Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. The whole place should be shut down for a little bit so they can regroup because it is just sad. They left me sitting for 2 hours just to be told they forgot about me. The place also is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. You would think after Covid they would have upped their cleaning but clearly they have neglected it just as much as they neglect their patients. They also will tell you they take your insurance and after you have your appointments call you to give you a bill because all of a sudden they don’t take your insurance. Complete joke. Never again.

Experiencia negativa: Dr is good. Issue is the nurse line and trying to get prescription refills. Have been trying to get insulin filled for about a week now, 1st get “got pre-approval, where do you want it to go?”. Answer that and nothing, then again “what rx to send to?”. Again reply. Now, what generic will insurance cover and where should we send it? It is ridiculous that I will have to change from a Dr I like and is good and knowledgeable because the nurse line can’t get prescriptions sent over when requested and given all information needed multiple times.

NO “THANK YOU FOR CALLING WOODRIDGE CLINIC, HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” I COULD HAVE CALLED THE WEONG NUMBER AND NEVER KNEW IT. THAN I ASKED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT AND SHE GAVE ME SUCH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE THAT I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE, AND SHE SAID THERE’S ONLY 1 PERSON AND THATS ME. I WANTED TO SPEAK TO HER SUPERIOR BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER TALKED ON THE PHONE AT A DOCTORS OFFICE TOO. Experiencia negativa: Multiple calls for referrals and no one answers or call back. Its been week now and i need to see specialist. Dr is probably good. Nursing staff is good but when it comes to referring to specialist it takes weeks and why no one answers the phone in referrals department ??

Experiencia negativa: I hadxto give a star to leave a review but this Clinic didn't deserve any Irecently moved within walking distance of this clinic and I need a refill on my monthly dose of pain med Dr Marin tried to,insinuate I was a addict and didn't even read the order .I told her that was a 2 week supply which was listed as 15 day refill this Dr Marin advises me she could do 15 I tried to show her that was not correct dosage.I suffer from radiculopathy and sciatica and I have plates and screws in my right ankel.I couldn't understand her limited level of English she didn't care to listen She even asked dud I mover near to get pain med.I immediately knew at that point she was stereotyping me. The Clinic was not clean she was not professional to me I now am giving the run around about my medication.To add insult to injury she puts another rx through and the cancel it after I am summoned to Walgreen. I Would like to picket this clinic they really need to close their doors Dr Marin is unfit as well as unqualified to continue as a Physician please help me and email me as to what we can do to get a more qualified team in this Woodridge clinic

Experiencia negativa: This clinic is an absolute joke. I have been coming here for 3 years seeing Dr. Marin and have finally reached the end of my rope. Need a refill on your prescription? Better call 2 weeks ahead, because it is impossible to get her to send over a refill. And don’t be fooled; leaving a message with the nursing staff will not expedite the process. I had to call 2-3 times a week for a month to get a standard prescription refill. During my first appointment, she asked if I was “sexually immoral,” and that should’ve been a red flag, but I ignored it. She’s probably going to judge you if you’re having premarital sex, and I honestly think this is is part of the reason why I have received less than stellar care. I’ve shared diagnoses with specialists multiple times but they have not been documented in my chart. The straw that broke the camel’s back so to speak came with my 3rd COVID infection. Every time I’ve had COVID, it has given me pneumonia, so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t heading down that path again. Unfortunately she refused an in person visit, and a doctor can’t exactly listen to lung sounds over the phone. I 100% understand not wanting to have a COVID+ person in the office; it is dangerous. But given my pre-existing conditions and previous history, I thought I’d be able to get in there for at least 5-10 minutes for her to listen to my lungs. But I guess not, and I don’t exactly have 2 grand lying around for an emergency room visit. The woman who talked to me on the phone before my supposed virtual visit was very snippy, short, and rude, unfortunately not an uncommon occurrence with the front desk staff. Take your business and trust your health with a different doctor elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: My dad went in for a check up in January, symptoms of blood clot, and coughing up blood. Clinic tell him he’s fine. He comes in another time about loosing nerves and feeling in his left side. Nothing from the clinic “he’s healthy.” 1 month later he is sent to insensitive care and diagnosed with lung and brain cancer. Bunch of crooks, healthcare workers don’t care for their patients and only for their own benefit and insurance. This clinic is straight joke

Experiencia negativa: Although I don't often write reviews, I am rather dissatisfied with the clinic's services. They had to wait weeks to receive a referral to a physician's office! I shouldn't have to wait for so long to see a doctor as a patient. I am aware that Erin is the sole employee in the referral department, but I think you should have more staff members. Not everyone visits the doctor for any old reason; we seek medical attention from specialists when we are in pain and shouldn't have to wait so long. This terrible management is the result. Not to mention how many times I've phoned to speak with someone about my test results.

