However, upon reviewing your transaction history, it appears that you checked in at 1:23pm, your $15 order was initiated at 1:25pm, processed at 1:26pm, and fulfilled by 1:28pm, all of which align with our average customer transaction cycle of 5 minutes or less. Perhaps, you are mistaking Ohana Cannabis with one of the "DMV" store formats where you stand in line for 20 minutes and then rushed through the transaction at the counter compared to our open showroom with no lines. Furthermore, as our 99.9999% 5 Star customer reviews indicate, our product selection and price points are clearly above par not to mention the unmatched 5 Star experience and service by our Cannabis Consultants. With that said, I do appreciate your business and would love to continue serving your cannabis needs with our weekly discounts and deals of up to 30% as advertised on our website, if affordability is a concern. In addition, we have a Price Match minus $1 discount because we will not be undersold!

Hello greg.... This is the Ohana Cannabis general manager. I believe your grammer is incorrect! I assume you either work at or represent the "nearby restaurant". If so, I strongly encourage you to remove your misrepresented review since you are not even an Ohana customer. As you well know, or should know, we have limited parking spaces marked specifically for Ohana customers who rely on the spaces adjacent to our building for faster access to their pain management cannabis medicine. It makes NO common sense for you to ignore Ohana customers' needs given the nearly 40 other spaces in the same lot and across the street available to the "nearby restaurant" customers who spend an average of 1.5 to 2 hours there.
1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Parked here but decided to get drinks at the nearby restaurant first because the person I was with mentioned they had good drinks. HUGE MISTAKE. When I walked past my car to go into Ohana, I noticed that my car was gone because the lot was EMPTY. Absolutely NO cars. They are INCREDIBLY uptight about parking here, even when there are tons of open spaces. My friend was also surprised because so many people park in this lot and go to the restaurant. The only saving grace was the kind security guard who tried to find me before my car got towed. He also told me that this is an ongoing issue between Ohana and Honor Restaurant. Either way, I feel like I’m caught in a war between 2 businesses, and I’m the one who has to pay the price ($600 to get my car back). We all know what Ohana means, and if this is how this business interacts with their neighbors or fails to understand that their customers wanna enjoy the other businesses around them, then I’m not sure I’m ever going back to a Ohana chain again. And guess what, if you keep towing people, you’ll probably keep getting bad reviews. Not one bad review because there’s “no parking”. The only bad reviews are for towing people. Make it make sense.

We have limited parking spaces marked specifically for Ohana customers, many of whom rely on the spaces adjacent to our building for their pain management cannabis medicine. Its a disservice to our medical cannabis patients for anyone to ignore their needs for closer access proximity to pick up their medicine. As you point out, there are nearly 40 other spaces in the same lot and across the street available to the "nearby restaurant" customers who spend an average of 1-2 hours while Ohana customers spend no more than 10-15 minutes Ohana for their medicine. Aside from the above and as a courtesy to you, our security did reach out to the "nearby restaurant" staff twice during the two-hour period before the tow truck showed up. Both times, the restaurant staff ignored the alerts and chose NOT to inform you in order to move your car before the tow truck arrived.

Went late morning probably around 9/10am. No wait. First class service from the security guard and the bud tenders. Wish I would have got a name but didn’t, the bald guy (no offense) turned me on to a couple Maven pre rolls that were BOMB AF. Thank you
1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Their security staff on the day that I was going to eat at honor kitchen and then go to the store, would not let me park in the shady parking to eat first and then come back to the store. I needed it due to the fact that I have an animal in the car. He was super rude and was currently having another car towed in that same time frame. Which ended up being an old lady's car. I called them directly and let them know that I had been lost as a customer due to the rudeness of their security staff. This was also on a Sunday with an extremely empty parking lot. Absolutely unnecessary way to treat anyone. I miss the days of just going to a friend's house with a sandwich bag. No packaging that will last a million years or security that will tow your car.

