Fantastic experience: I am eternally grateful for the improvements I have been able to make in my health, thanks to Vitalife! At first I was hesitant to try this because I do not believe in quick-fixes and I’m always looking for natural options. Yet after seeing the almost instant results, and noticing how much I had improved my energy levels in a short period, I decided to sign up for the monthly plan and to stay with it. This has helped me make significant progress that I wasn’t seeing with the supplements I take. Being a vegetarian creates challenges for my nutrition and this is a way to help me supplement and fill in the gaps. In addition, my body doesn’t always respond well to supplements and my absorption level isn’t ideal. I have done both the IV’s and the shots and have seen incredible results from both. Also their “Goodnight” option really does wonders for getting good sleep! I highly recommend Vitalife, all the nurses are friendly and helpful. If you are looking to improve your health, give it a shot!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience. I was stuck several times before the IV drip was started. I advised I had to leave by a certain time but ended up leaving much later. I wasn’t offered a discount discount due to the discomfort of the constant poking and priding, or my inconvenience.
Fantastic experience: I purchased the VIP Elite membership and couldn't be happier with my decision. Each time I arrived the staff is welcoming and very polite. The treatment is already prepared and ready to get started, which is very professional and a real time saver. The facility is very clean and sanitary. I'm able to relax in a recliner, dim the lights, and watch TV. They even provide wireless headphones and wifi. Thank you to all the staff who make me feel safe and right at home. :)

Negative experience: After setting an appointment to have a vitamin B injection. I was told "vitamins" which is all that's in a B-12 injection. I was asking to much for this clinic to administer. Citing the fact that I have HAD hepatitis B and am currently being treated for cirrhosis. Getting this injection was a greater risk to them than me. Probem is, protocol/policy isn't necessarily sought or brought to see that clients get their needs address. I've had this particular shot numerous time having the same conditions, having No side effects. After I drove from Irving, TX. I get a call telling me, as I'm sitting in my car out in front of this facility: we're not gonna be able to help. Bullbutter!!!!
Russell, we have administered over 1000 B12 shots in the last year alone. You did not pass our health screening because of your liver condition. Cirrhosis is a serious health issue and injecting concentrated vitamins into your system is not something we are going to do. That is a health guideline that ALL clinics should adhere to, not just this clinic. Our protocols and policies are always going to err on the side of caution when it comes to your health and safety. Our medical staff is also going to protect their licenses. If you are wanting to step outside the boundaries of normal health and safety protocols, Vitalife is not for you. You received the call as you arrived because our staff took the time to review your paperwork for your appointment as quickly as they could. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us and we can go over our policies and the reasoning for canceling your appointment.
Negative experience: I’ve been coming here since 2020 and I drive 45 minutes from Frisco. this week alone my appointments had to be canceled twice due to lack of communication. After driving 45 minutes to get here and have my appointment canceled because they’re not willing to lift a finger to work with me is very disappointing. Will not be returning.
We have always had clear policies regarding appointment times and have discussed these very openly with you. We are always willing to work with people when their schedules get moved around, but showing up late at the end of our operating hours without communicating to our staff is not something we allow. We gave you a courtesy call but it was not answered nor returned. It is not fair to our staff and costs the business more, which is why these policies exist in the first place. As far as the miscommunication this week goes, it is also our policy to not administer certain infusions in such a short time frame. We have that in place to prevent unnecessary overload with specific nutrients. Our staff communicated that clearly to you per our notes. We understand your frustration and would love to have you back as a client, but we cannot bend our policies.
Negative experience: Utilized vitalife for going on three years now. Athlete doing multiple bulk purchases at a time 50+ units per year. Scheduling became an utter chore at best. Usually in and out within 20 minutes with a pressure bag. Somehow they were never able to schedule me. Looked into some of their other therapies, one of which required a “consultation” fee. Wound up paying to hear how their staff MD hurt himself playing football for a needless check in the box for base level intra articular injections that didn’t need additional explanation. Wasting clients’ time is never acceptable. Staff was absolutely fantastic when we first started utilizing the clinic; I understand there is a current labor shortage however the current NPs for some reason are doing unusual IV placements on highly vascular individuals sometimes requiring multiple attempts. They state they close at 6, if you roll in however at 5:01PM they somehow can’t think through the ability to get work done that last hour. Beautiful set up, good pricing, just no longer our cup of tea. Wish you guys the best but in this market the consumer gets to be picky where they spend their resources.

