Fantastic experience: All I need to say about “The Lux” is we drive 80 miles from Birmingham 1-2 times per week. The most relaxing & invigorating spa in Alabama with state of the art equipment & services. This is a treat owed to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Denise is FANTASTIC! She knew exactly what I needed and is helping me achieve my goals. After just two sessions using Ultrasonic Cavitation I have lost 2 inches around my waist. I can already tell a major difference. I will be doing more sessions with her. She is definitely an expert in her field. HIGHLY recommend going to see her!

Fantastic experience: I am veteran and I have several ailments. Becoming a VIP Member here has really been beneficial to me. I go to the gym to try and get some sort of exercise due to my conditions and I hardly burn any calories. LBS has a state of the art infrared sauna and just by sitting in the sauna you can burn anywhere from 200 to 600 calories. And it’s a great cardio workout too! Also it’s beneficial for high blood pressure and cholesterol. The staff here is very friendly! The massage chairs are incredible! Everything is state of the art.

Fantastic experience: I got the groupon for the infrared sauna and added the egyptian detox foot bath last minute. It was AMAZING!!! From the equipment, lighting and all the way to the music, you feel so calm and relaxed and it all serves a purpose to detox your body. Can't wait to make this a routine thing!

Fantastic experience: One of the BEST deep tissue massages I've ever experienced. I had specific areas that I thought I needed her to work on, but the masseuse found tightness I didn't even know I had! She is truly amazing at her technique. The suite was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. She was extremely welcoming and even though we had an appointment that ran later into the evening, she didn't rush us out. A very professional and relaxing experience.