She’s not in a hurry every time we meet and would entertain any questions you may have about the health of your kids. Really great doctor. Thank you Dr. Ajmere!

Experiencia negativa: Waited 32 minutes for doctor. The exam room was filthy, floor was unswept and unwashed, cabinets were unclean, the exam table was worn on both corners to the foam! The PA enters the room with gloves on for a blood draw and touches the door knob and then wants to proceed for the blood draw. I have been waiting for lab results and referrals for one week! They don’t answer the phone and don’t respond to voice mails. The doctor was rude and unprofessional as she spoke to my sister (my support) as though I wasn’t there in the room.Even after I corrected her she continued this terrible habit.

Experiencia negativa: I give this clinic 0 stars. I never give ratings but the clinic's service is really upsetting. My family and I've been patients here for a bit over 2 years now. We were new to Illinois and this place had good ratings so we gave it a try. My dad and I had Dr. Marin who seemed nice but basically finished a yearly checkup in like 5 minutes, 10 minutes max if we stalled to ask her questions. She always seem uninterested. The only thing the nurse and her did was check my temperature, blood pressure, and heart. These are things I do for FREE at my home. They did not write down anything I was telling her. I had high cholesterol and Dr. Marin had nothing to suggest besides that "it's fine" and "control my food" without further instructions. She never checked again or emailed me about my blood test results. My dad has been dealing with high cholesterol and high blood pressure for years! All Dr. Marin does is give him some prescriptions with minimum instructions and doesn't ever follow up on it during his yearly appointments. My mom had Dr. Sweta who she actually liked. She listened to my mom and referred her to a skin doctor. But it's been over a month and the clinic has not called back on the referral. I have called the clinic five times just in the past two days. The front desk transfers me to their "referral line" and goes to voicemail EVERY TIME. I told the front desk not to transfer me because they don't ever pick up or call back when I leave my information. She mentioned to me that I'm not the first to complain and wrote my information to let her manager know. I don't exactly blame the front desk or the working staff there but the system itself is TERRIBLE. Not to mention the medical supplies they have are from like 20-30 years ago or maybe even more who knows. I haven't seen these old medical instruments my whole life. And there are no signs of improving the medical technology. The place might be "affordable" but don't get fooled by the reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. I will be moving my parents to a better clinic where the doctors will actually care about their patient's health.

Experiencia negativa: Worst clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Anwar was professional, but everyone else in that clinic is very unprofessional. I have only been here two times. First time, Dr ordered to draw blood in the room. We waited for almost a hour because the nurse/ receptionist didn’t communicate that we were still in the room waiting for blood to be drawn. Receptionist does not know what they’re doing. They scheduled me when the doctor wasn’t there and had to wait two hours waiting to be seen by another doctor. Very upsetting. I never received a call to reschedule or cancel my appointment. It took forever to enroll. There might be good doctors there, but their system and the way reception works killed it for me. All these miscommunication and long waits are unacceptable in my opinion. Highly encourage people to not go here.

The lady who is scheduling appointment is very rude. She is doing her job so she supposed to be talking nicely with me. This review I wrote only for that front desk lady who scheduled appointment.

Experiencia negativa: I made a 5:15 appointment for Friday because I didn't want to sit there for over an hour for cholesterol pills they give me every three months. They had all the rooms filled and 6 people besides me waiting in the lobby area to see the same doctor. Ridiculous! It's one thing for the same doctor to schedule 2 to 3 people at most but 10 or more is insane and unfair to patients who just to get the same refill every three months!

Horrible bedside manner from most of the doctors besides Dr. Patel and Dr. Sharma who are genuinely amazing and compassionate doctors. The front desk people are unhelpful, rude, rarely answer the phone, and give you attitude when you have a genuine concern regarding your loved ones health. Extremely long wait times only to have the doctor show up for two minutes and showed little interest in answering your questions or concerns.If you care for your family, please go somewhere else and find a doctor that is passionate about providing you with the best healthcare possible.

After I started the medications I was able to sleep through the night. When I woke I felt 100% better. And continue to improve. Thank you for helping me especially when I felt so helpless. I recommend Woodrige Clinic because they are very thorough. All are amazing doctors;. They make sure you receive the needed tests. Jasmin Pappachan reviewed my medical history, treatment plan and her follow up is great. I’ve heard so many horror stories from people that receive treatment from other clinics. I just tell them to go to Woodrige Clinic. They really listen and address your issues. My question is- Wouldn’t you love to hear when your doctor says “Can you come in today” That is music to my ears.

