Fantastic experience: TLDR: My visit to Benehealth surpassed all expectations and you should book your session immediately! This year, I decided to take a more holistic approach to my skincare, so I was very excited when I discovered Benehealth because it seemed like they offered a blend of cutting-edge, non-invasive techniques with the more traditional aesthetic services I've come to know and love! I am very picky about medical spaces as I don't want to feel like I'm in a cold, clinical office AND I want to feel like the space is safe and clean- they nailed the balance perfectly! From the pristine condition of the clinic (which immediately instilled a sense of tranquility), to the friendliness of the staff, the space feels amazing! I am similarly picky about my practitioners. I like them to feel comfortable AND I require a depth of knowledge and training to feel safe. Well, Dr. Tanya Carroccio is my dream come true! Her profound knowledge and expertise genuinely stood out- especially her holistic approach towards aesthetics and healthcare. She never made me feel bad about my fear of needles and she has actual magic in her hands! She recommended PRP and HIFU across a few different sessions to target the aging in my face and neck (my neck is seriously my biggest challenge) and wow! I am beyond impressed by the innovative treatments offered and have loved the results from the HIFU and PRP facial rejuvenation. My skin is definitely looking more alive and less lax around the eyes and neck and I can't wait to see what even more of Benehealth's care with bring. Oh and I can't forget to mention that the organic skincare line Eminence, recommended by Dr. Carroccio, has been a revelation, aligning perfectly with my preference for natural beauty solutions. This clinic is a haven for those who prioritize comprehensive wellness alongside aesthetic enhancement.

Fantastic experience: Most always conventional medicine is dismissive and so very specialized, that you find yourself feeling as if you have to either doctor yourself or wade through the thousands of contradictory tik tokers and arm chair doctors. Benehealth has been an absolute breath of fresh air in that they really dig deep and work to understand the whole person and what the root causes might be for ailments. You will not get a prescription thrown at you to manage symptoms, you will get to the bottom of what is causing said symptoms. Not only have I been able to obtain tangible results such as weight loss, medication tapering and symptom decrease but I have been able to understand why things are happening and how everything is connected. You will truly get a deep dive and feel cared about. You also have the ability to reach out to them should you have anything arise in between appointments. When was the last time you could do that with your general PCP? 100% recommend for anyone looking to truly heal themselves!

Fantastic experience: After decades of seeking answers and treatment for (multiple) health issues, I have finally found a team of professionals that actually listen and treat me as an individual. From my initial consult to current, I have felt the overriding confidence, knowledge and optimistic approach from each practitioner, and I now know that optimal health is obtainable. I honestly can't say enough about this amazing team. Dr. Lauren's passion, commitment, knowledge and patience in working with me over the past year is undeniable and irreplaceable. Dr. Tanya is compassionate, professional and such a breath of fresh air! Nutritionists Ashley and Taynua have taught me how truly important good nutrition is for overall health, for mind and body. It's amazing to see and feel the transformation, from the inside out. I am in the best state of health (body and mind) than I have been in many years. My only regret is not finding this amazing team sooner!

Fantastic experience: I'm so thankful I found Benehealth and genuinely feel it has made such a positive difference in my life, in learning how to take better care of myself and be more self-aware. The doctors and staff are terrific, particularly Dr. Lauren Bachman, DNP, AGNP-BC, IFMCP and Dr. Tanya Carroccio MBA, DNP, AGNP-BC. What a difference it has made in my attitude about talking with my doctor. I only wish I would have found them sooner.

