Fantastic experience: Anna’s is Amazing! I absolutely love this couple that have dedicated their lives to Health and recovery in a way No Western Medicine drug can! I praise them and wish them long long life and Health! We all need to developed the knowledge and carry on the knowledge and wisdom to carry on a store like Anna’s. We need many more stores that carry Healthy Herbs! Thank You Anna!

That being said, Anna was still very helpful in answering every single one of my questions and helped me put together a schedule for my supplementation. Anna said they do shipping as well for people in the Alaskan villages/towns as well.

Negative experience: Wow, I almost got kicked out of the store today... Google seemed to track where I was so I got this wonderful survey. I don't want to rate it 0, 1 or 5 stars because in some ways, I could rate it higher and some ways, I can rate it lower. Maybe I'll just rate it somewhere about 40%. I'm going to stay neutral however, since I'm receiving this survey, I'll tell you what happened when I went there today because I still can't believe what happened to me earlier. First off, I've always wanted to go to the store as I've heard about the store for some time. The problem is that I've never been able to find a convenient time to come in during business hours. I even told that to Anna as I came in, just being cordual. Well, so today I finally made it into the store. I was the only customer in the store, it was not like Anna was busy or anything. I had at least 4 or 5 things in mind that I wanted to purchase for some time and just wanted to browse and be able to ask question. So, Anna was okay, not necessarily friendly, but it was okay I just dealt with it. I had a few questions right off the bat. My first question which I asked, unfortunately, the store did not carry. Second question Anna cleared up, and I wound up purchasing it. What occurred on my third question the man (owner) rushed out of the office, and got in my face and told me that Anna can't talk anymore and she to work and that I can browse if I wanted. I was in total disbelief. I have never shopped in a store where I am not allowed to ask them about their products or express what I am looking for or even ask for assistane. It's not like I was a vagrant from off the street. They obviously knew I drove up there because I mentioned that I need to run to my car. And it's not like I drove up there in some beater car, not that there is anythign wrong wtih that being in Alaska. I was dressed in my work atire, in a collared shirt tucked in, I was friendly and spoke english well and expressed myself well. I still got treated like a criminal for whatever reason. It's too bad, last month, I spent over $150 in supplements (well, I stocked up because I got good pricing, I don't take that many supplements in a month). I'll wind up spending money on things that may be beneficial to my health. So, because I wasn't allowed to interact with the anyone at the store, I wound up browsing, and then later asked Anna a direct question to make sure I didn't mis-interept what had happened. I didn't. Anyway, in the course of that conversation, I was able to sneak in my third question and wound up purchasing that item which I am excited about because I've wanted a product that could help me. In the past, I've taken mass-produced supplements that has never helped me. Someone told me of a success rate with taking certain natural supplements with respect to what I was trying to achieve and it's been on back of my mind for over 4 years. I finally found something that Anna suggested whcih is the very thing the man pretty much told me to go to hell. Anna even gave me some additional information regarding the product. So I was able to purchase a couple things today but would have purchased more.

Fantastic experience: Incredible selection, even though it's impossible to carry 'everything' in this highly-specialized world. Seems more supplement-oriented than anything else. Limited hours, you can tell it's more of a labor of love than a moneymaker and we need more places like that. Wishing them well into the future!

Negative experience: My wife called and asked to speak with a female associate about a female product and a guy answered refusing to talk about a product on the phone and insisted we come in person. Horrible business skills, don't go unless you feel like dealing with rude people not knowing how to speak english.
