Negative experience: If you want to feel like a number, this place is for you. My services with my therapist were okay. She was nice. I don’t think there was much of a connection yet which is why it wasn’t hard for me to walk away. My biggest gripe is with the billing system. When starting my service, I had to sign an autodraft form that stated they could draft for whatever reason. I was sketched out by this but I continued on, assuming it would be monthly as I’ve had with previous counseling services. Wrong. They charged me 90.00 and then 30.00 again within a 7 day time frame with no prior notice. They stated the 90.00 was due to waiting for approval from my insurance AFTER I complained. I shouldn’t have had to complain about it. They should’ve been upfront about their billing process so I could’ve financially prepared for it. I live paycheck to paycheck so I have to budget my expenses and I wasn’t prepared to spend that much in a 7 day process & expected to receive a bill. They don’t have a set date on billing and weren’t transparent on when these charges would take place. When confronted, they said they usually take it out a couple days after the session. Notice that they used the term “usually”, which means I could be charged that at anytime. Instead, their only advice was to limit the amount of sessions and cc my therapist into the email to talk about reducing my sessions which made me upset because clearly they weren’t taking my mental health into consideration. I didn’t care about the amount, just that it wasn’t made clear to me. I’ve decided to take my services elsewhere as the way they handled that situation is what really upset me.

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff, highly recommend

Negative experience: Revolving door of therapists. Don’t get too used to yours because they’ll leave soon after. They also treat patients like walking credit cards. Look elsewhere for understanding care.

Fantastic experience: When you reach a time when everything looks helpless and you feel almost worthless? I did! Having a person to dump on and put what matters back in perspective was so so valuable! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Nicole really cares about her patients. She is goal oriented. Unlike other therapists she strives to help her patients get better! She provides concrete ideas and solutions to help us improve and get on with our lives! She is the best!!

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable, understanding snd compassionate therapist with excellent ideas. Always makes patient/family feel like the highest priority. Highly recommend!