Positive experience: Everyone is very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The programs are comprehensive, and the physical was the most thorough I've ever experienced. They are good about listening and answering questions and concerns, and have good resources. They ordered lab tests that are over and above any that a traditional physician typically ordered. They get to the bottom of what's wrong with you, and guide you along the way to fixing your problem. Tanya gave me my physical, then Dr. Lauren took over from there. Taynua also worked with me as a nutritionist. I enjoyed all 3 of them. All of my visits after the physical were on line, which I think is fine for the nutritionist, but I feel like it would be beneficial to meet face to face for at least some of the health follow up visits. They did spend a lot of time with me, and often went over the amount of time put aside for the visit, which was always 30 to 60 minutes. They spent the time I needed every time, instead of cutting me off when my time was up. Tanya was always there when I went to get my red light treatments. The office is appointments only, and Tanya is often the only one there, so don't expect to just walk in without an appointment. It is a lovely office with a very calming effect, and all of the personnel are top notch.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Benehealth with Dr. Lauren and the health coaches/nutritionists since they've opened. The positive transformation I've gone through with my health since becoming a patient is astronomical. They take their time and actually listen to what's going on and then work together to make the best care plan. I feel heard and cared for here. I never got that with standard medical system. Just when I thought all hope was gone, Dr. Lauren and her team really came in and saved the day. I'm feeling so much better now and have learned so much from all the care they've given me. Fantastic experience: I have worked with the specialists at Benehealth through the second half of 2022 and the progress I have made since day 1 is honestly incredible. Diagnosed with Hashimoto's, I had uncontrollable hives for over 2 years and was on copious amounts of antihistamines with no true guidance that was blamed on autoimmune that has no fix. After adjusting my diet and working in some gut health supplements, I am down to one antihistamine pill every other day currently (with clearance to remove completely) and my overall inflammation levels have decreased dramatically. The guidance and protocols provided have greatly assisted in the reduction of my symptoms. With only a few remaining steps, the small flares I am currently get should be completely gone within the next couple months. The quality of care and attention to detail provided is incredible here. Functional medicine and gut health is an absolute game changer for anyone that feels stuck with uncontrollable symptoms. Thank you so much to Dr. Bachman and her team for all of their knowledge, communication, and amazing tools that they have available.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment for my acne with Dr. Tanya and it has been amazing! She was thorough in her explanations of everything and made it clear what we would be doing, why, and how it will effect my skin. Not only was the process easy and carefree, it is actually working. I have been dealing acne for two years and this is the first time I am seeing long-term progress. I really enjoy working with this office. They are so considerate of me as a person, my concerns, and work with through all of those concerns. I have also been seeing Dr. Lauren and Ashley for functional medicine to help the fight with my acne and weight loss. The results have not been what I hoped when it came to weight loss but it is not due to the lack of trying by the staff. They check in on me, take the time to listen to my concerns, and propose different solutions based on updates or setbacks in progress. The functional medicine is catered specifically to me, there is no generic program, it is specifically for me. I have really enjoyed my time with Benehealth. They treat you as one of their own from day one.

She explains in depth every lab result and what we can do to correct a bad result with diet and supplements. She is very thorough and highly knowledgeable. I also see Dr. Tanya for Aesthetics. Fantastic experience: I had a facial done with Nelle. It was a very nice pampering experience the products they use are of very high quality. Nelle is professional and well versed in skin care. The atmosphere at Benehealth and staff are very welcoming. The attention to detail made me feel welcoming and ready to take my health to a higher level!

Fantastic experience: This wellness practice is such a lovely place! The entire place makes you feel like you are in a spa with light colors, comfortable furniture, and such a welcoming ambiance. What a major step up from a regular medical office, yet they have a whole wellness program and medispa. I recently got a Benehealth H2O Medifacial (hydradermabrasian) and it felt incredible! The entire experience felt rejuvinating on my skin and when I left, my face looked incredibly hydrated, more youthful and felt so soft and fresh! The membership is an amazing value with all that is included - a monthly facial and discounted pricing on other services. The best part is you can give your monthly facial to a friend!! I have always thought it was so odd at massage and spa places that you can't gift one of your paid monthly services so this is truly a perk! They also have an infared sauna, one of my favorite ways to get relaxed before a massage or facial. I love how this business incorporates all aspects of your health - most people prefer to look at their health as a whole and we all know now that everything is correlated. I'm thrilled to have found Benehealth and can't wait to go back for a BH IQ Assessment so I can continue to improve my health and live a long life.
