Experiencia positiva: I have been going here for my care for about half a year now. You can make a next day appointment, which is great! My doctor, Casey Brighton, always addresses my concerns and listens to what I have to say. She is the best PCP I have ever had. All the staff there is really nice and makes me feel comfortable to be myself (I am nonbinary). The only problem I have is that they will always lose your paperwork and have trouble sending your papers for a referral, but it always works out, even if it is annoying.

There was very little wait time before I was seen, and the doctor’s assistant that checked me in (Judith?) was very friendly and professional. She took the time to chat a little and made me feel at ease. Dr Tekelenburg answered all my questions and got the necessary referral processed right away. A positive experience all around.

UPDATE: Saw a different doctor this time and had a wonderful experience! She was so caring and experienced and answered all my questions! They have the whole ethical practice thing going on too - they can help folks who lack insurance etc. The secretaries remembered my name after just a few visits. Nothing but professional and humane. Have been instrumental in keeping me well

I have been through an exceptionally difficult time in my life the past few weeks and she has done everything in her power to help me get through it. I used to see Sue Nichols for many years and when Sue stopped general practice Dr Crusberg was a wonderful replacement for my general needs.

Once the surgery was complete, we followed her back to her "home" base in Newmarket. She is excellent at her job, and catered to our specific needs pre and post operative. She is a gem, and we wouldn't want anyone else to help us achieve our mobility goals

Experiencia fantástica: I had an urgent situation that landed me in the emergency room on Saturday and this office got me to be seen for follow up on Wednesday. I was seen quickly, my concerns were heard and we left no stone unturned. I also go to schedule lab work and a physical upon my check out. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Most importantly I honestly felt heard.

Experiencia negativa: I saw Cora Donahue here for quite a few years. Basic issues or physicals it was fine, but any issue I needed further help with her answer was to just throw medications at me. I’m a young adult, there’s no reason for me to be on that many medications. I expect my dr to look at the root of the issue, not just prescribe cause that’s when they get paid more. I was diagnosed with High BP she messed up my medication and ordered me the wrong labs. I finally changed Practices, I was diagnosed with a more serious issue that she should have caught…I now go to Core Physicians and I feel more cared for in my short time there, than I ever felt with Lamprey and I will never recommend them to anyone

She was all business and seemed distracted, but nice enough. Sarah Wood the NP was very nice, not pushy, listened. I look forward to more conversation when I return for my actual physical. Overall a better experience than I expected having not seen a doctor in MANY years.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the process of having a colonoscopy at exeter hospital when they discovered I had afib and stopped everything...the told me to immediately go see my primary care doctor...lampray got me in that afternoon and took care of me with care and concern and directed me in the right diection...I left feeling that I would be okay.

They got me in during that time, and gave me a prescription that I was able to pick up on my way home. Perfect! The doctor and PA she was training were awesome!
