Experiencia positiva: I’m so upset! My first surgery was in January and it was for the liposuction and the back brawl fat. My second one was the tummy tuck or whatever it’s called and unfortunately, none of this stuff worked for me. I am 63 years old and very disappointed that I have a bill to pay still and that nothing good happened from it. When we showed the nurse my back where the brawl back fat was supposed to been removed she said they didn’t remove skin but yet there’s a picture of my skin that they removed for the Lipo. I just wanted this dream to come true and it’s destroyed I am just very upset that they couldn’t took better care of me, the back that was supposed to be removed actually moved down my back to my lower back now my stomach is bigger on the top than it was on the bottom so therefore I look pregnant I do not fit any of my clothes. I do not understand why those procedures couldn’t help me out . Hope no one else falls for this because it’s a total rip off, I changed stars to a 3 cause they responded the same day I posted the review. I will probably change the rating if they fix my problem we haven’t quite got there yet. They did set me up another appointment to see the doctor though. Thanks for the great Customer Service.

I knew this was something I have been wanting done for many years. I had talked about it so much that my husband told me to take the leap and educate myself on the procedure before making any decisions. I never felt any pressure by my consultant Jennifer. She and the team was very patient and always available to answer any questions I had and there was alot. This was a life changing decision. I went in during their Summer promo. I heard people say to expect it to very expensive. But honestly I've invested so much into so many other things why not invest in myself. A new car? Or a new confidence? I chose me for the first time in a long time. Through everything, the consultation, the pre opp, the surgery itself and post opp, the sonobello team has been so kind, educational, patient and professional. I thought my anxiety would get the best of me on surgery day and. I would talk myself out of it and I would back out and leave. It was the complete opposite. My nurse and the surgeon made me feel safe and very aware of the procedure and what to expect afterwards. I received a follow up call to make sure I was doing well within 24hrs and a email with a video telling me what I should be experiencing and how to manage it. I never felt alone in this whole process! I would highly recommend that if you are on your journey to a new you and your wondering where to go. Check out the Ohio/Montgomery location.

Experiencia positiva: My fat loss results are good … however. One thing that made be book with Sono bello was the “satisfaction guarantee”. My biggest fear was the belly button that many do a butch job on. That fear came true. I came in for 3 different follow ups voicing my concern about it, for them to tell me give it a year and it will look normal. That they won’t do anything about it. It’s been over a year and it still looks like a flat hole. Just looks awful.Doesn’t look like a belly button at all. I feel even more insecure than I did before the fat and skin removal. Which totally defeated the purpose of evening doing it and spending all that money. Lesson learned I guess.

Absolutely love the staff! Now let's fast forward to surgery day, kudos again to the staff for knowing how to deal with nervous people who don't know what to expect. Then, my actual procedure was a breeze! Somehow, a procedure that is frankly a little brutal, Dr Maier was gentle. Just incredible, he's a sculpting artist. I did have a tiny bump in the road of healing but again, the office staff and Dr Maier made sure I was seen quickly and taken care of. One of the nurses even held my hand when my emotions got the best of me. Grateful!!! So, I give 10 stars and recommend Sono Bello a million times over!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the first of 2 procedures completed today is the first day after surgery. Dr. Maier is my surgeon at the Cincinnati location. He is AMAZING!!! I’m having the Lipo360. Yesterday I had my hips, waist, and backside, and my neck liposuctioned. The procedure was not bad at all. The numbing medicine did not hurt at all. The actual liposuction portion simply felt like an internal massage. Difficult to explain the feeling but it was not painful at all. I was anxious before surgery but the medicine I took prior to surgery made me feel quite at ease. My nurse was Danielle! I cannot thank her enough for being by my side. She is a gift in the nursing field. She made me feel so safe, secure, and comforted. I absolutely loved her and I hope I get to have her again for my 2nd procedure. I could go on and on about how special Danielle is!! As for the pain on day 2, I’m very sore but that’s to be expected. I never went in thinking it would be pain free. The soreness is very manageable and not “painful” just really sore. I expect days 3 and 4 to possibly be the worst but I can’t really speak to this yet. I’m very much excited about surgery number two which includes upper and lower abdomen and skin removal. I hope this review will assist others in hearing it’s not bad (at least for me everybody is different of course) and I would do this again in a heartbeat. I’m at the beginning stage of my weight loss journey, but this is going to provide me with a lot of hope for my future. Thank you Dr. Maier and Danielle at the Cincinnati Sonobello location!"

