I cancelled and rescheduled two appointments and got charged $50, the 1st time they took it off but the 2nd time they said I no call no show to my appointment and charged me $50. Then I try to ask the billing department and I get the standard message back, I don't like that.

He really listens to what your concerns are and does everything he can to involve you in the treatment process. He also is very good about explaining why your body is reacting the way it is due to age, diet, stress, etc. I highly recommend the MedNOW Clinic for all of your health care needs!

Experiencia negativa: Trash excuse for an office and “provider.” For 2 years they have done ZERO for me. Their staff discriminates against patients! In three appointments I have made three times on the phone I have been told that I can get a letter that I need from my primary care physician. Two different locations and three appointments I have gone to find out that is not true. You get the runaround because their staff is constantly either quitting or being fired. And now it’s starting to make sense to me why. If somebody is my primary care physician, I should be able to get a letter from them in order to go on the state website and get a medical marijuana card. For two years I have been itching myself raw due to another issue and you know what they did? Give me prednisone (NOT SAFE FOR LONG TERM USE,) that’s what they did for so long that that’s probably what caused me to end up on life-support in January with pneumonia that had been festering in my lungs and ammonia on my brain and every internal organ failing. Perhaps that’s why they have been so dismissive about trying to find out what happened. I should’ve stopped seeing them then. They’re OKAY putting you on prednisone for months at a time, but they’re not OK with giving you a letter for a marijuana card . I come in to be told “I apologize Dr. Moore only does it but ONLY for patients over 40,” hence why I say they discriminate you just choose what age and demographic of people get what assistance. I am so disgusted right now it’s not even funny and then your receptionist are obviously clueless and most of them have a bad attitude. Don’t waste your time you will make appointment after appointment for what are usually physicians assistants to tell you all of the things it is that they are not qualified to do. I think I’ve been able to see an actual doctor maybe once in two years other than that every appointment is oh I’m a PA. I can’t do this. I can’t do that. I can’t do anything. It’s a joke. If you do go be prepared for them to dismiss all of your concerns and basically refill medication’s and tell you they will address your concerns one at a time. Also expect them to call your refills into the incorrect pharmacy no matter how many times you update it yet another thing that they don’t do right. Maybe if you’re lucky you can get a flu shot other than that they are literally useless.

Experiencia positiva: This was my first visit and I had great experience with everyone I interacted with. The only issue was that I was supposed to get a flue shot and filled the form but didn’t get the shot. I believe we have all forgotten about it.

This place has no care for your health only to print money and sell you products. This place is being sued currently in multiple cases. Save your family go elsewhere. Don’t lose your son like I lost mine because of there negligence.

On my end it just took time and effort figuring out which medical staff was in-network with my insurance. From the start to end admin staff and medical team efficient and respectful. Raquel Tendilla FNP was very thorough and professional explaining and addressing all my concerns. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is specifically for physical therapy. Theresa Lopez-Scott is fantastic. I had a right foot injury from running and worked with Theresa for about ~5 months. Initially I had very little foot/ankle flexibility (given the injury), as well as balance and strength issues. In about 2 months I had little to no pain, and great improvements in all 3 areas (strength, balance, and flexibility). In 3 months I was back to running, and even completed a 5k race in month 4. Theresa not only helped with the injury recovery but helped strengthen my posture and movements overall. She's patient, spends the time to thoroughly explain the reasons for her recommendations, and works at your pace. Would definitely recommend.

I wasn't given their privacy practice, though. Modern office. I liked the big, "Med Now" sign outside the building, as compared to some offices just in the directory (small print). I wish services could have continued there, however the nurse practitioner chose to, in her judgment, to refer me to somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: This was my worst experience ever. I had a chest X-ray, and after six business days, I'm still waiting for the results. When I called to ask when I'd receive them, the response I got was, 'only God knows.' When I had an X-ray done in Boulder, I got the results within an hour. The staff became rude when I asked please ask the radiologist about my results. At the very least, they should have an idea of when they can provide an update. I promised myself I’ll never visit MedNow Clinic in Aurora again.

I was seen by Katja Austin and she was incredible. She was extremely helpful and is now my primary care physician for all future health issues I may have. 10/10 reccomend.

From the start, the call was met with an unhelpful and curt attitude that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential patient. The receptionist was not only abrupt but also seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. When I inquired about appointment availability and basic services, I was met with short, dismissive responses. Her tone was condescending, and she seemed more interested in rushing me off the phone than providing any meaningful assistance. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when calling a healthcare facility where empathy and professionalism should be a given. I hope the clinic addresses these issues and trains their staff to offer a more respectful and supportive experience.

If you’re struggling with ANY addiction or even tendencies that concern you, please don’t wait to reach out. You don’t have to suffer. There is such compassion and ZERO judgement here. Mind you I got there 10 MINUTES after my appointment time. I have never in my life been told a doctor LEFT especially after I called and stated I was lost. No one on the phone said btw the doctor left! I am absolutely disgusted with the way that I was treated! 10 MINUTES after an appointment time a doctor leaves? I’m absolutely disgusted. I took off of work to deal with these incompetent & selfish people. Then all they kept saying is… I apologize I’m so sorry. Like what is that going to do?

I've seen several of the doctors here, and I can say, they're all caring about your health! Dr. Uwaydah is my primary, and he's helped me with many issues, and is a caring doctor! I had to schedule an appointment and unfortunately my PCP was booked so I went in and saw Dr. Madelyn Brown who was great !! She talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. These two NP’s are amazing assets to this clinic

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had to change doctors because my previous prescriber stopped practicing addiction medicine. Today I say Dr. Uwaydah and had a good experience. Initially, there was a miscommunication regarding my appointment; it was meant to be a telemedicine but they had me as in-person. When they realized this, they quickly fixed it and had me on the call a few minutes later. I had to message the doctor a bit later in the day about my prescription, and they replied within hours. It was a great experience.

Experiencia negativa: Every year I get a new provider. I guess that's where the indistry today. That aside, meds were called in to my pharmacy based on my lab results. Problem is no one contacted me to discuss my lab results prior to that. Billing is a nightmare. Leave voicemails and can't have a conversation. Labs billed me $80. I never paid for labs before. Other charges keep trickling in over months. I'm on medicare and I suspect all these charges are not billed or coded properly. There's more but no point as I'm moving on.

My health has improved as a result of her attentive care. I even recommended her to my husband for his medical needs, and he, too, is very satisfied with the care he has received.
