Dr Irene (GYN) is my angel. She is very patient, always listens to my concerns and she is very thorough with her examinations and questions. I had another gynecologist for about 20 years until he retired…when I had my very first visit with Dr Irene I explained this to her and let her know how important it was for me to be comfortable and she let me express my concerns and we talked before my initial exam years ago in order for me to be more relaxed. She’s a gem and I wouldn’t replace her for anything!
All personnel were friendly and each specialist was thorough in delivery of each procedure. My doctor was friendly and explained everything to me. There was prompt attention. I was not rushed at all. She did a thorough exam for all my needs. I will be back to see her and her team as directed. I have the utmost confidence in them .It was a great experience as a new patient coming out of a nursing home for chemo due to cancer.
After having knee surgery, I needed a place to provide PT that was convenient and had aappointments available for new patients. Thankfully, I found this location thru my provider network directory, and was able to get an immediate appointment. Staff has been friendly, providing great care! Looking forward to continued quality of care!
I went to the one in Flatbush Brooklyn, NY and all the staff were very friendly. I was seen by Dr. Reid she was an amazing doctor and a big help. She made me feel comfortable and eased the worry I had. I was also seen by Nigora, who I believe was a nurse/assistant, she was very friendly and everything went smoothly. They all made me feel welcomed everything was nice and clean. Will definitely keep them on top of my list!
I enjoyed my visit to the Center, the Intake Personnel were very helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner. The medical staff were also helpful and were concern about my health. It was a rewarding visit. The wait time to finally see the Doctor might me improved.
I visited the Flatbush Ave location and the staff was very nice and professional. The wait time was not long. Dr. Jessica Orchier was my GYN doctor. She made me feel comfortable, she was helpful and answered all of my questions. Most of all she listened to what my concerns were. The nurses assistant was also friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them for future visits.
I came to this center at the height of the Pandemic. Dr. Sasloff has been a blessing from God to me. I will highly recommend Century Medical and Dental at the Flatbush site(which I attended) overall the staff is professional, courteous and helpful
Outstanding customer service. I ussually go to the Livingston office. But I went to the Flatbush office for the first time to see a specialist and I was very satisfied. I didn't had to wait long to see the Dr. The nurse and receptionist were very professional and polite. I saw Dr. PYATIGORSKAYA she was amazing. She explained everything to me and made feel relax.
This was my first Visit with NP Terri-Ann Reid. She is amazing. She was honest and talked to me about my health and exams and the test that were needed. I was so nervous she made me feel comfortable and encouraged me. NP Reid is truly amazing. Shout out to the front desk team/ Medical assistants they are great
I saw Dr Masaba Grace on Sunday and she was amazing! There was no wait time, the front desk was really nice and welcoming, and the doctor was able to spot the issue right away. She thoroughly explained what is going on with me and what should be my next steps. She prescribed me the medication and sent it straight to the pharmacy, and instructed me on how to use them. Going for a follow up in a week!

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: I had a very bad experience with Dr Roya and the century medical. As part of my annual they did tests which should not be done when the person is not fasting or needs to be done on certain days of the month. They charged my insurance double fee one with dr's name and other with centre s name. Also services which I dint take were also charged to my insurance. The wrong referrals with wrong diagnosis were issued by Dr. Roya Fathollahi. I had to call and request for the correct ones.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: This clinic is in a nice location. I received treatment on my left ankle before the physical therapy. During the treatment, I received a big blister. Then I was told that my blister was caused by friction from the back of my sneakers. If that is the case, we would all get blisters when we wear them!

