Experiencia negativa: Ladies, if you have PCOS DO NOT GO HERE!!!! He absolutely doesn't know how to treat it. He practices unsafely. He prescribed unsafe amounts of thyroid medication when my labs were off the charts high. He justified it by saying "we use a different standard." My GYN said he was unsafe and didn't know how to treat this problem. After going somewhere else (after a year of this guy) I am finally getting answers and results.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been going here for quite a while with minimal results. Overall the staff was nice, but the results weren’t there for me. Why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 4 (and should be giving 2 for this). I had an appointment this morning at 8:30. Tons of texts reminding me. I showed up and the provider wasn’t there and wasn’t going to be there until around 9, but had other appointments so they needed to reschedule. In my opinion this isn’t acceptable. If the results had been amazing I might have stayed. This is the main reason I’m moving away from this practice. We all have phones and there is no reason to make me drive 1/2 hr to tell me you aren’t there. I never really met with Dr Rigby. The appointment was with a newer assistant I don’t want to name her but it wasn’t Dr Rigby or Heather Roberts.

I got there early and waited and waited at 9:30 I said I had an appointment at 9:00 and the front desk person told me oh he double booked or triple book so I waited there for that much time for nothing. Although I sometimes have to wait up to an hour and thirty minutes past my appointment time he is the most knowledgeable of all the physicians I see. I trust him with sorting out the diabetes questions and clarifying what I need to do to better control my diabetes. He is a great doctor.

Experiencia negativa: On the morning of my appointment, I received a notification indicating I was able to have a telehealth appointment rather than going in person. I called to set that up and the representative indicated she would ensure I received a link to begin the call. That is all she said needed to happen to successfully attend my appointment virtually. After I hung up with their office, I received a few 'spam risk' calls and ignored them, as I always do. Who answers those?? A short time later, as I was watching my phone waiting for the link to be received, I received a notification that I received a voicemail from the 'spam risk' call. It was their office indicating I needed to be checked in for my telehealth appointment. I immediately called and was told they needed to reschedule my appointment since I called back late to get checked in. I tried to explain that the first representative failed to mention I would be receiving a call to get checked in and the call indicated it was spam so I ignored it. They did not seem to care that I received misinformation and told me I would indeed have to reschedule. Now I cannot get back into their office until October!! I am hoping the process to setup Telehealth appointments is reevaluated to ensure employees give patients a heads up that they should expect a call to get checked in.

Experiencia positiva: Dr Rigby is a fantastic doctor, very knowledgeable about weight loss. I only wish he were a little more punctual. Last time he was 40 minutes late and I had to cancel the appointment as I had other things on my schedule

Experiencia positiva: My experience was not what I expected or hoped for. Yours may be different; I hope so! But I wish someone had given me a heads up, so i'd offer the following recommendations: 1. Manage your expectations. This clinic doesn't do anything differently, or offer quick, secret, magical solutions... At least that I could tell. Your personal doctor's advice also might be very different than Dr Rigby's. I found the counsel from my doctor of 20+ years more suited to me, and safer, medically. 2. Don't expect to be treated as an individual. I'm not saying it's good or bad, but this is a busy practice...maybe too busy for my particular needs. I found Dr Rigby's manner quite abrupt and...in your face, and it is mirrored by the staff. The extensive health history they require didn't appear to even have been looked at. And they don't seem to have much compassion for those with....difficult back stories. If you can deal okay with that, it might be great. 3. If you agree to take the expensive metabolic test they warn you won't be covered by insurance (it was for me so check your statements) absolutely INSIST someone stay with you to ensure you are doing it correctly. They were "swamped" during my visit and left me alone to do the test without monitoring. When my results came back, I knew they were wrong. I was told that I must not have followed the (barely outlined) instructions and would need to pay to take it again. Since I don't feel it was my fault, why should I pay for it twice? Again, this was my experience. Yours could be completely different and I hope it is. I'm pursuing my goals in another way and am having some success, although maybe slower. But I wish I'd known in advance what might happen with this office. I hope these recommendations might help you be better prepared.

Dr Rigby explains your blood work in depth and helps you understand how your hormones and overall organ function play a part in not only your health, but your weight loss journey. Experiencia positiva: The visit was good. I did not wait long. I felt I was not rushed through the appointment. I had several prescriptions filled but when I picked them up they were not correct. (The dosage was wrong) it's possible he changed the dose but he did not inform me of the change. Two times I have called to get it straightened out but I never hear back from them and my prescriptions have not been called in. The pharmacy has faxed a request but they were never answered. I have been without that med for a week now. I feel very frustrated. I just wish the receptionist would allow me to talk to Dr Rigbys assistant. I would feel more confident that there would be a chance that I'd get the refills. Also in January I started a new med and it was making me sick when it was combined with another med. I called the office to be sure it was ok to just stop taking it. I never heard back.

My legs would hurt while I was on Mounjaro and doctor Rigby told me to increase my magnesium intake and he was right, leg aches went away. Good advice!
