Experiencia positiva: The pictures on the website look so nice haha and when I walked in , it looked nothing like it. But I understand you have to start somewhere . I enjoyed my time but the people at this gym have no gym etiquette . It’s so bad . I needed a machine and requested to use it after they were done . All they did is stand on the machine and talk for a whole hour. I was half way through my exercise and their friends took it after . This gym is not meant for more than 50 people . I didn’t even finish my 3 day trial. I’ve also heard horrible things about their memberships. This gym is not worth more than 15 bucks a month . Just go to Crunch.

Experiencia negativa: I've notified staff and owner about the larger bench press down stairs being too close to the wall, There is not enough space to get behind it to spot people safely without walking on the padding and stepping over the bar. We are large guys and can't get back there. We were told that the bench would be moved out from the wall about 10 inches or but no changes have been made.

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional Experience While Cancelling My Membership I recently attempted to cancel my membership at 1440 and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The front desk employees were unprofessional, and seemed indifferent to my request. Rather than assisting me with the process, I was met with impatience and a lack of empathy. I understand that cancellations can sometimes be a hassle, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. Instead of providing clear instructions or offering any assistance, I felt dismissed and brushed off. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case during this interaction. It’s disappointing to see that such behavior was coming from a staff that represents the gym. I hope they can improve their customer service to ensure others don’t have to go through a similarly frustrating experience.

Experiencia fantástica: this place offers a lot of nice things, like sauna, pool and classess, pretty much a lot of cool equipment, but the gym seems to be really outdated the theater room upstairs is really dark, some of the equipments like the treadmill and elepetical aren't working properly, I checked out the fit3d scanner but the tablet wasn't working. -Update I went back and the theater room was fixed I am satisfied that the management was quick to listening to complaints and addressing it.

I was really embarrassed and she made me feel so comfortable. There was also a gentleman by the name of Travis i believe that was a huge help in taking the time to explain things to me in detail. He was patient with an awesome petsonality just like Judith!

I saw the Instagram post showing the Fitness 1440 Nashville location, with great features and amenities I figured I would try it out. Enrolled online, went to the gym, downloaded app and I was in. The place looked good, ppl working out hard, and plenty of options for a good lift. Glad I signed up.

The staff it’s amazing super polite and helpful. Has sauna and all the equipment you need as a bodybuilder! 100% recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is a ton of equipment already, and they are in the process of ordering and setting up more. Everything is clean and well maintained. There is a great culture in this gym, where everyone can feel comfortable, whether they are a serious bodybuilder, interested in group classes, or are just starting out. It’s a wonderfully diverse crowd and everyone is welcoming, friendly and supportive. The owners and managers are constantly focusing on improving the experience in the gym, and their dedication shows! I’ve been to just about every gym in Middle TN, and most all of them are great, but this is definitely where I prefer to spend my training time.

Good selection of weights, machines, pool, Jacuzzi, sauna. Easy to access near interstate 24. My Trainer, Nicole has been a great encouragement to me in the pursuit of better nutrition, weight loss, and muscle development which is a challenge with my health history.

I believe the gym could use a little sprucing up; however, I wouldn’t say I like bougie gyms. I like them to be neat, organized, and clean. In my experience, people appreciate that locker rooms are kept up well and modern with abundant and easy-to-use lockers. As I indicated before, your staff is your greatest asset. Experiencia negativa: Beautiful facility! However, ShonRay is terrible. I did a Kettle bell class a few months ago with her & it was a horrible experience. She yells like a drill sergeant. Was all in my face & took my weights and threw them to the side saying the weights was too small. She kept yelling at me over & over. Literally targeting me out of everyone in the class. Smh. Then I finally left out & she laughed saying "HA HA HA" very loud on purpose so I could hear. Very petty & unprofessional. I'll never come back here.

So friendly and very very fun. So many treadmills/cardio machines, tons of weight lifting stations. I appreciated that the news wasn't on the tvs all day long. Staff very friendly too.

Experiencia negativa: WASTE OF MONEY! Don’t purchase a membership here. Half the amenities don’t even work every single week. The whirlpool/jacuzzi is out of order constantly, and when it’s not, the timer for the jets won’t even work. On top of that, fitness 1440 claims to be 24 hours but staff is not on site after 10pm; Therefore if something breaks down or you need anything, there is absolutely NO STAFF AVAILABLE ON SITE. What’s the point in paying a membership every month for a gym with faulty equipment and amenities along with staff that is unavailable/not present….?

Experiencia negativa: We had started a membership and months later we had to move out of state due to family obligations and work. When we called to cancel the membership they said we needed to come in and provide proof of moving/sign a paper. So we went in and did so and we were told we are good to go. Come months later we realized that they are still charging us for part of the membership, we called to speak to the manager about this but he refused to deal with us and only coward behind his employees. They realized their mistake and fixed it but refused to give back the money they had wrongly taken. I honestly don’t care about the money, it’s more the fact that the manager cowards behind his employees and they never followed us to right their wrong.

Experiencia negativa: To start off on a positive note: this facility was enjoyable to an extent. For the cost of monthly membership the equipment should definitely be better condition and quality. I also had issues entering the gym when staff was not present( they offer a 24/7 entry, as long as your barcode is valid ). The gym staff, not very helpful, it’s apparent they are there to get the paycheck not for the quality of service. I would recommend this facility for individuals seeking the next step up from planet fitness. I would not recommend this facility for the more advanced lifters and athletes. It also costs more to cancel your membership than it does to begin a membership. I paid a total of $160 just to cancel my membership, take into mind I didn’t use the facility for two months prior to cancellation. I explained this to the staff, yet they still extremely over charged me. My experience at Fitness 1440 was not a positive one and I will definitely not be returning anytime in the future. ✌️

Experiencia positiva: Lots of amenities available here. The hot tub is the best amenity available for my arthritis and the pool for low impact aerobics. The showers could be hit with bleach more often but the sauna is really nice and hot.

