I had kind of sketchy insurance when I first started going to see Dr. Raymond, he was more interested in my neck and back pain then making money, he worked with me and my insurance, after a few visits I was feeling better and better now I'm down to once a month just to maintain my comfort I find it a pleasure to keep up with my chiropractic care , and you will too after a few visits I'm pretty confident of that.

Brandi, Whitney and …. her name escapes me now are organized professionals with welcoming personalities. Dr. Raymond is friendly, full of fun and charm who makes me look forward to getting older. He’s helped me straighten my life out, no pun intended. Dr. Raymond joined me on a call with my VA PCM to share information about my knee pain while he is treating my back. This helped my PCM better understand the baseline of joint pain, so with this understanding my PCM recommended physical therapy for my knee, while Dr. Raymond treats my spine which is helping my mobility tremendously. I believe once you visit this chiropractor office you’ll find the warmth of a fine family home. Along with great bodily care.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing the same chiropractor for the last 6 years until I moved from Ohio to WA. Unfortunately, shortly after the move my back issues became very bad quickly. With the help of Dr Clifton, Donnie and the staff - I am back to feeling better, being present at my kids events and not in excruciating pain. The honesty Dr Clifton provided on my first appointment helped me plan how to tackle the issues. He spoke to me in language I could understand and was realistic about expectations. He took surgery off the table for now which was a huge fear for me as a single mom. Donnie in rehab has been so helpful with teaching me way to maintain and help myself. He’s also pretty funny. He had no problem teaching me these things in the way I learn best and I appreciate that tremendously. I was very biased on chiropractors prior to coming here because I loved my last one in Ohio so much but the entire team has been fabulous and made this process so smooth. I’m so grateful. They also never minded me bringing my 5 year old to appointments. The staff would help distract him if needed or provide him with crayons to color. ❤️

They have the highest evaluation cost by 33% more than other companies in the area. And they try to play it down by showing a bunch of other costs that no other company charges.

He quickly identified the root cause of my pain and provided me relief and then trained me on how to do certain exercises correctly and stretch my hips. The back pain was a symptom of stiff hips. Experiencia negativa: Hurt my back and needed help, so went into this place as they have 4 doctors working. However, all 4 were out to lunch at the same time. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all. Just said they are out to lunch. I asked if there was another chiro near by she might know about. She just said no and continued to sit there with her feet up on the desk. Didnt tell me to have a seat, or when one of the 4 doctors would be back. Absolutly no customer service at all. How do these people have such good reviews?

I tend to be a problem patient because I am always having to change my appointments at the last minute (sometimes past the last minute) due to work obligations. Whitney is ALWAYS accommodating and happily arranges my appointments to whenever I need them! Additionally, even though I only come once every two weeks, I'm made to feel like I am one of their most important patients. Whitney actually called me one time to check on me when I inadvertently missed an appointment.
