Sensotherapy Weight Loss

Negative experience: I have went to this clinic for over 9 years . I have dealt with the disrespect but today and yesterday was crazy . I know help is hard to find but this is ridiculous. I have 4 people go to this doc and we will no longer go here . The doctor will not even take out the time to speak with you . Do not go here .

Fantastic experience: I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Cherkassky. It have dropped almost 30 pounds. I feel so much better. His team is wonderful as well.

When I first came in I felt so out of options and thought nothing would help my weight but my mom brought me here and told me to have faith and now I’m 25 pounds down and that might not sound much but it definitely feels different ! Negative experience: Really hard to get in touch with, no return calls. i called and called with no response, so i went to the office and started calling as I walked in, they were not very busy, I could hear the phone ringing, but they just ignored the call.

Negative experience: Extremely hard to get ahold of. Precovid it was a great office with great staff. Now? I can’t ever get a call back, left multiple voicemails throughout the month and still haven’t gotten a call back to set up an appointment.

Negative experience: Very rude talks down to you. I felt very uncomfortable. He looked in my mouth and said " oh you like hamburgers and fajitas you eat alot of that" . He didn't listen to me that I was vegetarian. Never went back to him.

His office is easy to make appointments with and is even open on Saturdays at one of the locations. He is very nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very fast! I've never waited more than 10min in the waiting area. Very accommodating if you need to reschedule or rush an appt. Dr. Charkassky is a very kind Dr who does more than just help w weight loss. He asks about my kiddos, how things are going in my life. I wish I had found him yrs ago! If you want to lose weight & get your life back he IS the man for you! My starting weight in April 2015 was 282lbs. I'm now at 189 & have never been happier!
