Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Batesville Urgent Care to anyone….! Holly greeted me when I arrived, and Jenny showed me the most care I have ever been shown at a doctor’s office. She administered all the tests with confidence, care and efficiency, and explained everything to me. The doctor also explained everything to me thoroughly and offered treatment. I can’t thank your team enough for making me feel better than when I first walked in.

Experiencia negativa: Not a good experience. They tried selling me an injection to help my symptoms but not cure it. Then the NP listened to me and said you have a very bad sinus infection what kind of pills would you like. Your the NP you should know what I need to help me get better. Sat there for 2 hrs before I was even seen. Not a good first experience.

Experiencia negativa: My elderly father and I were left to wait over an hour while the "doctor" "researched his file". We were there for a simple C-diff test. The "doctor" had no idea of how to handle our request. She told us we had to go to the ER! We left and went home and waited for our visiting nurse to come who assisted us with the test and made arrangements for us to drop off the sample to the lab. The "doctor" kept calling me over and over asking how our nurse was handling the test. She went as far as saying she was going to call Dad's kidney doctor for information. The whole experience was disturbing and I will never go back.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice here and Dr Teresa took very good care of me! I live in WA State and had had a cough for 3 weeks while traveling. She set me up with everything I needed to kick this thing! But, the most impressive person of all was the medical assistant Purvi Patel when she gave me an antibiotic injection. I have had many injections in my life and let me tell you, her technique is so unique I didn’t even notice when she gave me the injection! I swear! I was so surprised when she said, “You’re done!” I said….”What?? Oooo, you’re tricky!” I was amazing and she was so sweet.

Experiencia fantástica: Omg, this is by far the best Urgent Care we've ever been to! The first thing I noticed right off was how perfectly clean and modern everything was. This is always a good sign for me. My husband and I went here after both being diagnosed with Covid 19 at a different urgent care, and then a few days later, developing severe coughs that we thought could now be covid pneumonia. Once we arrived here, our check in went smoothly as we were promptly greeted by the receptionist, who was very pleasant . Next another lady who I believe was a nurse assistant took our temperature, weighed us, checked our oxygen levels and blood pressure and asked of our concerns, then lead us to one of the many nice waitng rooms. She, too, was very kind. Within just a few minutes, the NP came in and checked us over thoroughly and also spent time answering all of our questions without ever giving us the impression that she was too busy for us. She was very caring and knowledgeable and she gave us all the necessary testing and medication we needed, without hesitation, to be able to fight this awful virus and get on with our lives! As we were leaving I asked for the names of all the ladies we saw today that took part in our care and they are as follows, Leslie, Claire, Jenn and Mary. I suggest you check this place out if you or a loved one are ever in need of quality medical care! You won't be disappointed!

The NP there is awesome listened to me and my symptoms and prescribed doxycycline and a steroid pack literally felt better within a day or two. Highly recommend.

Although they are extremely busy, NP Kelly took the time to explain everything to us about our Covid treatment and answered all of our questions. She suggested, but didn't push, alternative treatment options, which is why we sought them out in the first place.

Experiencia negativa: My family has been here multiple times and received the same level of poor and inattentive care. My mom had extremely mild COVID symptoms and came in for a rapid test. She tested negative and the doctor still prescribed her antibiotics AND ivermectin without a physical evaluation. This carelessness is what leads to antibiotic resistance. Not to mention the prescription of a non-FDA approved horse dewormer. Dr. Austin is a joke. Feel free to hop on here with your defensive reply AccuDoc.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this place at all costs. They're going about covid testing in an unsafe, nonsense way. I was brought inside for 30 minutes to get a rapid test around staff that wasn't wearing masks. The places doing rapid tests well, swab you without you leaving your vehicle and call you with results. As someone who would love to get the world back to normal and therefore takes the spread of covid seriously - avoid this place.

Experiencia negativa: I had called this morning 14 times and each time after 4-5 minutes the line died. I drive over here to find one person in the waiting room and 2 people at the desk who are constantly letting the phone ring through without answering the line. I haven’t heard them answer the phone once when sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes. They expect you to call in if you have covid symptoms but aren’t even answering the phones. Absolutely horrific.

Experiencia negativa: What a joke, I make a appointment for 1pm they change it to 140pm. Then after waiting 20 more minutes they call me to come in, only to tell me 10min later that I owe a bill from 2009 of $110.00 that they can't even tell me what it was for. So my wife tested positive for covin-19, I started having symptoms yesterday so instead of them trying to help curb this pandemic they rather worry about a bill that they can't even tell me what it is for, I would have paid it immediately had they at least provided me with a simple explanation of what it was for. So a 12yr old bill of $100 bucks was more important to them than the health and well being of this community. To say that's Pathetic is a understatement. I was able to get tested today a day later at a different facility and it was unfortunately positive.

Experiencia fantástica: Keith Tenhunfeld is the best. He uses down-to-earth science based approaches to kindly explain what’s best for his patients. That is peak confidence. Keith has treated me with suspected Covid symptoms in the past, using Ivermectin. Ever since the mainstream media blitz on that proven drug, it’s been hard to find. Recently, I did come down with a confirmed Covid positive case and Keith used Fenofibrate and Hydroxychloroquine and within 24 hours my fever and chills had abated, and I was back to feeling about 95% normal.