Plenty of free weights, squat racks, deadlift areas, machines, and variety of other equipment. Has really been a great place for me so far. Everyone is different, but if you want a classic traditional gym that has all the equipment you could need, this is it.

Experiencia positiva: Awesome front desk staff, free lemonade water and coffee during staffed hours, and awesome outdoor security during unstaffed hours. Lots equipment, but old. You can reserve personal training room and have the whole room to yourself!! The part I absolutely dislike is that the sauna is always disgusting. It seems to be cleaned every 2 weeks...the bathrooms too. Please do better at cleaning.....especially the sauna!!! I would most def give 5 stars if the sauna and bathrooms and sauna were cleaned on a regular basis, but they aren't.

The gym was clean, have top of the line workout machines. I would definitely recommend anyone going to Nashville and looking for a place to workout to head down to Fitness 1440 Nashville.

Experiencia negativa: I don't know where to start I watch this gym go down hell. They lost everything I don't think the owners are still motivated. There is no AC it's hot as a sauna inside the gym. The floors or equipment not clean at all. Most of the machines are outdated. It needs some serious work because the new gyms will steal all the business. The music the play 2 songs together one on top of the other so you don't know what's going on. The theater room is always say movie playing. I don't understand why lock up the boxing bag like someone going to eat it. Like I said the owners gave up.

The staff (specifically Karissa, she’s the GREATEST) are incredibly helpful and friendly, they have a ton of great equipment, great selection of goods if you need an energy drink or muscle milk! I forgot his name, but the dude on the front desk helped me out a bunch. Dude was gonna run to his car to see if there was something to help me. Mans was acting like I was dying, felt like the gym version of a chic-fil-a worker. Mans needs that raise.

However, their free weights are nice and get the job done well. Also, for a 24/hr gym their membership cost is super reasonable. They're very accommodating to your personal needs, if your someone like me with limitations and restrictions. They have trainer's on site you can have a one on one sessions with ...Jay's the best. You will also have access to the pool,hut tub, sauna and taning bed if your wanting to work on your tan. The members are all very friendly, so if your looking for a gym, give Fitness 1440 a try you won't regret it......Oh another plus there open 24 hour's for your convenience.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, there is no censorship on the gym after 10 pm..there is chaos..group entry without membership participation..a person who has a subscription enters large groups, and they exercise in the same place and time. Unfortunately, they are annoying and it becomes chaos in the club..I will do the same Membership cancellation

Experiencia negativa: The manager is extremely prejudiced and singles out guests, even the staff has no idea what to do with themselves. Their numerous pieces of equipment (theater exercise room, indoor pool, sauna, and regular equipment) are disgraceful. While ignoring their guests and the conditions of the rooms, staff members can be found browsing the internet, looking into space, or simply standing around talking to one another. The facility desperately needs to be thoroughly cleaned. You'll continuously find soiled, old utilized paper towels on the floor and seldom any cleaning bottles accessible here.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible gym, I was a member for more than a year with personnel instruction and knew about this policy but I couldn't get a way simlily because I moved out. The management never reached out and send my account to credit agency which I end up paying more than 300$, how cheap are you. I think this kind of information should be visible for other customers to judge. Terrible policy will get you after you sign up. you will never make friends in the good market. Bad leaders cause this.

Experiencia negativa: DONT go here if you ACTUALLY want to work out. Ive been going to this gym for a year now and I'm done. It's terrible. Something is always broken despite the large "maintenance" fee they charge (over 100$) Machines always broken and in bad shape... water heater always broken (I hope you like ice cold showers!) Toilets repeatedly broken. Overcrowded and definitely a "family gym." I also feel uncomfortable because I keep seeing pre-teen boys with their moms in the locker room (and even a full grown man before!!)... they stare. not a safe place to change or exercise for females The men also get a steam room and a sauna, which the women only get a sauna. ( but don't worry, it's been broken for over a year) Waste of money.

Experiencia negativa: Go at your own risk. Their personal trainers know absolutely nothing about people with injuries. Second time in a row that after 3 days I'm still unable to walk or lift my arm. Now I'm stuck for a year for absolutely nothing but to get hurt. The whole reason I went there was they said there would be somebody to help guide so I didn't hurt myself. But this guy's got no idea how work with someone with injuries.

Experiencia fantástica: one of the best fitness centers in the area hands down perfect for beginners up to high intermediate fairly clean all around not just the facilities everywhere is well maintained machines are well maintained (I believe all work perfectly) staff very friendly and everyone is well served with a smile. this site is the best fitness 1440 they got everything necessary and contrary to some of their competitors they're not contract sharks they actually work with you I was a member there a few months and it worked out perfectly for me as it was close to where I worked at the time. went back today and the manager Mike took care of my issue of ending my membership even though this month payment already posted last Saturday. there are plenty of gyms nearby I probably tried most. this one will never fail you. the only reason I canceled my membership is cause I can't make the commute. don't hesitate! sign up they got all the machines you need to hit all body parts full strength room cardio machines indoor pool an epic forgot-everything-and-feel-the-burn room with a movie theater like projector sporting bad azz movies everyday (must check out!) sometimes they offer water with lemon slices and coffee if not they got filtered water machine and towels for those coming to kill it. one of the biggest sauna rooms kids play room ... great friendly staff and no bs-service management. seriously this place is really fun and fairly exceeds what you'd expect for very reasonable fee and doesn't get too crowded (well only rarely like Monday post work hours like every other gym) even then you can still get at least few things done. I don't ever post reviews but this one I needed when I was shopping for for a deal around the area. stay strong
