Fantastic experience: Katie, was awesome. Very informative and caring.

Negative experience: Never showed up for our appointment. Didn't answer my phone call after missing our scheduled appointment time. Very unprofessional. Will look for someone else! Update: She did email me hours after my appointment but her story didn't add up.. her ER visit was spontaneous but she had supposedly blocked off the days on her calendar for appointments and some how I was able to schedule my appointment online days before and receive multiple confirmation emails and texts. I too was in extreme pain and needed assistance. It would have been nice if none of this happened. Hopefully the website has been fixed or an assistant hired to call and reschedule patients if no one is available to attend appointments.

Fantastic experience: Katie was fantastic for our first session. She listened to what my issues were, she was attentive and asked questions to make sure she understood. Once she started working on me she explained what she was doing and why, she worked my problem areas instead of just general areas like usually happens. Afterwards she worked with me on follow up and at home things I can do to help improve. She was very adamant about me having agency and accountability for my healing which I think is very important.

Fantastic experience: Katie Reed has been a miracle worker for me. After reinjuring my right shoulder during an exercise, I suffered for months with no relief from anti-inflammatory drugs and chiropractic treatments. After acupuncture treatments initially, she transitioned into deep muscle pressure and release. After a total of twelve sessions with Katie, my pain was completely gone!! I have total range of motion, and am able to use my elliptical machine, lift free weights, and do anything around the house that I could do prior to the injury. It’s been over a month since I’ve seen her, and even with slowly adding more activity (and weight bearing) I still am pain free. Katie is honest, caring, and gifted in healing.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a serious back injury in December of 2018 which resulted in significant numbness in my left arm, back and hips. During the next six months, I saw several physicians who prescribed pills, back injections, physical therapy and deep muscle massages, which produced very limited relief from my pain and my growing level of immobility. Then, I met Katie Reed!!! She designed a treatment plan for me and over the next several months, all my numbness disappeared, my mobility began to improve and she significantly reduced my pain. I always perceived acupuncture as being comparable to Voodoo. How wrong I was! Katie is a very well educated and knowledgeable professional who cares about improving the quality of life for her clients. I would give Katie a ten star review if that were possible!!!

Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Katie years ago for massage therapy and she is absolutely amazing. She is one of the only ones who has been able to relieve my upper back and neck tension. Recently I started suffering from some health issues and with all her extensive knowledge of Chinese medicine she has me feeling so much better. I was nervous to try acupuncture but Katie was so relaxing and gentle. I no longer have pain in my neck and jaw caused by my TMJ!