Experiencia negativa: This clinic is extremely unprofessional. I went in bc I needed something quick and the very young girl at the front desk said they wouldn’t be able to see me. What is the whole point of going to a clinic if they’re not able to see you. Finally one older lady tells me to come in and proceeds to tell me that my sample needs to taken to the lab and they will call me with the results and medicine will be sent to pharmacy. They never called me back. They never sent anything to the pharmacy and I was in pain. The person answering the phone is useless and it sounds like a 13 year old talking. Extremely disappointed at their unprofessionalism and unethical management and patient care.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been taking my children to this clinic for years. Since the birth of my children up until a couple of months ago. After Dr. Portela left, this place has NOT been the same. You can’t speak to anyone in the office, every time you try to call you have to leave a message to the answering service. You can’t even make a simple appointment with staff. It’s always so hard to get information from them, and the solution to EVERYTHING is medicine/prescription! I will no longer be using this clinic for my children’s care.

Jasmin Pappachan took us despite not having an appointment, she was incredible, despite going above and beyond to understand how my mom is feeling physically and mentally she took the time to talk with us about why is feeling this way and prescribed accordingly. We cannot wait to see her again, we highly recommend her to anyone needing to be seen, despite being a Nurse Practitioner she is more qualified then alot of doctors we've been to at different locations.

Experiencia positiva: Pharmacy got the prescriptions only on the 2nd day following the visit. Need to follow up a couple of times with the clinic and pharmacy to get this. Though going to this clinic for several years now is the first time for such a delay in getting the medicine. Due to wait time and followups giving a 3. Else Woodridge Clinic is a 4.5 in terms of availability, facilities and care. May be a 5 star for doctors, 4 star for staff and 3 star for their systems.

She offers solutions which we discuss and mutually decide which is the best course of action. As much as I liked and respected Dr. Shah, Swetha has taken his mantel and run with it. She is fantastic and I would whole-hearted recommend her to anyone looking for a medical professional. 9/16/24 Quarterly visit with Swetha Sennareddy this morning. Swetha took time to fully discuss lab test results and concerns I had with my recent BP/HR readings. She is a very caring individual and makes every attempt to jointly arrive at solutions. I am very happy she is my care provider and would unconditionally recommend her to anyone searching for medical professional.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO SEE JASMIN PAPPACHAN!! Extremely unprofessional. Did not wear her mask while sick and after I explained I am immunocompromised. Made arrogant political comments during my visit. Though I could give a nurse practitioner a shot but will have to stick to my standard medical doctor because she seemed unknowledge.

Experiencia negativa: I want to make it clear the doctors are not the problem at all, the clinic manager/ front desk staff are. I had four appointments scheduled last Friday, starting at 9AM, for myself and my three children, we arrived on time. When I checked us in I was told that there was an issue because my insurance didn’t have a provider from their clinic listed, I informed them that I did attempt to have one added but my insurance company said that their portal was locked so I could not add them and that someone from the office would have to call and have it opened so that I can have the PCP undated. The receptionist contacted the billing department and explained what was going on, I was told he would reach out to me with more information/a resolution when he was done reaching out to the insurance company. He calls not long after I leave and tells me we can be seen, that he spoke with my insurance and is working to get the port opened and that they (my insurance company) advised that despite my PCP being different on my card that as long as they are in network (they are) with the plan and I am getting a covered service that I can still be seen and they will cover it. I came back at 12:30 that same day and they were only able to see my son and they scheduled for myself and my two other children to be seen today 9/2/23 at 8AM. This morning I arrived at my appointment on time. The receptionist told me the PCP was another provider, I explained what happened at the previous appointment and that I should be able to be seen since this was already resolved on my last appointment. The receptionist told me she called the clinic manager and she was told I can be seen but I have to pay out of pocket first. I asked to speak to her and tried to explain and the manager proceeded to talk over me and didn’t seem to care at all. I asked her for the process to file a grievance she would not provide that to me. I am so lost as to how the manager of the clinic can contract with an insurance company and not know the ins and outs of the contract, when I left I realized she just didn’t want us to be seen. This is the second time that I have put aside time for myself and my children to be seen, and every time it’s been a mess. I plan to file a grievance with the state. The manager at this facility is greedy and if the well being of the patient is not a priority then she has no business in her position. *update* called the billing department 9/5 to get my sons claim information was told I would get a call back and never did. I called back today 9/6 and spoke with the clinic manager Patel. Again she was combative and unprofessional. She claimed that she called the insurance company after I left and made a request for them to see me. which was a complete lie because again my insurance allows members to see a provider as long as they are in network and are receiving a covered service. This was made clear to this office multiple times. I tried explained again that this was already known during my first appointment when the billing department called the insurance that’s why my son was able to be seen. she argued that my sons situation wasn’t the same, which again is another lie, it was literally the same issue but was resolved that’s why he was seen that initial appointment day and why another appointment was set. She lied about calling me after I left because there is no record of contact, no missed call, no voicemail, no text, no email. Every time she said something that wasn’t honest and was called out/corrected by it she just kept arguing. Toward the end I stated I just wanted my sons claim information because I was tired of being talked over/ argued with and she basically said I wasn’t welcomed at her practice. I was never planing to return. This clinic manager is the most unprofessional, ignorant, combative person I have ever dealt with. I have reported this practice to my insurance, and I am in the process of reporting this clinic to the IDFPR and plan to report them to any other agency so that this type of thing doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to this clinic since I was young and had you asked me to write a review every year prior I probably would’ve given one to two stars and had many things to say, but going lately I have noticed that there has been so much improvement and I have been seeing Dr. Swetha who is honestly a great doctor. The staffing there has gotten really organized and I’m happy for them to finally have things under control because as stressful as it was for patients over the years I can only imagine how stressful it was for the office trying to manage it all and stay afloat. Things are organized and appointments are being made promptly with friendly reminders and confirmations and Dr. Swetha who really makes going to the doctor 10x better of an experience. I’m very happy with the Woodridge Clinic at this point and would recommend 100%. Referrals have been getting sent out immediately as well so if you have issues at any of your doctor’s with referrals, the department who handles the insurance coverage and reaching out to ensure you get to where you need to go is great! I got two of my referrals already processed within one day! Go to Woodridge Clinic and I have many doubts you’ll be disappointed :)

