My doctor today was a very sweet Dominican lady I didn’t get a chance to get her name but I hope she’s my permanent doctor . Ms Shelly in the labs department took my blood today and she was super fast and so polite . Another amazing member of the staff here is Ms shaquetta she made me feel right at home my 3 year old daughter came along and she loves them both as well I definitely will stay at this doctors office for some time . Met her at a DJ set and I could tell she was really passionate about spreading health awareness and told me about the good work done at CARE RESOURCE, Very cool mission. I had no idea about the high impact of HIV on south Florida and treatment available, now I do! I noticed she carries the same enthusiasm from her love of disco into teaching others. Big shout out to Bobbie-Jo, thanks for all you do.

Experiencia negativa: They sent bloodwork out without telling Quest what it was for. I was supposed to receive results in 5 days, I did not. I had to request them from Quest myself. Quest said they told Careresource the sample didn't have any instructions, and they never answered back, so Quest disposed of it. I called and they said they would leave a message with the medical assistant, 3 hours later no response. I call back and enter the option to receive a call back. They call back and immediately hang up on me. Wildly unprofessional and negligent

I ask Scott to assist me with meds and he took his time and made it possible rapidly.I love this place, they deserve to be recognized for all the great work they do.

Experiencia negativa: Have been trying to get a dental appointment since May '24 as my insurance placed me with a provider here. I was just able to speak to someone today. The next availability is January '25. If the wait is that long, why say that you're "accepting new patients"? Was advised to go sit in the office every day from open to see if there was a no show and maybe be seen. Impossible to get care. Impossible to change providers until 2025.

I feel like they cultivate a safe and inclusive environment where I feel welcome. And they really went above and beyond- even after my appointment. The Fort Lauderdale location is very busy, but the front desk workers are well-organized and parking is easy. Probably the best community health clinic in South Florida. Definitely the most well run health center I've ever visited. Absolutely recommend.

I’ve been coming to CareResourse for years and it has been amazing!