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: This clinic is bad and mainly a fraud. Their tests will be mainly out of network. The typical blood tests cost me $3000 through them

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: *They don't see YOU as a patient that needs care, they see the MONEY you can pay them for the care.* Went to the Dr. (Paid) Was very nice, sent me to do some tests (paid) and I did the tests. Want to know the test results? You have to PAY again to hear your results! And then maybe you need to do more tests (pay) and pay again to hear the next results (pay.) If you take a breath of air, you need to pay! First time I hear about this kind of service and it is clearly don't put the patient in the center. If something in my result is abnormal, I will expect my Dr. to reach out for me because she cares. Very disappointing

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: This was easily one of the worst visits I've had. I had a visit on 7/30, upon arrival the front desk staff were oblivious on what to do for a new patient. I had to ask twice about potential paperwork to fill out, this took 45 minutes because the lady had forgotton that I had asked the first time. Upon seeing Dr.Dhekaa Almuntaser, I felt very unwelcomed by her and her assistant. I asked questions due to the medical jargon she was using and she seemed super annoyed with me asking for clarification. When leaving I noticed on their clipboard that my name was spelled wrong and I informed them of that. I also went to use the bathroom before leaving and was walked in on. It is now 8/19, and I called last Thursday regarding my claims for insurance. I explained to them my circumstances for needing the claims processed sooner. I check my insurance today and see that claims processing for appointments on 6/10, 6/17, and 6/24 - all dates that I never even had an appointment for! I am now having to call them again to fix this issue. Very unprofessional staff - would not recommend coming here at all.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: I’ve been here for a few months and the front desk staff has mistreated and dismissed me. The doctors were hit or miss but treat my symptoms like it’s no “big deal.” I don’t know about you but I would proceed with caution about this place or any Century Medical & Dental Clinics as a whole . Aren’t they suppose to be above and beyond for patients or is it only because of who they like?! I’ll take my chances with elsewhere who treat patients and visitors like human beings.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: On Saturday July 28th @ 4:pm, I arrived for my scheduled dental appointment. After an hour cab ride costing well over 50 dollars, I was informed that my insurance was not accepted at this dental office (Medicare). I scheduled this appointment a week earlier. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable. No one apologized for the mistake. Very matter of factly dismissed me. I have not been contacted about this matter from the management as of yet. The reason why I called this particular office is because my daughter's primary care physician is here and she speaks very highly of them. Not so great imo. Please address this with your staff. I would hate to have another person fall victim to untrained personnel and dismissive attitudes. Do better!

The receptionists quickly processed all the necessary paperwork and answered all my questions. 1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Completely incompetent. Last year went for an annual physical and they incorrectly told me I had two different illnesses which I didn’t have at all, but they just didn’t bother to do differential tests and ask questions to rule things out. Instead subjected me to unnecessary x rays etc. Purely money focused, would not allow me access to the results of my labs unless I booked another follow up and paid for it (but only after arguing that I have a right to my own lab results did they give in). You’ll never see an actual MD, just a bunch of RNs and maybe a PA here or there. The whole place seemed very sketchy, classic privately-owned chop shop that’s just trying to mint money and was clear they were taking advantage of people like immigrants who don’t understand the system and people who don’t understand English to try and milk as much as they can from them.

She is so kind, nurturing, knowledgeable, and incredible at what she does! She provided my first ear cleaning ever and was very communicative throughout the process. I can hear! She prescribed what I needed for my allergies and told me what I did not need. She is very punctual about her time, which I 100% RESPECT because it shows how she values our time. 1 year ago Experiencia positiva: Every time I come here it’s a long wait. I’ve always come 10-15 minutes before my time and have to wait an extra 30-40 minutes. Patients who have appointments after me go before me. The front desk is very dismissive and not helpful in some ways. I gave it a three star because it’s convenient, open on Saturdays and the doctors are not too bad. The place is clean but the appointments and time in between appointments are way too short. 15 minutes to see a doctor and you wait 40 before even getting into the room. It forces the doctors to rush your appointment and not fully understand your illness. I’ve sent an email to management too but it seems like I’ll just go to another place.

We hope this clarifies our scheduling process! We appreciate your patience and understanding. We take all feedback seriously, including your email to management. We're always looking for ways to improve our scheduling and patient flow. Your experience helps us identify areas where we can do better. 1 year ago Experiencia negativa: The worst customer service ever. Beware of dismissive and petty front desk lady. Chinese. She’s the worst. They barely have availability . Be ready for a month wait just to see a dentist. 0-10 wouldn’t recommend!
