Fantastic experience: This is an updated review since I have been going to Reiki sessions with Heather for a while now. Thanks to her, Reiki has become a regular and integral part of my life. It is something I look forward to. She has introduced me to something I did not know about that has made a difference and in a manner that has been easy to embrace. Fantastic experience: My first experience with Reiki was with Heather and I wasn’t sure what to expect. She explained the process of Reiki and answered all of my questions. During the session I twitched multiple times which Heather explained is the process of releasing stress. After the session I felt very relaxed and at peace.
