Fantastic experience: Working Coach Sofi Marin has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my performance and overall health. Fantastic experience: Coach Sofi was an exceptional resource for two of my kids, each of whom required a very different approach to nutrition coaching. She thoughtfully developed individualized plans tailored to their specific needs, while also providing practical guidance on how to seamlessly incorporate these plans into our family food shopping and meals. Through her coaching, my kids learned how to make informed, healthy food and hydration choices that support not only athletic performance but also healthy growth and overall well-being. As vegetarians, they had often been told that a plant-based diet would limit their ability to gain weight or reach peak sports performance. Coach Sofi demonstrated—clearly and convincingly—that a vegetarian diet can be both energy-dense and protein-rich, and fully support their athletic and nutritional goals and beyond. Fantastic experience: I worked with Coach Sofi on two main items - having a better relationship with food and fueling for cycling performance. Her calm, positive, and rational nature was very helpful. Through work with her, I have developed a much healthier mindset around food. In addition, she has been tremendously helpful in understanding how to fuel before, during, and after cycling workouts and events. Fantastic experience: Choosing Coach Sofi as my nutrition coach has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The transformation I've undergone, both in terms of physical appearance and performance, speaks volumes about her expertise. I managed to shed 20lbs under her guidance, and what's even more remarkable is that I accomplished this without once feeling weakened or deprived. I decided to go on Thomson's Epic Trans Alps tour as a focal point for my training, and her approach not only helped me prepare for it but made it a breeze. Among 24 riders, I was surprisingly the fastest one, and this gave me the flexibility to either cruise up 10+% grades at a comfortable pace, capturing memories with my camera, or push my limits and finish challenging climbs way ahead of others. These achievements wouldn't have been possible without the nutrition strategies and continuous support provided by Coach Sofi. For anyone considering a nutrition coach, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge, combined with their genuine care for clients, makes the journey of transformation both enjoyable and effective. Huge thanks for all the support and guidance! Fantastic experience: Sofi has been a truly excellent coach! I wanted to learn how to add more structure to my workouts to make better use of my time and make sure I'm consistently improving myself as a cyclist, and her tailored coaching plan has made me feel like a much stronger and more confident athlete. I went into training with Sofi as a cyclist generally happy with my abilities, but through the course of the training plan I've been so happy and sometimes surprised to see the improvements. From hitting new PRs on favorite climbs to riding my first 200-mile ride, Sofi has definitely helped me feel more capable on the bike. Sofi also does a wonderful job of keeping things real as a coach. Sometimes as a rider I have my bad days where–whether because of sleep patterns, stress, weather, or something else–I'm not able to hit my target zones and Sofi is always really supportive and great at keeping things in perspective of my macro training plan. Whether you're trying to improve your racing or just want to learn how to become a more confident and capable cyclist, Sofi can definitely help you out, and she's an absolute joy to work with!

Fantastic experience: I attended a group bike handling clinic by Coach Sofi and had a fantastic experience. Coach Sofi was extremely knowledgeable about the skills involved and was very encouraging to us all. She was well organized with what she wanted to cover and also looked to take our feedback on what we wanted to learn from the day. In this group setting she was very observant and quick to provide each member with pointers and tips. I'm looking forward to more skills sessions, etc conducted by Coach Sofi.

Fantastic experience: Amazing coach so grateful that I got to work with her. I started to work with Sofi after bulking block in which I gained too much body fat. I wanted to lower my body fat while increasing my cardio ability and maintain muscle math. Fantastic experience: I've worked with Coach Sofi for nearly 6 years for both cycling performance and nutrition coaching. I started cycling seriously in my 30's, and realized I could benefit from a coach to tackle races and upgrade. Coach Sofi’s lecture was fun, interactive and packed with vital information! Coach Sofi is very knowledgeable about diet and exercise specificity for women. I learned that much of the statistics on diet & exercise, for people who are middle aged an older, are based on men’s statistics. Coach Sofi gave us invaluable information about aging as women and specific tips on maintaining muscle strength. She also spoke about what is the best food to be eating to maintain healthy bodies.