Experiencia negativa: Refuse to treat my daughters depression. Didn't contact to tell me any decision on her medication as promised. Very eager to send children to silver oaks and no other options, most likely recieve kickback for sending children. Our children aren't your profit.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently seen Swetha Sannaareddy a Physician Assistant at Woodridge Clinic. My boys have a regular pediatrician, but on the occasions she is not available we have seen Swetha without hesitation. She is great with children. She listens to my boys symptoms firsthand and I relate anything else of necessity. I like that she includes them in their own care and that they are very receptive to listen to her treatment plan. She is very thorough in explaining what the diagnosis is and what the options are going forward. Thank You “Dr.”Swetha!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pranjal Shah has been my PCP for years but recently PA Swetha Sannareddy has taken his role. I was assured by the MA that I could find another doctor as my PCP if I did not take to her, but honestly, PA Swetha was awesome. She was kind, warm, & made me feel comfortable immediately, especially when I brought up a topic that was difficult for me to speak on. I look forward to continuing our new relationship as medical provider & patient.

She's so concerned about my physical and mental health. She's professional and completely thorough with help me understand my health. Not just with me, she takes her time with all of her patients. I don't care how long I have to wait to see her cause I know her delay is due to her giving someone else that special love...now it's my turn. Experiencia fantástica: I am always taken care of at my Dr. Visits. I go every 3 months the entire staff is warm and helpful. I've been a patient of Dr. Umang Patel for many years as is my entire family. We are all very pleased.

Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 if I could, they make you sit and wait way after your scheduled time, I had to switch from Dr U Patel after he spent countless appointments ignoring the problems I was trying to address, and at some points even refusing to speak directly to me and speaking thru a nurse in the same room as us instead, it took 4/5 appointments, bringing someone to help with communication (since I have autism and that can sometimes be a problem), switching locations AND marking my file with NO male staff allowed to even stop seeing him. Started seeing Dr T Marin and now I’m being told everything that Patel has told me is wrong and that none of my symptoms line up with the diagnosis he suggested, they started giving different medications without any real explanations, I’m scared to take any kind of medication without prior knowledge and I shouldn’t have to go home and start googling what my doctor is giving me. Horrible communication between DOCTORS specifically I’ve always had wonderful nurses who are typically more helpful and willing to listen then whatever doctor your trying to see, just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Waited an hour for the doctor to see me for 3 minutes, didn't listen to my problems and said to buy a over the counter cream for my shoulder I've already had problems with for years and have been previously prescribed meds for. Complete waste of time didnt run the tests I asked for other issues.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional care. Dr. Umang Patel listens to the patient and addresses all concerns. Has been caring for my mom for 10 years and in that time her health has truly improved and remained stable. He and the office are prompt in addressing calls and requests. Not difficult to get an appointment and reasonable waits. My mom has always felt heard and well taken care of. Highly recommend.
