Experiencia negativa: I had a 12:30 appointment. I parked my car at 12:30 walked in the door 1 to 2 minutes later and they had already taken someone else in my place. That is so inconsiderate to say that walk-ins trump an appointment if you're not there at the time. There is no grace period. They're not human. And I was told by the receptionist this is their policy. And by the way, I did the pre-check in so that was a waste of time as well… I also want to add, my teeth were not hurting until I allow them to work on them so I’m had to go back to have them review what they did.

Experiencia negativa: Always had fine appointments, but it is impossible to call and get a question answered. Endless rounds of automated menus and even when navigated correctly, are always answered by random customer service people who will transfer you to the incorrect department or just straight to a voicemail, the latter of which, you can get to through navigating the automated menus yourself, so clearly that is not what you're attempting to do. You're honestly better off driving to the location to get a straight answer to a question in a timely manner.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited for issues I was having that myself and my family were concerned about and instead of doing anything to rule out possible causes, I was told that everything I was experiencing was completely normal and that at 19 years old, I shouldn’t even have a regular period. To say I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with my health care team is an understatement.

I came in there with no insurance and not only was I able to see a doctor that morning, but I was able to get all of the prescriptions I needed for an insanely good price. My $500/month medication was $13! They also helped my get set back up with insurance and navigate the options. CHC is truly a godsend and I am incredibly grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I go to Community Health for our dental needs. I wasn’t looking forward to it as I’d gotten spoiled by private dentists but things happen and I could no longer afford it. The first thing I noticed is that the place is clean and well kept. The desk ladies are very nice and the dentist I regularly see (Dr Young) has been not only nice but also actually caring beyond just what is happening in her chair. Recently my latest appointment has had to be shifted around and I got to see Dr Mahoney as Dr Young was out of the office. I really liked him too. He was informative, paid attention to what I said and thorough. I’d happily see him again. The staff here treat people like they matter. I’ve been treated with care and dignity. I can tell you, that’s not the truth everywhere in similar facilities. So if you have a need to use the Community Health dentist in Arlington, you will likely have a good experience. From my own experience, I’d recommend them.

Experiencia positiva: Called for an appointment they could see me next morning for an evaluation for the tooth I needed to have looked at. The dr was nice, caring and knowledgeable. She said I could go upfront for a Full check up. I went to make an appointment, the receptionist gave me a paper with a referral. She said not taking any new clients- mind you I've been seen here multiple times before. I asked if she had any recommendations she said no, and turned her chair away from me to work on whatever she was working on. Was not friendly or helpful. I felt like asking was a huge inconvenience for her. For her alone I would not recommend this clinic for her representation of this company. Very unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: Great clinic with affordable fee schedule. Currently there are no doctors on the roster but there is a very competent staff of RNs, PAs, ARNPs etc that are more than capable. I've been in to see several different providers and all were friendly and professional. There's also an in-house pharmacy which is handy. Great place overall.

Not many dentists take Medicaid as a payment option for adults due to how little they pay. CHC gives you the BEST care , regardless of you payment status. I will continue to use them even though I was recently dropped from Medicaid as they have a sliding fee scale you can apply for. Can't say enough about the team at CHC DENTAL , from reception to dentist....they all are #1.

Interactions with CHC's dental assistants and office staff are always pleasant. This is why I drive for over an hour and refuse to find a new dentist closer. Update: We're going on 7 years at this clinic and we've continued to recieve nothing but the best of care and treatment! I can't recommend them enough.

The past week I was in a crisis and Amberly squeezed me into her very busy schedule. She took extended time with me as I had concerns as a new widow also on top of my health challenges. I felt cared for and seen by her personal yet professional manner with me as I always have. Though she is a PRN and not a doctor I always feel I am in very confidant hands…. Thanks Amberly!

Experiencia negativa: This location was closer to my home than the Everett location, so I decided to cancel all my appointment in Everett location in order to continue my hygiene appointment in this location but I felt after last visit I am wasting my time ,after I drove 20 minutes , I have been told from DMD :”we are booked it up till September’24, so we can’t do anything for you today, but you could go back to the CHC at snohomish at Everett location “? I know it’s not her fault they are booked up but I need help with my issue I can’t wait so much time and jumping from clinic to clinic looking for the appointment they should have more Dental appointment available for their clients!!! In fact, I called the clinic today but they are booked also till September by the way this is my second and last time to visit this clinic, because I felt disappointed

Experiencia negativa: They are borderline impossible to get in touch with. If you need to ask a question, be prepared to wait on hold at least an hour. I moved to another state and all I needed was my medication list and for them to transfer my prescriptions. As of now I've been without my depression meds for almost a month. I've spent more time on hold than talking to a human. This is unfortunately common but unacceptable. They need to higher more receptionists or something. It's horrible.

I wasnt asked to waste hundreds on a laser treatment (which doesnt work on teeth with metal fillings - half my teeth). I was NOT told "You really should consider getting implants on your two missing molars." (5 grand for What?) I have gagging issues and they didnt berate me or "huff" at me. And the kid helping Hustled to minimize my discomfort. I appreciate my new dentists. So I found good dentists..

In that, I was dissappinted. I no longer see the value of xrays, as that is always where the ball drops. That is more of a reflection of medicare limitations.

Stayed with them even when better health insurance provided me with other options. The quality of care is excellent. I have encountered 1-2 providers that I did not care for, but that’s been over the course of a couple decades. Most of the providers I’ve seen have been top notch. Their front office and other medical staff I’ve found to be friendly, helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend them.
