Crystal Karges Nutrition specializes in providing nutritional support to mothers facing challenges related to eating disorders while navigating motherhood. Founded by Crystal Karges, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and lactation consultant, this space is designed to help mothers heal their relationship with food and body image while fostering an intuitive and peaceful eating environment for their children.

Crystal understands the complexities of addressing eating disorder recovery as a mother. With over a decade of experience, she has helped women rebuild trust in their bodies and move away from diet culture and food guilt. Here, mothers can find support and practical resources to raise children who feel safe and confident around food.

We offer support groups, columns on motherhood and recovery, as well as guides and workshops tailored specifically to the unique experiences of mothers. The Lift the Shame community is a free monthly support space where mothers can share their struggles and receive the backing they need without judgment or pressure.