Negative experience: It’s a very beautiful place. The front desk lady started out as sweet but became rude. However, I have never seen such a long and detailed form at any IV spa. I go to IV spas all the time. As soon as I noticed this I should of not said that I had a stroke. I am 35 and had one 3 years ago. The front desk lady said that she one have to call the director to confirm whether I could have an IV or not. As we were waiting I expressed in a relaxed manner how it was frustration. Then the nurse said that you do not have to be here. This is when I decided to walk out. I was just expressing myself in a professional manner. This was not a necessary thing to say. She was being unprofessional by saying that. I no longer felt welcomed once she said that and she would be the one to insert the needle. As I was leaving I asked the front desk lady to call me and let me know what the director says and I haven’t herd from her yet. So I went back in just now to ask what the director said and the front desk lady said that she doesn’t think Vitalife is right for me and said that they will not see me there.
Fantastic experience: I was feeling the beginnings of an upper respiratory infection. Two weeks ago my kid got sick and last week my wife got it, so I knew it was coming for me. I called several other places. All were either too expensive or I couldn't get an appointment until next week. I called Vitalife and I was seen in 1 hour. 24 hours later I feel great. They have a nice setup, and the nurses are great.
Negative experience: I've never written a negative review . However, I have to write this for my sisters with hyperemesis gravidarum, a serious pregnancy condition that involves severe vomiting to the point of dehydration and malnutrition. Vitalife Wellness pulled services from me right when I needed them most. Luckily, I found a traveling IV service in Dallas that is both more reliable and convenient. They come to you! Plus, the cost is the SAME. I left my number for the head doctor to voice my concerns (as I said, I do not like leaving negative reviews). However, she did not call. Thus, here I am writing a negative review. I had severe vomiting during my last pregnancy to the point of needing to go to the ER to get IVs constantly. I vomited 50-100 times a day, was constantly dehydrated and couldn't keep food down. Anyone who has this knows it's a serious condition. The HER foundation recommends getting ahead of the illness, so that is what I chose to do this next pregnancy. I was getting a water and zofran infusion at Vitalife Wellness when the nurse said she had "severe nausea" when she was pregnant, and that zofran was bad. The HER foundation, as well as other reputable resources offer thorough research on Zofran, that shows it's very safe and even life saving for women with hyperemesis. The nurse thought her "severe nausea" was the same as "severe vomiting." Severe nausea is not a serious medical condition. Severe vomiting is. This nurse convinced the head doctor to halt zofran services to pregnant women. Thus, I could NOT get my IV from Vitalife Wellness. I spiraled out of control, unable to keep food or water down, anything at all, for 36 hours, started convulsing, and finally my husband, out of desperation, found a spectacular local traveling IV service that actually cares about women with HG. They saved me and my fetus. Here's to the head doctor: that nurse did not have hyperemesis gravidarum. She's no idea what it entails. No one can understand what HG is unless you have it or are an ob who specializes in it. Let the nurses nurse. The doctors doctor. Don't let the nurse's doctor! I cannot believe a nurse had the power to halt essential services when I needed them most. And if Vitalife Wellness changes their protocol to "require a note" for HG women, please women with vomiting, find another service. If you've had this condition before, you know you need to be near death in the ER, vomiting blood and bile, hallucinating from severe chronic dehydration, before they give you a diagnosis. Again, every resource, including the HER foundation, recommends getting ahead of the illness. Thus, to pregnant women suffering from severe vomiting, find another service that will treat you. Even better, find one of these awesome traveling IV services that will come to you for the same cost! I was about to drop thousands of dollars across months at Vitalife Wellness. I'm so happy I now get to spend my money at a more caring company!
Fantastic experience: My daughters took me to this place when I was feeling with low energy and not feeling that well. I was welcomed so warmly by nurse Alex and got me all check in and explained everything in great detail in what I was getting done today so I can feel better. Nurse Keely took me back made me feel comfortable and let me know she was getting started. She made small talk to make me feel comfortable which I was, I was given a blanket and a water and mints just incase I needed them. The process was so fast and easy I loved every moment of my experience there. The place was so clean, I glad my daughters took me to such a wonder place. I felt better the next day with my treatment, will definitely recommend it to my family and friends and will come back as long as I can.
Negative experience: My overall impression of the business is that they are not well prepared to be or perhaps even interested in being a provider of quality healthcare. Although the facility itself is clean and well-appointed, the staff are all very young and not particularly skilled with needlesticks. I had one young woman, supposedly a RN, insert the hypodermic so badly it had to be redone, and left a large bruise afterward. They do not follow standard protocol when taking your blood pressure, making the measurement meaningless. They don't enforce their own customer privacy rules regarding cell phone usage, which is annoying and unnecessary in what is supposed to be a therapeutic environment. The facility seriously needs a "manager". I would not recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting infusions for chronic health conditions.
David, first off I would like to apologize for your bad experience at our clinic. It is unfortunate when we hear that our clients are not satisfied. It is also unfortunate that other clients continue to use cell phones when our staff has quietly asked them to stop, especially after other clients complain. As you have pointed out, the facility is clean and well-appointed. It is also a relaxing environment, and we try and provide all the comforts we can during your treatment. As far as not being interested in being a provider in quality healthcare, I think our numerous five star reviews and thousands of satisfied clients over the 4+ years we have been in business would agree that we are very thorough in both our protocols and our staff. Not a single registered nurse (which they all are - it is illegal to lie about medical credentials) that we employ has less than 5 years of nursing experience. They have emergency room and operating room backgrounds and are highly competent in infusion administration. You will not find a better collection of infusion nurses at any wellness clinic. That being said, it is impossible to be perfect when starting an IV. There are many factors that go into insertion, and while it is rare, multiple sticks do happen - at no fault to the nurse. They are also well versed in administering blood pressure readings, and all of our nursing notes are audited weekly to make sure the proper protocols were followed. The nurses are also employees and trained to manage any situation. Needing a manager to tell someone to stop using their phone is unnecessary. The staff is competent enough. We opened this clinic as an alternative to standard healthcare. We went above and beyond to create a natural wellness center open to the public. We understand that not everyone is going to be satisfied, but we believe in what we are doing and look forward to many more years of providing great care.
Negative experience: what a lousy experience I had at the place .. very bad service. if they hear a question from the client about something that happened to me with a person who works there .. they do not know how to be receptive to improving or guiding the people of the procedure and it happened that they formed such a big problem .. one can no longer ask questions about something what about the treatment ..

