Negative experience: Terrible Experience – Felt Trapped and Scammed I honestly wish I never joined. They make everything sound amazing at first, but once you’re in and want out, it’s a different story. I told them I wanted to cancel, was assured it was done—but nothing was confirmed in writing. Then the charges kept coming. When I reached out again, they played dumb and then turned aggressive, even threatening legal action. It’s clear they care more about money than helping people. Don’t fall for it like I did.

Negative experience: Do NOT sign up here! They are openly scamming people and signing people up without the customer knowing what they are getting into. They are lying and not documenting anything. They will take your money and lie straight to your face if you want to cancel. they don't allow anyone to cancel and if you want to, they lie about it and say they've canceled but never do. This place is a huge scam and only want your money, they don't care about their clients.

Negative experience: Warning About This Gym Contract Do not sign a contract with this gym without reading it thoroughly. If anything happens to you—such as an injury, illness, or personal emergency—they will not let you cancel your membership. You will still be obligated to pay all remaining fees, and the owner has made it clear they do not care about individual circumstances. Even if you stop going, they will continue to charge you and will not cancel your membership unless you provide proof of permanent disability. This is the only acceptable reason for early termination according to their contract. Please read everything carefully before signing. Don’t get trapped in a contract that offers no flexibility or compassion.

Negative experience: No recomiendo este lugar para nada ! Tenía un contrato con ellos y por motivos personales dejé de ir pero me aseguré de pagar TODO lo que me faltaba del contrato así que me fui sin deber nada ! Y después empecé a recibir emails de una firma de abogados diciendo que yo tengo una deuda pendiente con The Camp entonces fui a hablar con Sam el dueño del lugar y el me dijo que era correcto que yo no debo nada y ahora otra vez no paro de recibir emails de la misma firma de abogados diciendo que yo debo! Esto tiene que parar!!!

Negative experience: Mesquite location close and garland location start charging after 3 months.. without our authorization.. they saying they charged our account . They charging 3 months together.. .. $400+)when we try to talk to mannager not available.. we need to email and will get back to our email 30 day.. mannager sam not available.. to refund $$

Negative experience: It's been a couple months now and I am still trying to get the refund for the booty boot camp class that you guys discontinued and I was still being charged for.

Came in from a different camp location not knowing what to expect and i loved it; challenging and fast paced & coaches/trainers & other gym members will stop to help and check in on you during the work outs 10/10 recommend !

Negative experience: This has been by far the most disappointing and frustrating experience I’ve ever felt in a company let alone a gym. My experience with this company went from such amazing instructors and environment to an ongoing battle with the company . During my time I had a lot of major life events just so happened to fall into place to where I could no longer afford to keep going to the gym and I simple was ok with canceling I had health reasons as well as loss my job and other problems going they did not care one bit. Not only did they decline to let me cancel due to my health reasons they still continue to charge me and wanted me to still pay 200 to buy out while still charging me 100 plus every month after already stating I could not afford the 100 making it to wear to cancel I damn near have to pay them 500 just to needless to say this is an extremely money hungry organization and I would definitely not recommend anyone getting involved in this ridiculous institution it’s almost insulting on how they try and threaten you with collections and continue to take money out of your account even if you verbally deny them authorization if your account info is through them they will continue to try and take out. If I could give 0 stars I would unless your doing one of their short 30 day class I would never recommend getting yourself involved with this company

Negative experience: Prior to starting working out at this facility, I informed the manager that I had a labile work schedule and at times would have short notice to leave town for extended periods of time, for work. Sam assured me that they would work with me when that occurred. I am not a novice to gyms trying this despicable tactic due to the nature of my work, which is why I clarify this upfront ALWAYS! I gave notice and they still billed me for an additional month when I had already left the gym over 2-3 weeks prior and gave notice. I will absolutely never refer anyone to this place again unless they want to screwed out of money. I've emailed multiple times and called, with no reply. I will NEVER work with this company again.

Fantastic experience: The Camp Garland is the best gym to join if you like hard body, no holds bar workouts that make you feel strong and accomplished. It's grueling fun!!! The staff, our "fitfam", aids in many ways from meal plans to protein shakes to the correct body form, while exercising, to get all the right results. The staff here really cares about everyone and it's not just all talk, they show it in their actions. The Camp Garland is where I belong and is the right gym for me!!

Fantastic experience: I definitely could not choose a better place for me. When I decided to sign up, it was the best thing I could do. It has helped me a lot to relax, and to release my stress and the best thing to meet new people. The entire team is super friendly, they always welcome you . It begins as soon as walking in the door with a greeting from my Trainer Brenden to the staff informing us of upcoming events and/or information. The veteran members are helpful during my circuits to being friendly outside of the facility. I recommend coming by for your first-time free trial and you make your decision to join our Fit Family. Fantastic experience: When I first find the camp on Instagram ads I was skeptical, knowing that a change was needed in my sedentary lifestyle and not knowing where to start, I give it a chance, made an appointment and signed up for the 6 weeks challenge. It's been 4 months in which my life have change for good, I have more strength, more resistance, more endurance and more energy to keep on with my daily activities. The trainers each have it's own workout styles but the same goal help you achieve your goals, they motivate you to give your best and to challenge yourself in every workout. The front stuff are awesome, they greet you with a big smile, every member and stuff has become one big fitness family to me, I really recommended this gym you would not regret becoming part of this awesome fit family!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Camp for 4 months. I love the multiple options to work out through out the day, the workouts are intense, challenging, and different each workout. The trainers are incredible! They will push you and motivate you. BUT… the BEST part are the people. Everyone has the same goal— to be better. We hold each other accountable, we encourage one another, and celebrate each others victories!! Love this place and love transforming my body

Fantastic experience: These workouts are personal. The one on one attention is just what anyone who is scared or skeptical of going to a gym this place is an absolute judge free zone EVERYONE is welcome. Beginner no problem lots of modifications, joint health issues no worries they have modifications for that. There are absolutely NO excuses not to join.
