Scott has always been attentive and straightforward whenever I had questions or asked for suggestions based on my goals. Some people don't know how to handle those with a blunt personality, so they misconstrue it as rude when he's just being 100% real.

Fantastic experience: I decided to stop by nutrition zone for the first time today and I can say I'm very glad I did. I found Scott very informative and helpful. He was straight forward on what he thought would work for me and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I have shopped at gnc before but it doesn't compare to this. Was very satisfied with my customer service.

Negative experience: The guy was not helpful at all! Every time I asked a question his only response was “idk man everybody is different” and said it with an attitude. No greeting when I walked in either, after looking at all the other recent reviews I’m surprised they’re still in business. Wish I could give zero stars

Negative experience: I bought protein bars from here the other day and they have been expired since November of last year...so there's that.

Negative experience: Poor customer service! Called to ask if they carried a supplement and the employee completely failed at implementing interpersonal skills. He did know what I was talking about and instead of politely explaining they do not have what I was asking for he waited for my explanation and then hung up!
