Springfield South WIC

Negative experience: Phone doesn't work, extensions don't work. They don't wanna answer the phone for months. So I never get WIC unfortunately Springfield doesn't care too much about their mother's and children.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone. I left them a voice to re schedule my appointment and they never called back then cancelled my wic benefits and never told me unprofessional

Negative experience: Impossible to get in touch with! Phone extensions send you everywhere except where you are trying to get. Once you do get an actual person, they have a terrible attitude like it’s your fault their automated phone system sucks, and you’re taking up their valuable time by calling. It was easier and faster to drive to Springfield, than call these people. Good thing my P.A. Is more professional than the administration!

Fantastic experience: They help so many families with milk produce diapers check ups for children.

Fantastic experience: This specific satellite office of Caring Health Center should be the template of how ALL health care facilities should be ran. Everyone in this office makes you feel comfortable and welcome like you walked into your own home. Next, you meet the staff...Diane and Tianna (the best women ever!), finally Heather McCarthy (also the best!) I have been very impressed. Its tough to explain in words how personable these ladies are. Their kindness and knowledge speakes volumes. Their interaction with all patients lets you know, they care about ALL of their patients. The word is spreading quickly about the high level of care the staff at this particular office is giving. Therefore, in my opinion, you should run, not walk, to recieve the best medical care in Springfield. They go above and beyond, not just because they have to. That's just the genuine nature of these ladies at this office. Very proud to be a patient myself as well and my 4 yr old daughter. Noraa says hi to everyone!!!
