The phlebotomist is very skilled and caring (she NEVER leaves a bruise). I am very happy with Dr. Michael Tacheney. I plan on keeping him as my Primary Care Provider.

Experiencia negativa: If you have gone through a traumatic experience, expect the providers here to tell you to just get over it. There's no communication between the city and Family Medical Center. All roads are blocked off including parking lot during construction. Getting screamed at by a contractor hired by the city giving me no instructions instead going berzerk taking pictures of my car. The other workers thought it was funny. That's not fun when you are not feeling well.

Experiencia negativa: A little over a year ago, Sean Duffy MD my provider for a decade at Family Medical Center advised me of medications that potentially could drastically improve the quality of my life and increase my life expectancy significantly. Unfortunately my family could not afford the $1200 dollars per month for these drugs as my insurance would not cover it. Recently it has come to my attention that online providers can provide this medication for as little as $200 per month. Life changing for me and potentially many of their patients. You would think they would share this fabulous news. What a find. Not at FMC. They misunderstood the paperwork and refused my Rx because they think they would potentially be responsible for co pays WHEN I WAS NOT USING MY INSURANCE AND PAYING ENTIRELY OUT OF pocket… Yeah. They even refused to give me a paper Rx out of fear they still could be on the hook for co pays Awful, heartless and incompetent place. EDIT 6/6 Went to FMC for follow up visit. They would not send my Rx to the requested pharmacy and sent it to Albertsons. $872 per month. I cannot afford that. I can afford the $200 the other pharmacy charges. What most Americans do not know is that there are amazing drugs to combat obesity. The one recommended by Dr Duffy and ultimately prescribed by Dr Sneh has AMAZING and overwhelmingly successful trials. For the last year or more, wealthy people have been taking this drug with incredible results. It is now available at reasonable prices from compounding pharmacies online. FMC does not want to use this amazing opportunity for their patients. I have a suspicion as to why. If you were to query their medical record software and ask it to pull people with diagnosis of obesity over a 12 month period and asked for the net profit. This number would be staggering. FMC runs a nutrition clinic, the success rate for the nutrition clinic vs these new semaglutides is absurd. Most people onTirzepitide(Mounjaro) lose 20% of their weight. Make an appointment with your primary care provider and ask what losing 20% of your weight would do to your current life expectancy if you are obese or morbidly obese. That is how very real this is. At $200 a month this will most definitely be a financial win for obese people. They will save much more than that. These drugs are amazing. If you know someone who has lost a lot of weight in the last year. Ask them, they probably took a semaglutide. Our insurance should cover this. They put giant seats in the FMC waiting room. They are profiting off our suffering. It should be noted that the doctors and staff here are amazing, administrative decisions are keeping these life changing drugs from us. To the owners of FMC. I was the administrator of a practice in town for a decide. I was exceptional at my job. I was one the first administrators in town to change to electronic medical records. I shopped for them and can navigate them like a musician. Interview me, I will explain how you can get this done for patients and increase your revenue while doing it.

Dr I believe was instrumental and getting it all straightened out and for me to come in first thing the next day 8 o’clock and get a lab done to get the ball rolling with me. Experiencia fantástica: I've recently relocated to washington state, and decided to call Family medical center to find a local Dr. I was impressed that they made me an appointment in less than a month, in fact less than 2 weeks. I was seen by a Dr. Who seemed truly interested in my minor health problems as well as my Major health concerns.I was seen by Dr. Erin Fletcher, It was easy to communicate my health concerns to her. The nurses and other staff were VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP ME WITH PAPERWORK. I HIGHLY RECOMEND "FAMLY MEDICAL CENTER"

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave a zero star review, I would. These people are not good at returning or responding to complaints. Not only do they not respond promptly in My Chart where I left a complaint or to my visit, but the NP I dealt with sent me a false statement about my lab results. The lab results I was sent clearly stated that due to improper collection, they could not get a result. The nurse then messaged me to say that it was lab processing problems even though the lab went the extra mile to try and get results. She also had them run a test that was already done less than 2 weeks prior. I’m guessing that they will be me twice for the test even though it was unnecessary. I’m still waiting for a response on the billing. During one of my visits, the nurse had me meet with their dietitian. I was not impressed with her or her knowledge on nutrition. This young lady told me that fiber runs through the blood vessels to clean cholesterol out of the arteries. Fiber goes through the digestive track. Macrophages clean the arteries. This has got to be the worst medical facility that I’ve ever been to.
