Fantastic experience: Excellent care by a caring practitioner!

Negative experience: Very disgusting rude help dr meister has in his office refused to so anything of the slightest that they could have done

Fantastic experience: Dr. Meister is a fine MD. He is more than a Dr., he is a friend. He has helped me with his professional skills and his guidance over my health concerns. These days my health is very good and getting better. His RN Carla is very good as well.

Fantastic experience: You will not find a better Dr., no matter how long you search.

Negative experience: I dont normally give reviews and Dr.Meister is nice enough (although he does not do work physicals) however his staff is very lacking. Apparently it is extremly difficult for the receptionist to schedule you an appt (she was sarcastic and did not even offer to make me an appt just for a referral to test for something that has the potential to be life threatening) or for his nurse to call you back ( been waiting for a call back for 3 days now....and yes, i have worked in the medical/surgical field for 10 yrs even as an MOA so I do know time constraints, time management but I also know common courtesy). Anytime hubby has had labs done the office NEVER contacts him to inform him of the results and they take DAYS to call in his prescription refills if they call them in at all. Dr. Meister requests everyone treat his staff with respect and you are his "brother" or "sister" but the staff does not show you the same respect.

Negative experience: I had a primary care physician at unity point medical proctor medical group primary medicine. I asked my dr. Robert Meister if he would remove my surgical stitches. Given the needed date was dec 21, I asked to confirm that the doctor would be in the office. When we arrived for the appointment they said the doctor was not in and sent us to a prompt care. I expressed my frustration to the nurse since i specifically asked that question. I just received a letter that they are dropping me as a patient because they failed to meet my expectations. So when you make a mistake you fire the customer. Please forward so others can avoid a similar situation.

Fantastic experience: I can't believe there's not hundreds of great reviews. This Dr. Cares!, takes notice of your health!, and listens to You. I don't go often ( I'm in fine shape), but every time I'm there, It's always a good visit! Thanks Dr. Meister. I love the online appt and prescription methods used here.