However, since your experience is unrelated to shopping at our storefront, I would appreciate you removing it. The contract security staff are doing their job under contract to monitor the limited parking spaces marked as "OHANA CANNAIBS PARKING ONLY" because we have hundreds of daily medical cannabis patients who rely on the adjacent parking spaces for their medicine and should not have to wait for anyone to complete their hour+ dining experience at a nearby restaurant. Honor bar has customer parking of its own and as such should be used for customers dining there. Having said that, I would appreciate you rating us as an actual Ohana Cannabis customer. As you can see with the 99.9999% 5-Star customer ratings, we are one of the best, if not the best, options in cannabis products selection, knowledgeable cannabis consultants with amazing vibe, and weekly discounts and deals that make cannabis affordable for everyone.

1 year ago Experiencia positiva: Delivery service is five stars fantastic. We went to the lounge for drinks … not as appealing as the pictures and reviews. Within the store in the corner. Nothing appealing. People that worked there were using the space as the computer. It wasn’t busy. We thought someone would be talking to us about the store and options to purchase for specific usage. The cocktails were just juice and they gave you a shot jar of cannabis. So no real cocktail … Sorry but this fell waaaayyy short. Save yourself the time. Order from the store but a visit is a waste of flipping time.

We generally have an actual bar tenders (mixologists) who is very knowledgeable about cannabis products who run our lounge but on that particular day, we were faced with a couple of call outs. I assure you that the experience is in fact as appealing as the pictures and the reviews posted by actual customers and invite you to give us another opportunity to make it right. He pointed out the sales that were going on, he was patient and allowed me the opportunity to browse the offerings without feeling pressured, was knowledgeable as to the strains and gave my wife some advice on how to titrate the edibles, etc. Well done; excellent customer service. As to the store, they are very spacious, clean and offer quality products. I have been here at least 7 times and have consistently been impressed.

Given the range of illegally manufactured ID cards, we have to scan the ID to validate it but also provide proof of age verification in case of a regulatory audit. I told him I had $120 to spend and I lie to you not my final total when he was done with my order was $120.01. 1 year ago Experiencia negativa: I came in at 9:30 08/30 didn’t mind waiting until… I was approached & told I would be serviced in that moment (this is after 10 min). However, when she came to help me she proceeded to yield to someone else’s aide that came WAY after me. If y’all have a policy of helping people as they come in, then my expectation is that you support people in that order. Additionally, If I’m told to wait 2 minutes but you know your service to others is never gonna be 2 min, have someone else come help me. But don’t proceed to have me wait, ignore me after you approached ME - meanwhile I waited 10 more minutes just to not be serviced. Altogether I waited 20 minutes and was never serviced.

The friendly staff took us in, showed us around and really helped explain each product to us, and they enjoyed doing it!! Highly recommend, such a welcoming place with a good vibe, and the product ain't half bad either ;)

She patiently walked us through the diverse product offerings, providing valuable insights and recommendations. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. The store itself is immaculate—clean, well-organized, and inviting. It’s evident that they take pride in maintaining a high standard. From gummies to bud, there’s an impressive variety of options available. I’m already planning to return with friends—it’s that good! Overall, I highly recommend the Ohana cannabis store. The store is big, clean and very inviting. Lots of parking, and all of the staff is super friendly and and knowledgeable. Will be back, and will continue coming back. I got serviced by Michael and then by Diamond and both are so sweet and were attentive as soon as i got in the door. I came 4 min before closing even and they werent trying to push me out the door!

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: False advertising. Huge billboard advertising 40% off first order for new customers. When I called, they said that it would only be a 10% off for new customers. Then I mentioned the billboard, and the rude dispatcher Patty told me that it would have to be approved by manager. When I asked for a manager, she then said she was the manager lol. Refused to give me a simple total price quote without building me an account. No confirmed price info before I decide to give over my personal information? Worst customer service I’ve ever got for any dispensary I was new too
