Fantastic experience: I woke up with neck pain, which usually goes away by the next day. However, this time it lingered for two weeks, and the pain felt so intense that I thought I might have fractured something. I decided to ask a friend for recommendations. Having never been to a chiropractor before, I found it easy to set up an appointment through Dr. Sarah’s website. I left notes detailing my symptoms, but the only downside was that the next available appointment was in three to four weeks. Given the intensity of my pain at the time, I considered looking for another option. However, Dr. Sarah reached out to me shortly after I submitted my appointment request. She asked one of her regular clients if they could reschedule to accommodate me, which allowed me to come in the following week. Fast forward another week, and while my neck is still sore when I wake up, I would say the pain is now about half of what it was before. The clinic is cozy and clean, and Dr. Sarah made me feel right at home and welcomed. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a chiropractor, but I definitely left feeling better than before—perhaps a little more loosened up. While I can’t compare her to others, I will certainly recommend Dr. Sarah to my friends and family.

I will often ask her questions about a pain, ache, or issue in some area of my body and she will thoroughly explain to me what the possible causes may be and provide helpful suggestions on how to alleviate and prevent the pain. I clearly remember my very first session with her because she took the time to listen to my history and hear my concerns and hopes about my health. I didn't feel rushed or squeezed into a 15-minute time crunch (as I've had with other providers in the past). One of my favorite things about Dr. Sarah is that she finds the perfect balance of gentleness and strength when doing my adjustments, which is exactly what I need. She also provides other modalities in addition to adjustments, depending on what issue I present with at the time such as stretching or massage. She is accommodating in her availability and sends friendly appointment reminders via text message. Her office is conveniently located in the Kaka'ako area of town and provides ocean and city views from its 9th story windows and is beautifully decorated with a calming ocean and nature-centered theme. She is on key with COVID-19 by having sanitizer available immediately when you walk in, sanitizing the chiropractic table after each use, and always wearing a mask. The initial consultation was thorough and she addressed all my concerns. After only a couple visits, the shoulder blade pain I had for almost a year is virtually gone and my neck has more range of motion. Thanks Dr. Padrutt!

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I came in with extreme pain in my back and with a protruding rib, and couldn’t get my muscles to release on their own to get comfortable. She was able to do a combination of muscle work and alignment to free me up. Very strong, but gentle movement made me feel really comfortable getting the alignment done. Normally I’d be really tense! I’m going to keep coming back! Awesome experience!

Went in for the first time with left scapula pain/tightness and mid-back to lower neck tightness, went in for an alignment and feel so so so much better! I was super scared after watching other youtube videos of different chiropractors just showing "crack" after "crack." I thought it was going to be fast paced but she takes the time before making an alignment. Will definitely go back!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sarah Padrutt does great chiropractic care with attention to detail. The location is beautiful with sights overlooking the harbor. The office is welcoming with lovely beach vibes and pictures of sights from Oahu, also there is always calming popular music ranging from the 1920's through today (which I quite like). This office does e-stim services as well as chiropractic care. Of the few chiropractic offices I've visited, this is by far my favorite, and I think it's the doctors personality mixed with actual hands on care. Parking is located in the building and she will help pay for part of the fee. There is a few options outside the building, nearby is Kaka'ako waterfront Park as well as metered parking around the block.

She has cured those and helped with constant back and knee pain. I am finally pain free and can continue with my life! I can not thank her enough for everything she has done for me!

Fantastic experience: Not only do Dr. Micaire and Dr. Shelley offer great chiropractic care, but a holistic approach to health. They have very accommodating hours and are always trying to find a way to improve their patient practices. I can't believe its been 6 years that I have been getting weekly (sometimes 2xweek) adjustments. Dr. Micaire and Dr. Shelley listen to the issues and try to get to the root of the issue. I originally started getting adjustments because I was doing a lot of heavy lifting at work and standing on my feet for over 8 hours. Now I'm a manager who sits at a desk. I also have really bad feet and have had 3 surgeries to help resolve the issue. Through it all Dr. Micaire and Dr. Shelley have helped me to adjust my body to the ever changing demands I place on it. You don't realize the poor posture or the way you carry your heavy bag, but as you go through the adjustments and the scans you realize the strains you put on your body and how the small changes make a big difference. As a patient you also have to do the work, stretches, exercises, getting good sleep and eating well and Global Health is just one of things you can do to help your body be the best it can be.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Micaire for 9 months now. As a military man, CrossFit coach, and all around active guy I see my are of bumps, bruises, and tweaks to my back and body. When I first came into Dr Micaire's office it was very welcoming. Our first appointment was a very detailed scan of my spine and a posture assessment. She took note of everything so that the treatment she both recommended and carried out were very specific to my needs. Not only was the scan and assessment thorough, her explanation of the process was as well. All my questions were answered and I was given in a very good understanding of why Chiropractic was right for me. I came to her almost 2 years ago with an alarming loss of sensation in my arm. I was only able to hold my left arm up for a few seconds before tingling radiated through my arm and I couldn't feel my fingertips. Upon the initial exam, Dr. Micaire did a full workup, evaluating the inflammation throughout my neck and back. After she formulated a game plan, we worked week after week and I saw immediate improvements! The sensation came back and as of today, is completely gone. It was rather scary to think of nerve damage at my age due to work, but now it is just a memory. Your care is fine tuned to whatever it is you are feeling that day.
