Dr. Tracy really breaks it down to explain what’s going on and how he plans to correct the issue! All while keeping it in simple terms, starting out with easy adjustments and then working on muscle growth and restoration. Dr. Issac is just a joy to be around as well even if he’s not my main doctor, he always makes a point to say Hi and see how I’m doing! Lastly but certainly not least, Kenzie is just the absolute sweetest, bringing all the spunk and care to everyone that comes in! I know I talk her ear off every-time and she will go right back and forth with me. Big fan, best part of my week!

She stretched me out so good and gentle but firm. Dr. Vasquez has such a calming demeanor to him and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Speaks? What can I say, the man’s hands are golden. They set you and your body up with stretches and heat and calmness. It’s like a mini spa in there. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

His staff Isaac and McKenzie are the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to many others over the years for low back pain. You will not be disappointed. .

Experiencia fantástica: I've had 2 prior injuries: front delt inflammation and tennis elbow. Expressions got both issues taken care of! I recently suffered my 3rd injury, an inflamed rotator cuff. This injury was painful and affected my sleep, arm motion, and weight training. I tried to fix it myself with back stretches, massage ball rolling, and back exercises to no avail. I knew I had to return to Expressions! Dr. Tracey got me 98% healed in 8 sessions! That's great considering I wasn't able to do my back exercises for 3 weeks due to a minor surgery (non related issue), and considering my age.. THANK YOU Dr. Tracey, Dr. V, the interns, and the kindest lady with the lovely genuine smile at the front desk!

I came in mid-December of 2023 with extreme back pain and I found out my issues and immediately right after I got my X-ray Dr. Vasquez went to work on me and I immediately felt a difference. Everybody has been sweet, patient, understanding, and just overall compassionate about what they do. I've been going for 2 months, and it's been life changing to where not only my back posture has improved but my whole well-being and lifestyle.