Fantastic experience: Loved this place!! Being an event coordinator we are always on the run and can’t be sick. I felt like I was coming down with a cold and decided to come here instead of getting a steroid shot. Receptionist was very nice and made me feel welcomed. You signed up for a monthly membership so you and your significant other can receive discounts on all services. However, you wished to early cancel this service. We have a 3-month minimum requirement, but we decided to give you account credit hoping this would satisfy you and we could reach a medium. Unfortunately, you had missed your scheduled appointment on April 1, so you were charged a $50.00 no-show fee. We notify customers each time when this happens. We did try and talk over the phone with you today, but were not able to speak with you to kindly explain why you were charged as you were disrespectful to staff and hung up the phone. We are sorry you were not satisfied, however we truly wish you the best!
Fantastic experience: This was the most wonderful place! I loved the staff. I am terribly afraid of needles and they made me feel so comfortable and I did not even see it or barely feel it!! Positive experience: You changed the name and the website which is taking forever to load, gosh trying to browse your new/updated website is a pain. Loved the previous website as well as services, but with this name change im leary about coming back. Stopped by last year when your company was offering 25% off on injections. Clean, quick, inviting, easy...im not sure if its the same.

The name change (Vitaliv to Vitalife) reflects some of our added services that no longer make us just an IV clinic - we are providing complete wellness support for anyone’s lifestyle. But all of our original services are still the same! Sorry you’re having trouble with the new site, we designed it to be more mobile friendly, more informative, and more responsive. If you try clearing your cache on your browser, you may have more success with loading. But we are the same owners, the same staff, the same prior services as before, with many new added services. Stop by and you’ll be right at home! Still doing the Wednesday happy hour on our shots as well. We hope to see you soon!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and credentialed staff and space is very clean. All fresh vitamins and all infusions are made in a sterile environment ON SITE - no pre-packaged vitamins here ! Every injection or infusion are made to order . Dr Fambro and Prolozone treatments changed my life. My husband went for knee and plantar fasciitis injections and it was a life changer . I went for c section scar tissue that PRP had previously not worked . But - the prolozone was a miracle ! Very happy and my scar tissue is free and pliable and has relieved my pain . Trust Vitaliv - they know what they are doing .

Negative experience: I went for Glucathione and Vit C for skin enhancement and this was a total waste of time. And they also infused saline. Very expensive and would have been worth it if it worked but guess what NOTHING! Zero. My before picture is the same after picture. If you have darker skin tone don’t go there expecting the same results you read about glutathione online- you will waster your time like I did. The staff was nice and professional but if I was looking for emotional therapy I would have been OK but no health and beauty benefit so this was a total waste of time and money.

As with most of the treatment programs we prescribe, it often takes appointments over several weeks to see changes and full programs to achieve the best results. We also use saline because it offers the most optimal way for your cells to absorb the nutrients. It is good to hear that the staff treated you well, that is our priority at Vitalife. Positive experience: The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about the products available. The facility is very clean and well put together. Each station has a TV, WI password, blankets, water, its like a spa environment. I enjoyed coming here to get shots weekly everything was going great until about 6 weeks into my plan when I was laying on the couch at home and my toddler kicked me in the location where I was getting my shots. It felt like I had a butt implant pop and I could just feel fluid under my skin when I touched that spot it was sore and squishy for weeks. But there was no bruising so I don't think it was infected. This scared me enough to make me rethink getting injections again. I'm not sure the shots were exactly absorbing the way I thought they were either that or I actually got an infection. I just know I never had that happen to me before.
