person of his caliber. Good luck on your journey; be prepared, unlike the road to Ithaca…only dissatisfaction and disappointment, will greet you. Don’t want to have to tell you—“I told you so…” NVS

Experiencia fantástica: Leif Petterson is absolutely the best provider in Central Oregon. He listens intently and it feels as though he thinks through issues because he genuinely cares about patients and cares about their outcome. One of the best parts of having him as a provider is there is no feeling of having to share the room with ego/the letters after his name. He's just a chill guy that could help you win bar trivia and keep your leg from falling off due to weeping wounds from horse attacks. But please do not book an appointment because if he gets any busier, there will be a humungous line. :)

Experiencia negativa: I have lost all faith in them being able to help myself and my family in the capacity we need. Too many times I haven’t been able to get in to see my Primary Care Physician and it’s not right or fair. I shouldn’t have to wait 3 months to be seen about medication I need.
