While I was there for an hour and 20 minutes he saw every patient that came in but me I never did get worked on I never did get to talk to him so I finally just left after they put me in a room for another 15 minutes and he continued to see every patient that walked in but me so I finally just told the girl at the desk that she should not have made me an appointment if he didn't have time to see me and I walked out. I came all the way from Edmond Oklahoma because he was referred I couldn't see any chiropractor in Edmond Oklahoma and got seen right away immediately but I came all the way over here for nothing so I'm still in terrible pain period so I guess I'll try to make me an appointment somewhere in Edmond for tomorrow

They are so accommodating if you happen to miss your appt they usually get you in the next day. Best chiropractic clinic I have been to and I highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: I had bought a Groupon treatment as I was looking for a chiropractor in our area. I called for an appointment and was told they would not honor the coupon since I was on Medicare. I asked if I’m just using private pay and was told that wasn’t an option either. So warning, you must meet there special criteria to use Groupon. Thankfully, Groupon gave me a full refund.

April and the girls at the front are always willing to work with me on whatever crazy request I have for scheduling. They always go above and beyond to help me. Especially when I have to bring my little boys with me. The new texting option for scheduling is my absolute favorite! I can’t say enough nice things about this office. I really miss it when I’m not able to make my regular appointments. They take great care of me. I do not have the pain I used to have thanks to coming here for routine care.

I was highly debating walking out of there before I even saw the doctor because of this person but I owed it to myself to continue with the appointment because of my back pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve visited Brixton Chiropractic for a few weeks now, and my experience seems to get better every time, here’s a few things that keep me coming back. Firstly, the front desk; as soon as you walk in you are greeted with big genuine smiles, Ana surprised me with how fast she remembered my name, her attention to detail is astonishing, she works around my schedule when I need last minute changes with no fuss, and makes me feel valued. Heather is a great touch to the front, like I said I’ve only been a handful of times, but her interactions with me, other patients and her team up front always cracks me up. I love the energy the front desk gives; makes me not only excited for my massage and adjustment, but excited to come back for another visit! My second and actual favorite thing HAS to be the Wizard Dale, our hour or so conversations about a multitude of different things always keeps me interested he’s a master of engagement, or if you want to lay in silence while he works his magic *badum tiss* he’s great at that too, absolutely recommend giving Dale an opportunity to give you a massage if you haven’t yet! ShirRon back in therapy comes third, you walk back there and BANG she’s asking you what and where you need to be, always makes sure im taken care of and I love her honesty. Last but definitely not least has to be the adjustments, Dr. Muse is super fun to be around very witty and quick with a joke, extremely and I mean EXTREMELY thorough with his adjustments, only thing he hasn’t adjusted is my teeth, great guy! If anyone hasn’t been and is in the market for adjustments and massages, I have to recommend Brixton Chiropractic and Acupuncture! <3

However, I have had terrible experiences with mainly one individual multiple times at the front desk. It’s truly a shame because the rest of the staff seems to be friendly. I work 4 jobs and 3 are in service positions. The way that this individual speaks to clients regularly is absolutely unacceptable and should be dealt with accordingly. If you can handle a little tussle for great services it could be worth it.

She explained in detail all my Xrays and how to help preserve, strengthen, snd stretch with my back and hips. She showed me demonstrations. She always made sure I felt okay after each adjustment. She went the extra mile to quickly massage out any areas I had soreness. She is genuine and professional.

Experiencia negativa: Guess they don't really want new customers! I called them at least 4 times attempting to get an appointment for my teenage son. I simply had a question on whether or not our insurance was accepted, which I don't think is an unreasonable or difficult question. After never having my repeated phone calls returned and never getting my insurance questions answered, and my son having a sore neck for 2 weeks, I finally called a different clinic and got my insurance question answered and a clinic appointment for that very same day. I'm just sorry I gave Brixton Chiropractic so many chances, but they had come highly recommended by a friend and I wanted to go somewhere I knew would give my son their best effort. Brixton Chiropractic is apparently NOT that place, at least in regards to their ability to return phone calls, check insurances, and pass on messages.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tim alone gets 5 stars, the rest of the establishment can have 5 stars as well. Not to exaggerate but Dr. Tim is both hilarious and incredibly knowledgeable, I hate it when doctors only give you medicine and don't tell you what it does or act like they're better than you because they have an M.D. Make no mistake, Dr. Tim is incredibly well educated but he doesn't come off as feeling superior to you because of it, he genuinely cares about his patients and does his best to socialize with them to distract from the (temporary) pain of spine readjustment and he also genuinely teaches me about how my spine and body work. As a student I greatly appreciate this and it will definitely keep me coming back. Oh yah he also fixed my shoulder so there's that too. The other staff were nice and friendly, I did see one person in the establishment not wearing a mask and it was a cop and cops are going to be cops so I don't really blame the workers for not being confrontational about it. It was just annoying to see someone who is supposed to protect and serve their community literally hold a brand new mask in their hand while in a socially distanced therapy room and using equipment that other people would also have to lay on. If you're not going to wear your mask please do me and the rest of society a favour and just stay home :^ ).
