Fantastic experience: I met Ryan for the first time in early 2014 and I was impressed from day one. His positive attitude and energy are infectious. In 2013 I decided to jump on a bicycle in order to shed pounds that I had packed on during my days as a college football player. I was able to shed 50 lbs on my own and by the time I met Ryan I was down to 285. At that point I had hit the wall and could not drop any more weight, and that is when I decided to turn to Ryan. I tasked Ryan to develop a program that would jump start my weight loss and make me faster on the bike. The results were impossible to ignore! I have dropped to 265. I also shaved almost 2 hours off of my time, in the second Boneshaker Gravel Series 50 mile race, after only a month of following Ryan's program.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Omega Training! The trainers are invested in your goals and truly want to help you achieve them. They are knowledgeable and keep the workouts challenging but fun. I tried to lose weight on my own several times and usually either failed or didn't keep the weight off. I'm currently doing the 90 Day Challenge, and I've lost 18 lbs. so far during the first 8 weeks, and I feel confident that I'll be able to continue with the changes I have made even after the challenge ends. If you're looking for a high-quality gym, look no further!

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely one of the best places you could train at. All of the trainers are very personable and very helpful. Both the classes and the one-on-one training is fantastic. They help make working out fun rather than a chore. I would recommend anyone to check this place out at least one time. You won't regret it!