Dr. Maier is in his own right an exceptional perfectionist. I am 70 years old and this has been the best investment in my own personal health journey for the first time in my entire life because I now have a flat belly. Dr. Maier gets 5 ⭐️’s from me and if you are at all concerned about the cost don’t be because it is worth every penny. I can look down and see my feet and actually told my daughters for the first time in 50 years I can see that I have a vagina. Plus I am excited to wear a bathing suit that doesn’t look like a tent floating in the water. I hope if you are on the fence please take the plunge and gain more confidence in yourself. I never wanted my picture taken and this time around instead of granny panties. I’m going for the thong. Hope that makes you laugh. It sure has changed my attitude and the quality of my life.

Experiencia positiva: My review is solely based on my consultation I did Not receive plastic surgery from Sono Bello at this location but I did do a consultation. For starters the location is very hard to find as it’s in a random Building and Not labeled at all. I had to call Sono Bello to get help to figure out where Sono Bello is even located, and even then you are Not talking to the people at the actual location you are talking to a random representative from the Sono Bello conpany. Next I sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes just to be told my wait was going to continue to be longer because they scheduled 3 other people at the same time as me. They offered a virtual consultation which was the Doctor calling me and looking at my ID picture to get an idea of what I wanted to address which is chin lipo. I have a small double chin That bothers me and I describe it as could be better could be worse. For the chin lipo I was told it was going to be $5,000 which honestly seemed pretty high. I received a prior price for chin lipo for $3,500 at New Body Aesthetics in Cincinnati and all I had to do was call them for a price before doing a in person consultation. Their Doctors nickname is the Lipo King. After everything I am going to go to New Body Aestheticsand get my work done by the lipo king. If you are interested in just liposuction or fat transfer I would suggest checking out New Body Aesthetics.

Dr. Maier & Danielle we're so encouraging & checked in with me throughout the surgery (yes, you're awake and yes, it's weird. But it's just like a trip to the dentist - you can't feel a thing). All of the nurses are great. Shayla was my post-op nurse today and she was so kind & answered all of my questions. They were very busy today but at no point did I feel like my appointment was hurried. I'm so glad I chose Cinci Sono Bello!

Experiencia fantástica: Overall my experience has been good. The folks at the Cincinnati location were nice. Only issue I have had so far was a scheduling conflict. I had my preop appointment scheduled for about 2 months. Two days prior to that appointment I received a text from the Lexington location saying they needed to push it out a week. Unfortunately, my work schedule does not permit me to change my schedule at the drop of a hat. I believe the Lexington folks worked with the Cincinnati folks to allow me to keep my regular appointment.

The front desk ladies were friendly welcoming and over all, I felt like part of an extended part of their family. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was kind. I just had my procedure yesterday. I plan to send before and after pictures. My first procedure was my waistline that was done by a different doctor. My second procedure was getting rid of my stomach fat done by Dr. Dawson. He was awesome. He was very personable. He took his time with me at my preop visit, answered all my questions and I appreciated the fact he didn’t make any empty promises.. Dr Dawson made sure I understood my meds and what to expect. He took the anxiety away. During my procedure, we talked to me between my napping. The day after my procedure Dr Dawson called me to see how I was feeling. He reviewed the importance of walking, eating and eating extra protein to help the healing process. I can go on and on about his wonderful bedside manners as a doctor. My friends are asking me about Sonobella and I intend to highly recommend Dr Dawson. It is expensive however it is worth it. Sonobella staff was great in finding ways to pay for the procedure without breaking the bank. Nurse Donna was also great. She was personable. She was the nurse at my first procedure and the second procedure. With all the patients that she has worked with, she remembered me from the first procedure. That made me feel comfortable. She shared her experience with me.. She was with me through both procedures like a friend to hold my hand for moral support. I met Nurse Sarah at the end. She was cool. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Dawson and Donna. Sarah took me to the car in a wheelchair she put a pad on the seat in case of drainage. The front desk staff was nice. When I had the first procedure I called a lot because I had a lot of unanswered questions after my procedure. Dr Dawson did not do the first procedure. I wished he would have. They made sure I got answers. Dr. Dawson is the greatest, I really appreciate him and making me feel like a friend not just a patient. Thank you Dr. Dawson and Nurse Donna. I highly recommend you. ❤️

