Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chantelle and her staff are EXCELLENT!! It’s more than just the successful treatment I received from her for cervical tension migraines and adjusting my fused lower spine. It is a positive, kind and sincere caring experience from the time you enter and exit the door. Skills and techniques can be taught and learned. You can’t be taught to have a genuine kind and caring heart, but that is what I experienced. When I first started going I felt so bad I am not sure I was a very pleasant patient for them to treat. I shuffled my feet walking in the first couple of weeks. Then I started walking in and realized what was happening around me. The healing effect isn’t just in the hands of Dr. Chantelle or the other doctors. It’s the whole personal interaction with her, the other providers and the staff. They really do care! I also laughed when I realized my bathroom sink was farther away than it used to be. I was able to stand up straighter. I had not realized how much my lower back had affected my posture.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually never leave reviews but from my experience today I had to!! Firstly we were greeted with the upmost kindness. I came in with my two toddlers and we were all offered drinks as soon as we came in; the wait wasn’t long and literally every staff member was extremely kind and transparent. The charges were described in detail with no underlying fees, every staff member is there to help even when their coworker is busy. Dr. G was extremely thorough in what my problems were and listened the entire time, every staff member truly took the time to listen and every face was a kind one. I don’t remember the lady with the brown hair who assisted us most of the time or the blonde lady at the front desk but they often made small talk and talked to my children as well, they also have a playroom and are more than willing to sit with kiddos while you’re receiving care. I am also almost 6 months pregnant and never had any worries or felt to ask questions because of their quality care and thorough explanations. I felt so much relief and I know it’ll take more sessions but even from the first I felt so much lighter. I will be a forever customer and my children and husband will eventually be coming as well. About 6 months ago I had had enough of the back and neck pain and, on the recommendation of my son, started going to Sandstone on 1097 in Willis. My first impression of the staff was very positive, and these months later it has only gotten better. They are friendly, personable and caring, while at the same time strong advocates for the specific steps of care that are recommended in the treatment plan developed by the Doctors. Today my physical health is testament to that treatment plan. My sleep patterns have improved and that constant neck and back pain are gone. And I don’t need the regular intake of Advil or the like anymore. The place is always hopping so I assume others are as satisfied as I am. If you’re looking for a well thought out care plan with professionals who genuinely care, Sandstone may be for you.

Experiencia fantástica: 11-18124 I had my left knee replaced on October 22. I was admitted to TIRR for 10 days of intense physlcal therapy. Unfortunately I developed a severe case of cellulitis and ended up back in the hospital for 10 days. Today I was able to resume my treatments at Sandstone. It was woderful The doctors and staff were an absolute God-send. Everyone was kind and welcoming. And I adjusted my treatments to deal with my recovery from my surgery and my first adjustment was just fabulous. These people are gifted. They really understand what's wrong with your body when you come in there with whatever complaint you have. And they can't explain to you in terms. That normal people understand what possibly could be causing your pain and they're not psychic. They're not magic. They're just very smart kind people. I love this place and I would recommend it to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient and my wife was an employee. This location is rotten at the root. It start at Chantelle (the head doctor) and extends to Sierra (one of the head techs). Their idea of people management is gaslighting and the suppression of reporting unlawful behavior and the invalidation of their employees and patients. I was treated as if I was a criminal with a weapon (I’m a large man who isn’t white) They don’t have any diversity in this location and seem to be actively trying to maintain the status quo. I wish I could affect this company more, but I’ll settle for soiling their 5 star rating.

Always for the same problem lower back and in between my shoulders one time I even had to go to the emergency room and ask for morphine the pain was so bad. We moved to Texas four years ago and after moving my pain was excruciating again. I found Sandstone chiropractic. They did my x-rays and all the extra exams to see what my back look like. I chose to do the in-depth treatment using all of the equipment they had in their facility. It’s been four years and that pain between my shoulder blades has never come back. I see newborn babies come in to people who couldn’t straighten up they came in bent over And walk out much straighter over the months that pass.

Experiencia negativa: ⚠️ AVOID⚠️ HONEST OPINION: I came here at the beginning of February because I had lower back pain and was trying to find a chiropractor close to work and home. I called before showing up to ask the cost of an initial consultation and they told me it would be $265. This would include: x rays, adjustment for that day and the next, and consultation with the doctor. I figured I'd give them a try since they have great reviews. Once I arrived, I let them know I would be using my insurance and that $265 hopped to $335 for x rays, ONE adjustment, and consultation. They also recommended I have an MRI$$$, draw blood, laser, some type of coolant therapy, and purchase their supplements-all that would be out of pocket from me since insurance didn't cover it. It's been almost an entire month and I have yet to receive the blood test (I paid for)even after the front desk and doctor called me about receiving them. I asked everyone to email my results and nothing. Their plans were ridiculously expensive. I had emergency surgery and it was still cheaper than the packages they offer. When I spoke to the doctor about not going back, only then did she let me know about just paying for an adjustment ($25). After our consultation I was in pain and she let me walk out of the door with no adjustment since I didn't choose one of the expensive package options. I'm just glad I've been to other chiropractor offices and knew that I was getting ripped off. They use scare tactics to get you to spend on unnecessary exams like an MRI. I took my xrays to another doctor who fixed my pain on day 1. Go there if you have deep pockets and don't mind throwing away your money. AND do yourself a favor a read other reviews about them outside of what they want you to see or pay for. There were several Chiropractors that apparently knew how awful and dishonest they are by just mentioning their name. You have been warned. ⚠️

Dr. Chantelle is great at what she does, when I went in I was given a complete examination to see how bad my injury was, after she made sure to explain step by step my treatment plan. Experiencia fantástica: As soon as you walk in the door, you’re immediately greeted by name. You can just see their amazing teamwork and everyone there is so friendly and kind. They’re always pleasant and never miss a professional beat. I love how they take X-rays to give you a proper diagnosis and give you a treatment tailor to your needs and not just a cookie-cutter adjustment like these other chain practices. Dr. Kelsie listened to my concerns and addresses them, and explain my treatment in words I could understand. The staff and the Drs are exceptional!!

The entire staff of Doctors & the ladies are super friendly, excellent at explaining information, and really make such a great environment to be around while still giving such amazing service every single time.
