1 year ago Negative experience: We took our 4 week old into him for colic. We were very disappointed with what treatment the doctor did, if any. He tapped behind ear twice with his instrument on one side and says we will see you in a week. He did not assess or even look at anything on his back or neck. The rooms are small and not private. Location was sketchy at best although he does try to make the inside nice. Both ladies working in his office tried to put their hands on my babies face . The only positive was it was cheap.
We are sorry that your experience here at Midtown medical was less than you expected it to be. Most of our parents are highly pleased with the results that they get with the treatment here in our clinic and we are sorry that you were not. Please contact our office in order to do a follow up visit and we will do everything in our power to help you with your child’s issues.
3 years ago Fantastic experience: Excellent service .. i tried to do dot drug test for the dmv medical card since monday went through many cities they all either have long waiting appointment or not providing it ... i got to amarillo and this place got me in the same day just by sending them a chat text.. very satisfied thank i will give your number to other drivers

5 years ago Fantastic experience: I moved out of Amarillo years ago, and I've searched for a chiropractor where I live now for years. But they're all too gentle, if that makes sense. I don't want to be going for months just to feel normal. DC makes sure to work out the kinks the first go round. With one visit here at Dr. Cross I walk out feeling 2 inches taller. And pain free. So every visit we make to Amarillo, I make sure to call the office and make an appointment to get fixed up. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I never leave without a smile! Highly recommend!!

5 years ago Fantastic experience: took my 10 weeks old baby friday an hour after calling to see if i could get in. they did amazing, love the staff! friday night my baby finally slept for 8 hours straighter and saturday night she was in bed by 8!! they definitely helped my baby.

5 years ago Fantastic experience: I was sent to Amarillo Family Chiropractor by a friend. I had gave them a try and I am definitely please. This place is a really great place. Friendly staff. Very respectful people. I got in and got out in a very timely manner. Great prices. Doctor was very awesome. I will definitely be using them for now on. I highly recommend them.
