Experiencia negativa: Very deceitful company. My husband and I both purchased one year contracts for HRT. Sarah sold us on the fact that if we needed more that it would all be included, which is why we should go with the year plan. She now says it kept of a $499 enrollment fee along with the fact that they wouldn't charge $250 prescription fees and that she never uses that language of how many pellets (an outright lie). We only received 3 and 2 pellet insertions (one which was 6 months apart even though they are supposed to be 3-4 months apart). Blood work for each of us cost over $1,000 ($250+ each time for each of us), they messed up my husband's pellet insertion causing pain and the need for extra therapy by them to try and break it up. The pills that they act have so much value are much cheaper on amazon and at Costco like DIM, which is $20 or less on Amazon, Anastrozole which is $4 at Costco, and NP Thyroid which is under $35 (all using GoodRX). They never answer their phones, the service they use to take messages either never gives them the messages or they don't have the time to call back. I would NEVER recommend going to this place. There are so many better ones out there and NEVER pay upfront for ANYTHING. On top of that, their attitude is awful - they act like if you don't like how they do things then go someplace else - well WE ARE and so should YOU!

I have a number of issues (premature ovarian failure, PCOS, adrenal insufficiency), so I knew going in it wouldn't happen overnight. When I reach that point, I will come back to update my review. In the meantime, a special shoutout to Dr. Lomboy (though she hasn't been my Dr from day 1), she seems to be a take-the-bull-by-the-horns kind of gal and does a great job educating me on every front; Maggie who I see for all my vitals and prep work for my pellets: she's such a sweetheart and super easy to talk to; and Joey, who has been with me from day 1. He knows his stuff and does his job very well. He is an excellent care coordinator, and if you're assigned to him, consider yourself lucky!

However..... the fact i paid $2499 for a 3 month program, including meds and nutrition, but only received 2 months of meds is not ok. I am out of my meds this week, but still have 3 more Nutrition calls with Sean... that in itself does not make sense. I have spoken with Sara and she stated I needed to pay another $1400 to continue. How is that? you only sent me 2 months supply!!!! I still have 3 more calls with Sean, but not on any meds??? Help that make sense to me. This is so disappointing. I paid good money and literally did not get the full benefits of this program. 2 weeks later - UPDATE Again reached out to Sarah at the Wesley Chapel office as I am out of meds. Only received 2 months worth. I was told they were delivered and a picture of my door. I DID NOT RECEIVE THEM, so I was then told to submit a claim with FED EX - did that. The claim went through, however now the pharmacy this place uses, states I need Sarah and Team to call them regarding the new prescription, Sarah is stating the pharmacy needs to call them. neither of these facilities want to do there part and I am totally disgusted. Its a shame as the program works, I just want what I paid for and neither businesses will help. The funny and entertaining part is... Sarah offered to cover the next order with 50% off........REALLY .... i didn't get what i paid for this time. SERVICE IS AWFUL, save yourself some money and frustration and go SOMEWHERE ELSE

He took his time and did the procedure to perfection. I feel zero pain/discomfort. One day later I can barely feel where the procedure was performed. I highly recommend him & will ask for him next time!

I only wish that after all the email and text reminders about the time of my appointment, I didn’t have to wait 20 mins past my appointment time when I arrived on time (early actually). Running behind on appointments is understandable if only it would have been communicated by someone ahead of time OR at my appointment time - while I’m sitting in the lobby staring at the front desk staff members who are talking to each other.

I was sold a one year “membership” and then after a horrible experience within only a few weeks I was in complete buyers remorse. But be aware there are no refunds at this place.

Experiencia negativa: This is not a reflection of the doctors or therapists. Only my dealings with the office staff. They tried to gaslight me. I had multiple conversations about my treatment plan with the patient coordinator. Come time for a refill, I’m told the complete opposite of what was agreed on. Instead of that person admitting they were wrong or mistaken, they doubled down and told me that Age Rejuvenation records all phone calls and they had a recording of me agreeing to a different plan. For a second, I really did question my own memories. But not only was that not true, Florida is a two party consent state. So if they are recording phone calls without telling you it’s a felony My issue was halfway resolved in the end, but it was frustrating playing nice with people trying to manipulate me.