Experiencia positiva: I had a great experience with Sono Bello up until I needed a refund. It has been 6.5 weeks and I have not heard from anyone in the office, not a text message or phone call. I've called and left messages for the office manager and Jenifer, and still I have not heard anything. Fortunately, I was able to get out of my financing contract, however I am sill waiting for my $5, 249 to be refunded. I gave them three stars because as I mentioned earlier, the process was seamless (Dr. Sharif and his nurse were amazing!!)up until the point I was medically unable to go through with the procedure and needed a refund. Ali explained that it would take UP to six weeks to be refunded, but can be quicker. I'll be entering 7 weeks shortly and still nothing. I wrote this review with the hopes that the manager will contact me before the week is out with next steps. Update: Some one reached out to me today, and took full responsibility for the lack of communication and confusion, which is great customer service. I was pretty bummed I could not get my procedure, but when I am able to I do plan on coming back to Sono Bello in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with Jenifer, she was very professional and didn't try to sell me or pressure me. She made me feel comfortable and showed that she was interested in helping me. She allowed me to express my feeling about my physical appearance. She explained the process and options of techniques that were available for my personal issues. I was also impressed with my doctor and his nurse who both explained, what to expect during the pre/post-operate procedures. The day after my procedure my doctor actually give me a follow-up phone and text messages. The entire staff at the Cincinnati office has shown a level of high professionalism when entering acting with me. I would definitely recommend, the use of there services, to make your dreams come true.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had a pre-op app and just went through my first procedure. The staff is great, the service was great, the doctor was great. I would highly recommend it. Editing this to add that expenses I was told were included in my package aren't included. Granted they have been minimal, but I had to pay when I picked up prescriptions. Went for my one week post-op and was told I needed to purchase my secondary compression garment that was supposed to be included in the Diamond Plus Recovery Package I purchased. Doesn't change my initial review though.

I was a bit nervous initially but in the end my experience was a positive one. Today is the day 2 of my 2nd op and I feel so great and I’m loving myself already. Experiencia fantástica: I had my procedure done on July 6 2023. So far my experience has been great. My Consultant Ali was absolutely the best. She made me feel comfortable in an awkward situation. Thanks Ali. All my nurses and my Dr have been exceptional. I was worried in the beginning about being awake but during the procedure the Dr and nurse talked and walked me through the process. Today was my first post operation check up appt. Shayla was my nurse today. She was great and made me feel great with the new me. Thanks everyone for the experience I have had so far. You guys are amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I did this....I felt poured into my clothing even though I'm not heavy...I just had a lot of extra skin in the trunk area and a little fat....they made it happen for me! I'm at 2 week post op and feeling great about myself...clothes already fit great or are too big! I can zip things I couldn't before even though they were my size...the tummy area didn't fit right but now it does....I am at the beginning of recovery so my body will still change and I can't wait to see results even though I'm ecstatic about the lean hourglass shape I already have....sonobello made it happen for me because if it wasn't for their affordable payment options I would not have been able to do this. . thank you to everyone who helped me in this process! Also I was a little Leary about being awake during the entire process....I was so relaxed time flew and could only feel pinches and maybe a couple stings...and I slept through most of it. Not bad at all....and post surgery I was a little dizzy but so sleepy that I slept. The second and third day was the worst but not bad...I've had 3 kids and other surgeries so I knew what to expect! Anyone interested in doing this for yourself....its one of the best things I have done for me!

But from the first consultation with Ali through my surgical, procedure and check ups, I have never once felt like I have been ignored in anyway. They are very professional and personable and make you feel comfortable when asking anything about your concerns. They are in touch with you the very next day after your procedure and texting throughout the week to make sure everything is going well with you. They never leave your side. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a couple girls I can text at anytime if I have any questions and they’re always happy to help even weeks after my surgery. Experiencia fantástica: Well. I have been a struggling with my weight for a long while. I girst had the gastric sleeve. Lost 75 lbs and decided that I was going to check out this "Sonobella" placlce that I've seen advertised. I have had quit a large lower loose belly and after having back surgery, where they went in from the side" it then became a shining belly.... um noooooo. So I went online and immediately received a response, made my appointment for my consultation. I cannot even tell you how well received I was. I felt like those girls were my family. I was never uncomfortable. I didn't have to wait to be seen for even a minute. Even though I was hesitant about how bad my belly looked, Mary Jones made me feel comfortable with what Mary was showing me, I knew I'd be comfortable with myself once again after Sonobella. Mary walked me threw the expense and explained my options. I was never overwhelmed. I chose to have my abdomen liposuction, and excess skin removed. After paying, signing.and making surgery appointment I actually was so excited!!! I was originally secluded to have surgery in April, but Mary put me on a list incase an earlier appointment became available. Well, an earlier appointment did become available!!!! I had surgery now scheduled for March 17th! The amazing people at sonobella worked at getting my preoperative scheduled and made sure that I had no questions and was completely prepared for the day of surgery and after surgery. The day of surgery went very smoothly! My nurse April was wonderful and helped make me comfortable and she made sure I had no questions before we got started. Dr. Maier was nice, efficient, and always answered any questions I might have during procedure. I received a call the next day from the nurse. She made sure I had no problems or questions. My first follow up appointment was today. I feel awful because I cannot remember my nurses name at my appt. However she was so helpful, sweet, and Very knowlegable. In all these words the most important emotion that im trying to get accross is that the Sonobella "family" has been so amazing to me. I have been happy, excite and at this point in my journey very satisfied and feel very strongly that i'll end with the results i was hoping for.
