Experiencia negativa: Staff was great but on meeting the dr we felt like he was in a rush to finish with us when I asked a question he about the patient he will say it’s obviously she has dementia and he also said he can’t do anything about it he was fast on doing his assessment and kept leaving the room he just seem to not care for the patient concerns he has bad bedside manners that’s for sure I feel it’s time for his retirement honestly .so for the staff they were good but the dr nope

He was able to treat my heart condition within 3 visits which included stress test, echocardiogram, EKG, and follow-up appointments with Dr. Hedayati. I'm very thankful and I highly recommend Dr. Hedayati and his office!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Heritage Victor Valley Medical Group: High Desert. My PCP has a great bedside manner and never rushes through my appointment with him. The group includes an optometrist who deals with eye health and he is great. All of the staff I've interacted with are very friendly with lots of smiles. They always give me a warm welcome when I walk in and say "have a great day" when I leave. Although I haven't taken advantage of it, they have a dietician on staff and a gym. They also have their own Urgent Care which worked great for us during the start of COVID. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this medical group.
