Experiencia negativa: Clinic is a joke. Won't even let someone make an appointment on the patients behalf. Making an appt on the behalf of someone isn't a violation of HIPPA, even when advised by ordering clinics. Makes access to care extremely difficult especially when patients rely on friends and family for assistance

Experiencia fantástica: I think Dr Berger is great. He's easy to talk to and understands my concerns. He's always willing to take extra time with me if I need it. His office staff are also very friendly and efficient.

Experiencia negativa: Doctor faxes the referral multiple times and the staff can’t “see it” after waiting 15 minutes. Antiquated IT systems or what? Get on Epic, get with the times, and let me make a damn appointment…they don’t receive the damn faxes! Nightmare!

I have seen Doctors Linton, Berger and Sudasena all are top notch in their field, making sure you understand your needs and make sure you understand what the test is saying.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred here after waiting about 9 months for a providence doctor to see me. I saw Dr. Dunn. He was very thorough and made me feel like my questions were important. He spent the time I needed for him to explain the things I was asking. I feel like he was able to ease my concerns I had about a previous EKG and gave me options for further testing if I choose to. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs cardiology.

He spent time explaining everything and answered any questions my husband and I have and did not act like he was rushed. He suggested some supplements to try because he doesn’t want to pile on more medications. He is open to discussing different options to help with my care.

Experiencia negativa: Had my referral for a sleep study for over one month and asked for two more weeks for them to "process" the referral to start scheduling. Also scheduling out three+ months away. Seems like another nearly useless medical provider in Olympia.

I don't even need all of the fingers on one of my hands to count the number of people that have treated me with the level of respect she does, or listened to me as well as she does. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't be having any more birthdays, so I schedule an appointment with her on my birthday (or as close as I can get) every year. Please enjoy this picture of my cat. The only pictures I have relating to my care at the clinic are of my innards. The cat provides aftercare comfort and is much cuter.
