I was pleased to see all of the body positive messaging throughout the building. My massage therapist, Stephanie, listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. Her touch was firm and focused, and I loved how warm her hands were. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure pressure was to my liking. She also confirmed with me before doing any stretches or working on areas that might be sensitive. I also really appreciate how detailed their intake form is. I could tell that Stephanie had read and actually cared about my answers. I think I have finally found my "home" for massage in Bend!

Experiencia fantástica: Rosalie provided the information I needed. She listened to me and made suggestions to improve what I'm doing. She didn't try to change what I am already doing. She is the best dietitian I have worked with. I have been in contact with a number of dietitians.

Experiencia fantástica: I have felt heard and paid attention to through all interactions with people at Synergy, especially Rosalie, who was my first contact and who taught the diabetes information class I attended. I have learned a lot, and feel much better able to manage my type 2 diabetes compared to when I was initially diagnosed. I was informed, not judged, which helped decrease the feelings of guilt and being overwhelmed. I would eagerly recommend Synergy to anyone who was in the early stages of diagnoses, and for ongoing support as one moves forward with living with diabetes.

She was thorough and followed up quickly when I had trouble getting my CGM to connect to the controller. Thanks Rosalie!

I also love that Synergy asks how much talking you would like during your session and how you would like the temperature. I think those are two things that can make or break a session and I appreciate that they take the client's requests for both of those.

I initially used this establishment because my insurance provider covered massage therapy, but quickly can sense why regardless this is the place to be. The front desk staff was kind, prompt and knowledgeable. My massage therapist, Georgia was amazing. I had asked for specific work to help clear my sinuses and provide lymph drainage and that was our focus of the day. She was attentive and was interested in providing wellness therapy, rather than just a massage. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience.

She works in earnest to ensure understanding during setup and training so that her clients can operate solo with confidence with their new systems. She is also available in an 'on call' capacity for support after the initial consultations. Top notch experience!!

Experiencia negativa: Update:I received an email response back from the owner who took the time to explain how my deductible works (I have had two kids on my insurance so I already know how it works) however I appreciated the time it took her to respond. I also edited my previous statement of 148/hr as it was actually 120/hr that I was billed which is still mind-blowing but whatever it is CO and people pay crazy amounts for things. I still will not be returning or recommending as I wish I would have been told that they bill insurance higher as I was under the impression it would be the same 80/hr amount. Thankfully I found another place that bills the insurance what I would normally pay so I get the most out of my benefits every year. Do your research and find out what you will be getting billed so there are no surprise. Lesson learned and we can all move on. Found out my insurance is finally paying for a massage so I was super excited to get one covered, and ended up getting a massage that was okay not really a deep tissue but it was relaxing at least I ended up falling asleep. Anyways I was shocked when I got the bill for $120 for an hour massage. I thought maybe the massage therapist was just extremely expensive so I booked another one to see if she could do a better deep tissue and while it was relaxing it still wasn't working out the knots like I needed. I called back to see how much they charge for an hour massage and was told it was $80. I'm all for trying to legally scam the system when you can as long as you're not hurting anyone but they way over charged it because they could build my insurance which is pretty s***** and absolutely not worth $80 let alone $120. Will be letting everyone know not to go back there and if you do don't tell me have insurance can't see how that's legal. Save your money go somewhere else that's honorable and decent.

Experiencia negativa: I gave them my insurance card they said they contacted my insurance and that I didn't have a co payment for seeing a dietician I now owe them $360. They seem like shysters I will not recommend these guys to anyone

Walked out feeling good, an understanding of why these ailments exist and how to combat them, and a plan to fix the problems. I appreciate a knowledgeable massage therapist who not only has a healing touch, but is also able to give me homework that I can do on a daily basis to continue a path of improvement. I highly recommend Synergy for your massage needs.

They take COVID-19 precautions very seriously and have continued to mask, despite a drop in restrictions. They accept health insurance toward the cost of their therapeutic massage services, and have an online scheduling system and reminder texts, making it easy to stay on top of your appointments. I've always had an excellent experience at each visit there.
